Company cancelled a car for me and now refuses to give my deposit back. They are scammers.
I had to use another company to hire a car in Zurich and they said that there has been alot of complaints towards this company. The number they give you to find them is always engaged and people complain that it's very hard to find them.

Overall, I would never go near this company again

Die Anmietung in Marokko, Al Massira, hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Übergabe erfolgt auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Flughafen auf Anruf. Das Auto war angenehm gross. Es war übersäht mit Gebrauchsspuren, wodurch es sich unauffällig in das Straßenbild einpasste, was nur vorteilhaft war. Die Mietabwicklung erfolgte wie vereinbart. Wir würden hier wieder mieten.

Cela fait plus de 4 ans que je loue avec cette agence et je n’ai jamais eu aucun problème bien au contraire.
Mr Youssef fait tout son possible pour me faciliter la tâche et me donner une voiture que j’ai choisi.
Je recommande vraiment cette agence.

Des L'arrivée à l'aéroport d'Agadir .. Youssef m'avait déjà contacté pour la voiture.. check de la voiture ensemble dès papiers tout à était parfait.. également lors de la remise du véhicule.
Youssef ai venu me rejoindre au restaurant ou je mangé en famille .. Aucune perte de temps,des vacances jusqu'à la fin.. Arrangeant et efficace merci Youssef.. a refaire bien évidemment ++

Terrible Experience – Stay Away!

I booked a car online with this company for 9 days and they charged me half of the rental cost upfront. They had all my information: full name, phone number, and even my flight details. They emailed me confirming that someone would meet me at Athens Airport to deliver the car.

I landed at 20:00, but no one was there. I tried calling them many times, and they only answered after more than three hours, at 23:30, with incredibly poor service. The woman on the phone told me she couldn’t find my name and didn’t know what to do, even though they had already taken my money! She kept saying she would call me back in 10 minutes — but more than an hour passed with no help.

In the end, they didn’t offer me any solution, didn’t provide a car, and didn’t even suggest helping the next day. Worse, the woman even said she didn’t know if they would refund me. Because of their complete failure, I was forced to rent a car last minute from another company at the airport during Easter, paying five times more.

No apology, no follow-up, and I’m still waiting for my money back.

Beware before renting a car with aca rent corfu. Absolute cowboys. We rented a car and had insurance separate. When we arrived to the rental shop, both their receptionists were quite pushy in saying make sure you photograph everything about the car, make sure you get underneath as they will charge you for damage when you return the car. This should have been the first warning but more fool us. We took photos, videoed underneath and when we looked at the car information the lady had, it was stating there was no damage to the car at all. We queried this and was told do we know how long it would take to go through. We noticed the wing mirror was smashed to bits and I asked for a new car but was told there were no others available. They ended up taking photos of this themselves as they wasn't aware. Which I dont believe.Luckily we spotted as no doubt we would have been charged for this! Again the lady was insisting to take photos of everything. We left with the car and had a wonderful 5 days in Corfu. Upon returning the car we didn't even have chance to get out and they were on us straight away pointing at a bump on the side of the car. We showed the images we had proving this was there when we picked the car up. Two men then scrutinised the entire car and I showed them the photos I had taken. After looking through my photos they decided to go underneath the bonnet and found a small scratch. I knew I had taken photos and videos of everything but at this stage there were four men, one shouting at me and I couldn't find the image due to intimidation and worry. We were told the scratches where from us and we would be charged £350. I knew we 100% didnt cause this. Due to us being late for the airport, the time of night and the behaviour of the staff we ended up having to pay in order to leave the site. I asked twice for them to call the polcie and they wouldnt. When i got into the airport i found the video which detailed the scratch when we picked up the car and my partner emailed it over to them and also whatsapped it. They wont acknowledge this at all. We've been coming to corfu for quite a few years now and rent every single year. We travel the world often and rent a car everywhere we go and never one had this issue before. They shouldn't be in business and I'll make sure to deter anybody using these in future. I won't be letting this drop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Rented a car in Corfu. Absolute crooks. Tried everything to find fault with the car. They decided to get underneath to find a scratch. €350. Can't even see the scratch. 4 aggressive men demanded the money. The car was already damaged including smashed wing mirror which they never noted untill we told them. The are complete conmen

