Abbiamo pagato il supplemento per la consegna notturna ma non si sono presentati! (All'una e mezza di notte in agosto lasciati a piedi all'estero!) Una catastrofe, traghetto impossibile da spostare e macchina mai consegnata. Il telefono ce l'hanno per bellezza. Torno in Italia e sporgo denuncia

I recently had an appalling experience with ACArent, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.

First and foremost, despite having a confirmed reservation well in advance, I arrived to find that no vehicle was available. This was incredibly inconvenient and caused significant disruption to my plans. The location looked more like a poorly maintained parking lot than a professional car rental service, which was the first red flag.

To make matters worse, the staff attempted to charge me additional fees that were not part of the original agreement. This felt like a blatant attempt to exploit customers in a vulnerable position. Their behavior was unprofessional and seemed deceitful, as they tried to pressure me into paying more than what was initially agreed upon.

Overall, the service was dreadful. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and their actions bordered on fraudulent. I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. My experience with ACArent was the worst I have ever had with a rental service. This company should not be trusted with your travel plans.

Experiencia horrible.
El día de la llegada entramos a la oficina detrás de unas chicas que se colaron y a las que atendieron primero, invitándonos a salir y esperar durante casi media hora bajo el sol a 37ºC (12:00 de la mañana en el mes de julio). Pedimos quedarnos en la oficina bajo el aire acondicionado, pero nos echaron. El dependiente fue realmente muy desconsiderado.
Al devolver el coche nos cobraron 300€ por un minúsculo arañazo en el parachoques trasero que debieron hacer mientras estaba aparcado (menos de 1cm). Cuando lo recogimos el coche estaba lleno de arañazos y golpes; buscan cualquier pequeña excusa para sacarte más dinero.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

I booked a car for 9:30pm on Monday 22nd of July. When we arrived the lady on the phone said sorry we received a booking in your name for 1pm that same day earlier, I said that’s impossible as my confirmation email & all confirmations from my booking email shows 9:30pm why would I book a car from Corfu airport before I’m even due to land in the country!.. would not recommend this stupid fools, lack of customer service, complete amateurs, I expect more from teenagers, need re training. Then she went on to re quote as we needed a car asap, she said it would be 400 euro. I said no thank you & got a very good deal with Avis for 300 euro, they missed the deal. Didn’t let it ruin my holiday.
Do not use these guys. Won’t even refund my 20 euro deposit about policies, ha what happened to treating customer fairly & following better customer service guidelines, this is why people dislike rental car companies.

I've rented a car from this lovely car rental company and return the car some days ago, everything went perfect, really nice people, very easy to call the shuttle (5-10min) and the car was exactly what we needed. The team was very available even during our stay they contacted to see if everything was going well. We've never been treated so good and we rent cars in a lot of countries. I can recommend this company and i'm sure i'm using them again next trip to Porto. Thank you ACA Rent in Porto!!

Already know booking with ACA rent is a mistake. Waiting 1hr already . Still 4th in queue. No sign of anyone’s car. 1 lame employee who isn’t competent. Avoid….

Avoid like the plague.
This company is dishonest and will rip you off.
They are a disgrace to the honesty of the Greek people and their heritage. Nobody at the airport to meet us. Charged us for damage which was clearly old damage from a previous rental.

A tenté de loue un véhicule a Corfou mais le loueur a tenté de m'escroquer en m'informant que le véhicule réservé n’était pas disponible mais qu'un véhicule de classe supérieure l’était pour 3 fois le prix (ce qui rend ce loueur le plus cher qui soit sur la catégorie). J'ai eu la possibilité de fuir pour ne pas me faire escroquer mais j'aurais pu être bloqué avec mes bébés et ils le savent! Ce sont d'horribles personnes! Ne vous faites pas avoir!

Una truffa! Assistenza clienti inesistente. Ho chiamato per dire che il volo aveva tardato e loro mi dicono che è tutto ok. Arrivata là mi dicono che il voucher non vale più e mi fanno un prezzo assurdo

Non prenoterò più tramite voi.
L'aereo ha portato quasi 40 minuti di ritardo e un'ora ho fatto di fila per ritirare il veicolo all'aeroporto di Catania, quando è arrivato il mio turno mi è stato detto la seguente! L'auto non è più disponibile perché dopo un'ora di ritardo viene cancellata dal sistema.

Jai loue une voiture à corfu en grèce, à fuir ce sont des arnaqueurs et des voleurs.
Le personnel a facturé des éclats sous le par choc 1100€ je lui ai demandé de me rendre mon argent ne voulant pas il m’a sauté dessus et m’a frappé moi et ma fille

Nobody to meet at airport and had to pay extra insurance. Don’t use

Please be very careful, in fact, just don’t risk using this company, they also trade under the name Quattro. You WILL be ripped off. You have been warned !!!

So, I hired a car through VIP cars which I chose through kayak. When I arrived I collected the car from ACA rent which is directly opposite the airport. They were quick, efficient and gave me an upgrade. They charged only what they were due and I there was no silly debate about needing XS insurance. Great service for me :)

Très mauvaise expérience car le loueur ne nous a pas averti qu'il y avait des zones non autorisées à aller avec le véhicule, et non plus signalé que la voiture était équipée d'un tracker, résultat 150 € de pénalités pour avoir utiliser une simple piste ou pourtant de très nombreuses voitures s'y rendent.
Très décevant plus jamais cette compagnie

Prenotazione on line con Do YouItaly e ritiro auto presso aeroporto di Comiso.
Al momento del mio arrivo ho digitato il numero telefonico indicato nel foglio di prenotazione INESISTENTE!!!.
Mi sono recato presso l'ufficio di AcaRent nel piazzale antistante l'aeroporto CHIUSO!!!
Ho dovuto noleggiare un'auto presso Hertz.
Successivamente ho contattato l'ufficio di Avola e mi sono sentito risponde che al momento del mio arrivo il numero di telefono era attivo e nell'ufficio era presente un loro referente. NULLA DI VERO!!!
Il telefono è tutt'ora INESISTENTE.
Morale: l'anticipo versato non mi è stato restituito.
