Avoid this company at all costs

We ordered and paid for 2 salt mills to match the 2 pepper mills we had bought in Australia. As we were desperate to get 2 matching mills we paid the exorbitant cost of Four hundred and forty dollars for the 2 stainless steel salt mills. After a couple of weeks one of the ordered mills arrived and then 2 weeks later another parcel arrived with a salt mill of a different brand and different size. Have emailed twice requesting this be rectified Wirth absolutely no response from the company.

Honest and fantastic customer service

Customer service is fantastic with this company, which is very rare these days. Even though the item I ordered was not available anymore they were so helpful, courteous and pro active in responding to my emails. My money was refunded in full… great experience!

I’ve been looking for a beautiful…

I’ve been looking for a beautiful cutlery for so long and I just can’t find it in the shops so I just put it in ChatGPT and your place came up and they’re beautiful teaspoons. Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you. The only thing I could say is you could’ve wrapped them a little bit nicer.

I purchased a fan from this company…

Updated Review – Refund Received

I originally left this review after experiencing significant difficulty resolving an issue with a faulty fan I purchased from this company. The product was defective straight out of the box — when first turned on it made a loud popping noise, emitted a burning smell, and then stopped working.

At the time, my interactions with customer support were frustrating, as the responses felt scripted and did not initially address the issue I raised. I had requested a refund multiple times but was informed a replacement had been sent instead.

However, after posting my review and continuing communication with the company, they confirmed that my refund was processed on 13 March and provided documentation of the transaction.

While I still believe the initial handling of the situation could have been smoother, I appreciate that the matter has now been resolved and the refund has been issued.

I have updated this review to reflect the outcome.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I ordered over a week ago and my item has still not been dispatched. It’s hard to get hold of anyone too! Won’t be ordering from here again!

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company! My mum purchased what was supposed to be a present and was told it was not available and was offered a refund. She went on to purchase an alternative from another shop. Then with no communication the item she originally ordered was delivered and now they have come back saying they can only offer a partial refund and are being very difficult to deal with - not helping at all. Just replying constantly with scripted emails. She is now out of pocket. Nightmare! They are not an Australian company - they're from the US.

Terrible Communication - 2 weeks and no refund

Horrible Communication and I have cancelled my order due to delays with shipping. It has been 2 weeks and I am still chasing my refund. They keep telling me 3-5 business days and that was December 9th.

**Update finally received my refund - sadly it took a review to get this underway.
This company claims they are local with local shipping but sadly they bring products in from overseas and don't communicate timelines.

Very disappointed with this company.

Good Options.

To finally find a tap that not only fits the Hamptons style but also short enough to open our plantation shutter's was a miracle and HomeLoft had two styles that fit what we were looking for.

Delivered but damaged

Item was delivered promptly and updates on the delivery were provided regularly. However, the item was broken. It should of been labelled better ("FRAGILE ") to prevent damage.

Product still available in Australia

Its an amazing product that I was told you could no longer buy in Australia by a representative from a Carpet Call store & I was so pleased to be able to acquire on line as no other product cleans up from a young puppy's mishaps to Red wine stains on carpets & rugs.

Scam company

Scam company. They pretend to be Australian - I ordered an appliance and they shipped me an appliance for the US that won’t work here. Won’t accept the return - unless I pay hundreds of dollars to ship it to the US. From other reviews they do this regularly. Do not purchase from this company.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They are appalling. I ordered from homeloft AU and they sent me an appliance that is for the US…not fit to use here in Australia. They said I could return it - but to the US and costing me hundreds of dollars. This is unconscionable conduct.
