Good support experience
Support was timely and helpful in troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue with my Tbox Max. Although the root cause of the issue turned out to be the data port in the car, Coco, my tech support representative went above and beyond to ensure that any questions or concerns I had were addressed and answered.

Produkt nach einmaliger Benutzung…
Produkt nach einmaliger Benutzung defekt, wird vom Auto nicht mehr erkannt, Support meldet sich unregelmäßig und dann mit fadenscheinigen Anleitungen, via Google Drive Ordner muss man selbst neue Software installieren. Diesen einige Zeiten Anspruch und führte nichts, zurückschicken muss man auf eigene Kosten, der Empfang der Ware wird dann negiert und man bleibt auf dem Kaufpreis sitzen. Kauft lieber Produkte aus Europa, dort hat man wenigstens Käuferschutz und Handhabe, inzwischen gibt es genug dieser Produkte auch in europäischen Shops

Audio sync issue fixed
Estella from customer support was incredibly helpful. I had issues with the audio playing out of sync on my Tbox UHD. She sent me a file that re-configured my box and as soon as it rebooted it fixed my issue. Her support was fast and effective, I am very satisfied with this purchase :)
