Placed an order on 9/10
Said delivery would be 30/10 to never receive anything
Another delivery date set 12/11 - delivery between 9am - 10am
It’s not past 3pm with no delivery and only emails to say that the radiator cover is definitely in the van and messages have been sent to the delivery driver but they’ve been having problems with then recently

I have offered to come collect but they haven’t sent me an address to collect from & said I can only collect if the cover gets back to them!, found out from review that they are registered under 3 company names unique designed by Liam, au-unique and rulia ltd!

Still no response or solution!

After reading the various reviews i admit i was sceptical but the reality is my radiator cover arrived a bit later than I expected but it looks great and will be ordering 2 more let's wait and see

We ordered two radiator covers for my parents’ hallway having already had them made for our own house a few years ago. Liam was so helpful with the measurements. My mum uses a walker and so we wanted slimmer versions to maximise space and this was no problem for Liam. He also suggested rounded edges for the shelf tops to minimise hazards for mum. They arrived after about 5 weeks and are absolutely perfect. My parents are thrilled. Thank you so much.

Easy to order to my specification. Made and delivered within a good time frame. Very well packed and protected for safe, secure delivery. Excellent finished article. The instructions video, limited to Instagram, but easy, with minimum DIY experience to figure out self installation

We ordered and paid for a bespoke radiator cover back in September and were promised delivery on two separate occasions that did not arrive. We could not get a response by phone or email despite repeatedly trying for days and was eventually reassured that a refund had been processed and would be in our account with 3-5 working days. However, 16 days on and our money has not been refunded. Judging by other reviews they have done this many times before.

So frustrating! Ordered 2 radiator covers to be told after 2 days their system had cancelled my order and refund would be recieved in a few days. Sent me a “ credit memo “ as proof. I reordered and paid once more as I was on a tight timescale. The second order arrived In good time but completely the wrong colour ! This happened on another occasion on a previous rad cover…
They ask you to provide a code for a farrow and ball colour then think they just pick a shade that’s somewhere near ! Endless unanswered emails/ phone calls about refund and wrong colour… no refund or solution offered. Gave up in the end.. paid again for the covers to be resprayed by a local decorator and had to raise the refund with my bank after being £450 out of pocket for a month
Such a shame as the products are decent enough if even the wrong colour !

I havent received my order yet but the communication is shocking!

I bought a bespoke radiator cover September 2025. Great product, great price, packaged well for delivery and good customer service. Very happy.

I wish more people had shared their negative experience before purchasing from AU Unique. The reviews I read beforehand seemed mostly fine, so I decided to move forward, but that turned out to be a mistake.

After paying a 50% deposit, communication stopped entirely. Despite multiple polite follow-ups by email and phone, I never received the promised sketch, or any updates on progress/delivery. “Liam,” the contact I’d been working with, has not responded since receiving payment.

At this point, I have no product, no refund, and no communication, which is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I’m sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before engaging with this company.

The furniture we received looks nice and has fit perfectly into our house. The price was reasonable.

The delivery was slightly delayed but the company did their best to keep us up to date.

Diabolical/non-existent customer service. In a nutshell:

- The order was not customised as requested, even though Amy confirmed on two separate occasions that the custom measurements had been done before dispatch.

- Once I informed them that the received item wasn't correctly customised, responses became slow.

- The response received gave no apology, but instead deflected and tried to blame me for using a discount code when ordering - even though their website allowed the code to be used and they confirmed the order knowing a discount code was used.

- I was told a collection would be arranged and then a refund would be processed in early November 2024. Despite chasing by email and phone, no response has ever been received. Clearly they don't intend to respond.

- The quality of the item received is average. As it heats and cools, in time, hairline cracks have appeared in the joins (within a few months).

- Item arrived with an envelope that said 'instructions' but only contained a leaflet advertising the company.

- We have all our correspondence in writing as proof. Thankfully our item was only around £40, we got away lightly judging by other reviews. With hindsight we should have read the reviews before ordering and avoided this company. Clearly it's their pattern of behaviour.

