Buenos días,compré un TBOX UHD 8GB ram 128GB y estoy muy contento con el producto,es genial y va de lujo.
Pero si el aparato es bueno su servicio de atención no lo es menos,tengo que agradecer a RITA su buen hacer que revisó mi pedido y se dió cuenta de que había elegido el TBOX UHD para EEUU y Canadá siendo yo de España y me instó a cambiarlo de país si de un error se trataba por mi parte y así fue.

I bought a TBOX UHD without a USB port since it was not well specified on the official Autokit purchase page.
I contacted the after-sales service and in a short time a representative named Coco attended me quickly, kindly and efficiently. After several emails I returned the product to them and they sent me a new one with USB port paying the transport costs. I have suggested that you better specify the features on the purchase page. I bought Carlinkit 5.0 at Ebay not knowing that there's a possibility to buy it directly at the store. It did not work so looking for help in Google I found the customer service of autokitcarplay. Professional and Easy Transaction
I received the TBox Ambient a few weeks ago and had my first customer service experience after 7-10 days wiht the product. I have had back an forth email communication as needed since then. I've found their customer service to be timely and responsive. In fact, I commend Nikki as being personable and friendly in this time of robotic customer service.
Ordering and shipping were as expected, recognizing that this is an international transaction. Device was well packaged to withstand shipping.
In short, this company has proven themselves and I would do business with them again.

I recently purchased carlinkit 5.0 for my renualt duster car but came to know that it's not compatible to my car company fitted screen, was disappointed and there is no return pickup option but autokit team helped me in returning the item by courier them back. I recently purchased a CarLinkit AIBox. Installing in the car without any issues. Connecting to wifi hotspot initially was a challenge but with the help from tue support desk I was able to upgrade tue firmware and connect to the wifi hotspot.