We had no problem on arrival apart from the tank was not full as it stated. It's much harder to guess fuel when you are trying to return not full. Our standard practise when collecting a rental is to photograph the car extensively, I also video'd. On our return, the car was inspected and they tried to suggest that a large dent in the underside of the car was new! It was not new, photo supplied to prove it, then they found another, I showed them a photo but still went ahead and started to fill out a claim form...I wasn't having any of it and promptly provided a better picture. They accused me of taking the photo during this process....thank god the picture had the pick up date on. This man is a crook, it's theft, I bet someone else has already paid out money previously for the dent. This should be illegal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR SERVICE AND HE'S A CROOK.

Super unkomplizierte und zuverlässige Autovermietung in Agadir. Sehr zu empfehlen, bei einem Aufenthalt in Marokko. Fahrzeugübergabe fand direkt auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber dem Europcar Stand statt. Ohne Transfer, schnell und unkompliziert. Genauso die Rückgabe. Einziges Manko war das zehn Euro für die Fahrzeugreinigung bezahlt werden musste, was allerdings vorher auch abgesprochen wurde. Im Vertrag war sogar ein höherer Betrag ausgemacht. Daher trotzdem fünf Sterne. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Fahrzeug war in gutem Zustand.

Cheap car rental, value for money. Worked out all well, no waits in Agadhir. Will recommend again.

Avoid this company for your own peace. They look very closely at the car as they’re trying to find something to charge you, including underneath. It’s definitely their business to get money from customers for damages that was probably already there (again: UNDERNEATH the car) the streets were so bad (Albania) every car will be returned with a new scratch and they absolutely are aware of that. And I really don’t think they’ll ever repair a damage. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Sono dei ladri buoni solo a rubare soldi alle persone , macchine sporche piene di danni che poi vogliono accollare al cliente finale prelevando dalla carta di credito senza far firmare nessun foglio di addebito.
Spero che le autorità competenti facciano il loro dovere.
Non passate da questi signori.

Arrivé à l'aéroport d'Agadir le monsieur nous amène hors de l'aéroport dans un garage douteux pour récupérer le véhicule. Sur le chemin, il essaie de sympathiser avec nous pour pouvoir mieux nous berner. Une fois arrivé au garage douteux, arrive le moment de payer la caution, il nous explique que notre carte ne fonctionne pas ( alors qu'elle fonctionne très bien et qu'elle a fonctionné tout de suite après lorsqu'on est passé par une autre agence ). Il nous demande donc de régler 100€ en cash pour éviter de payer la caution étant donné que notre carte ne fonctionne soi-disant pas. Il s'agit là d'un procédé malhonnête que plusieurs agences au Maroc utilisent pour nous faire payer +. PS : sur le site discovercars, l'agence s'appelle ACARent mais sur les papier de location l'agence s'appelle Montreal Auto... Vraiment à fuir cette agence et ces gens malhonnêtes qui font honte au Maroc

Location d’une voiture en bonne état, ponctualité du loueur à l’arrivée et au départ.
Mise à disposition immédiate d’un siège bebe que je n’avais pas réservé avec la voiture par le loueur.

Youssef est un homme très professionnel il est honnête et très respectueux. Il m’a accueilli à l’aéroport d ‘agadir et tout était ok . Foncez sans hésiter !

Loueur très professionnel,j'ai louer pour 13 jours, voiture en bonne état est bien entretenu, directement présent à l'aéroport alors qu'on a eu de l'avance,super réactif et disponible,rien à dire Youssef est top 👌

Acarent does a great job in Morocco. My flight was earlier and they noticed that and brought my car earlier. Car was clean and everything worked smooth. Had a debit card and chose to pay the money necessary to rent the car. They returned the money next day. All and all great experience. Its the people of Morocco that make the company good there.
