J’ai loué un véhicule à Saint-Martin (Antilles française)

Le début de la location commençait normalement à 9h mais personne au lieu de réception. J’ai enfin pu réceptionner le véhicule à 10h05 après avoir du joindre l’agence 3 fois.

Pas d’excuses de la part de mon correspondant au téléphone, mais en plus la personne s’occupant de la location semble pressée et bâcle la paperasse.

Le véhicule était en état moyen, délivré avec moins d’ 1/3 du réservoir plein d’essence, écran multimédia qui s’allume et s’éteint tout seul sinon assez propre en général.

Pour finir, cerise sur le gâteau, au moment de la restitution le soir-même à 17h, personne n’est venu !! Après avoir joint la personne supposée être la, il finit par s’impatienter au téléphone, me dit qu’il n’est pas disponible pour le moment et qu’il viendra récupérer le véhicule plus tard. Il me demande alors de garer le véhicule, cacher la clé et lui envoyer des photos en guise de preuve (??????)

Je lui demande de m’envoyer une trace écrite justifiant que ma responsabilité n’était plus engagé en cas de problème, car il était hors de question que je perdre 1 seul centime sur mon dépôt de garantie, il a tout simplement refusé.

Tout ça dire que je suis tombée sur des clowns et que je ne recommande absolument pas cette agence, FUYEZ

Es wird versucht bei Aca Rent am Tirana Flughafen eine teure Vollkasko-Versicherung zu verkaufen. Wenn man ablehnt, wird behauptet, die Kaution könne nicht auf der Kreditkarte geblockt werden. Dann heißt es friss oder stirb: teure Vollkasko-Versicherung doch noch abschließen und damit die Kaution auf 0 Euro reduzieren oder ohne Mietwagen dastehen. Für die Vollkasko haben wir zusätzlich 130 Euro zahlen müssen. Dabei hat das Auto selbst nur 105 Euro bei Easy Booking gekostet. Also haben wir am Ende mehr als doppelt so viel für den Wagen bezahlt. Auf anderen Plattformen und auf Google haben wir im Nachgang von ähnlichen Fällen gelesen. Scheint also System dahinter zu stecken.

Mai più con questa compagnia, costi addebitati alludendo a cauzioni varie con pochissima chiarezza.
Macchine consegnate in pessime condizioni, sia esterne che al motore infatti ovviamente mi sentivo insicura alla guida.
Personale scortese e poco chiaro.
Ritardo nella consegna dell'auto senza un minimo di scuse.
Non prenotate presso questa compagnia!

Leider gibt es nicht „0“ Sterne. Das angezahlte Fahrzeug war storniert, weil wir mit Verspätung angekommen sind. In dem Voucher gab es auf das knappe Zeitfenster von einer Stunde für die Abholung keinen Hinweis. Lösungsvorschlag: völlig überteuertes neues Angebot. Ansprechpartner sprach kein Englisch. Für mich sieht es nach System/Geschäftsmodell aus. Also für uns niemals wieder.

We rent car in Zurich . In Zurich they work like Explore Vacation AG company name but same ACA RENT .Absolutely not professional service i don't recommend this company. They play bad game with your deposit and don't send any documents what show for what they take money from your deposit and donde have con cantact with you. Read Google feedbacks there you see what can happen then you rent there car.

Even one star is to much! This compagny steels your money ! No show , no service, no car, no reply

i've search on the internet 'renting a car without creditcard' They accept my money, and send me a contract. When i'm at the airport no one is picking me up. When i called many many times then they told me it is not possible to rent a car without creditcard. But 12 days later they did not pay back my money ! Thieves , fraud!

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They gave different amounts for a down payment both in email, on the phone, and in person. They then finally agreed to an amount, they returned the deposit days later only to make a FRAUDULENT charge on my card a month later for 200euros. The car rental didnt even cost that much. I had the full insurance and this charge still occurred. They also wanted to charge for a cleaning fee because the car had dirt on the outside.

Esperienza negativissima! Non fatevi ingannare dal prezzo troppo basso rispetto agli altri operatori.

Noleggio apparentemente conveniente ma alla riconsegna trovano danni inesistenti, non visibili, solo per trovare il modo di farti pagare un extra di 250 euro.
Leggendo successivamente le recensioni di altri malcapitati, noto che si tratta di una pratica applicata dall'azienda frequentemente.

Esperienza positiva per adesso!
Ho noleggiato una 500X manuale a Malpensa e mi hanno consegnato subito una Yaris Cross automatica.
La ragazza alla reception é gentilissima e molto veloce nelle pratiche di noleggio, ho rinnovato con loro per altre 2 settimane. Consiglio!

Non accettano Amex e non vi è STATA nessuna indicazione al momento del noleggio ONLINE e nel contratto. Possedendo una carta di credito Mastercard mi sono rifiutato per principo di fornirla, il culmine è stata la proposta con carta di debito con una assicurazione spropositata! Poco seri, poco trasparenti e poca comunicazione. CONSIGLIO DI EVITARE! P.S. ho riprenotato all'istante con una agenzia molto più seria, in ogni caso non correte il rischio di restare a piedi dietro il ricatto di pagare somme spropositate!!

Devo purtroppo confermare quanto scritto in altra recensione di dicembre. Ho dovuto pagare 170 euro per un puntino inesistente sul parabrezza, non visibile e molto probabilmente già presente al momento della consegna della vettura. Sembra che qualcuno prima di me abbia già pagato 170 euro per lo stesso motivo e guarda caso su la stessa 500 grigia hibrid!! Non dico altro ma diffidate, sembra che ci siano tutte le caratteristiche di una truffa.

Be careful with this company. Aca Rent, rentacar in Marrakech cancelled my reservation and gave my car to another customer because I got late one hour due to some flight delay and time at pasaport control. When I went out nobody was waiting for me. Aca Rent and Discover car replied that they dont refund any amount because I got late 1 hour! And that is one of the reason that you cant be refunded by provider. Simply unbelievable and awful

THIEVES!! DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY! They deserve 0 stars. We booked a car at the CATANIA AIRPORT office and upon arrival were informed by a woman at the desk that we must pay a €10 fee for cleaning or return the car in the “immaculate condition it is in now”. She told us “it’s a new car”. Never have we ever had to pay a cleaning fee before and I believe all other rental companies include this within the rental charge. When we arrived at the car, it had 22,000 km on the clock (so not “new” at all), had several scratches, some dents, the wheels were damaged and it was covered in drops of dried water and also had a splat of bird poo, so also not “immaculate” at all! The woman was rude when we told her we shouldn’t have been charged the €10 as the car was not clean and she said “well, I can’t tell the birds not to poo”. Inside, the car was quite dirty and stank of stale cigarette smoke. Two days later we needed to use the windscreen wipers, but guess what? No water!! So we then had to go to a petrol station to top it up ourselves.
Upon returning the car, the same woman with a bad attitude inspected the car and charged us €122 for a very light, practically invisible hairline scratch which was likely already there upon collection!
I will NEVER USE ACARENT (cacare nt) AGAIN. The staff are rude and they will charge you fees that no other rental company does. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! This company will be reported to Discover Cars, the broker who uses them.

Qualcuno ha noleggiato una 500 con acarent a Gallarate?? Visto che mi hanno "fregato" 171euro x un puntino inesistente sul parabrezza...vorrei sapere se possa esser successo ad altri..così da denunciare la disonestà di questa società

Ho preso l'auto a noleggio a malpensa e non ho gradito sapere che se lascio l'assicurazione base ed qualcuno mi viene addosso e quindi ho ragione devo comunque pagare io i danni ricevuti. Ho fatto la kasco ma la stessa non copre i vetri ed i cerchioni. Mai più, con le altre mai avuto problemi.