In the end I ended up doing some DIY and made the modifications to the radiator cover myself.

Ive got to be honest here, this has got to be the worst company i have ever had any dealings with with on a business point of view.
Ordered an item for the Salon we where doing a big fit out.
Had a delivery of the item 6th Oct between 10-1pm never turned up, same the day after.

I sent countless emails no answers
Phone number online no-one commands
Tried Instagram no answers only days after

I was advised the end of that week that the item was still on the van…. Due to the opening of the shop i had to pay a driver to collect from Manchester.

I would not deal with this company again the customer service is beyond rubbish!

Went ahead despite reviews and oh I wish I hadn’t.

Received cover and immediately reported marks, and dented handles. When I say dented handles I mean completed concave. Nothing but radio silence for over a week.

As soon as I engaged with my credit card company they state they’re coming to collect it.

So not only have I had it installed awaiting remedies to my answers but now they expect me to uninstall and send it back with no offers to replace etc.

No empathy, no offer to remedy, no apology.

What a shambles!

We have received our order from auunique and are really pleased with the finished result, it’s beautiful and really high quality for the price.

I had some questioned after I had placed the order and they were answered promptly with no issues at all, they made the adjustments I asked at no extra charge.

Arrived within 2 weeks, well wrapped and delivery driver was friendly and took to the room we wanted it in.

All good all round. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

I'm writing this review not just as an angry & distressed customer, but as a victim of a dishonest and heartless business. The names they hide behind: AU-UNIQUE, UNIQUEDESIGNBYLIAM Ltd, and his newly set up company, RULIA Ltd—all lead back to the same painful experience. For months, this company have kept my hard-earned money and strung me along with deceitful promises and, now silence, leaving me penniless in my savings and an oncoming court case.
It all started so hopefully in January 2025. I was excited to order a custom mirror trellis sideboard to complete a set I had. After seeing an advert on various social media & shopping websites and reading newspaper articles in The Sun, the Daily Express and Cheshire Live about how he set up his company after the pandemic. claiming that his company was the “Home of bespoke furniture & luxury furniture at high street prices” I paid “Liam” the owner, half the cost—£400—up front, trusting his assurance & confirmation that he would happily make the price of furniture I wanted to order. Unfortunately, that was the last shred of trust I would ever have to have in this company.
My repeated requests for a simple photo or update were met with a wall of silence. No replies. No communication. Just ignored emails that left me feeling anxious and forgotten. Finally, after months, "Amy" from customer service set a delivery date, only to cancel it at the last minute with a flimsy excuse about the sideboard being "damaged." My requests for details or a photograph were once again met with absolute silence, leaving me completely in the dark over what was happening.
When I was finally able to receive a delivery in May, the ordeal became even more distressing. The delivery man demanded the final payment of £480 before I could even unwrap the item. The moment the covering came off, it was reeking of fresh paint which was matt instead of the gloss finish that was confirmed on the invoice and in the order, the rear of the unit was unfinished, just bare wood and the trellis lattice work was totally incorrect. I immediately complained by email and “Amy” advised that they could refund me £100 or take the unit back. I chose the latter option and the sideboard was collected. I even offered to pay some more money just to get the correct trellis doors but I advised that I would pay no more money until I had seen a picture of the cabinet and could confirm that it was what I wanted.
Since then, now back in May, they have completely ignored my multiple frantic emails and phone calls and even a formal Letter Before Court. Their rejection of the recorded delivery was the final insult. They have left me with no choice but to pursue them through the Small Claims Court. I will also be contacting the media newspapers that ran his original story in 2023.
This entire experience has taken a profound toll on my health and finances. I am out £880, all the money that was left to me by my late Mother, and certainly can't afford to lose.
I have no cabinet and am left with no savings, and it has made me ill with the stress of it all. To “Liam” and his associates, I ask “how can you sleep at night, knowing the pain and hardship you have caused?”
Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid this company at all costs. They are thieves and will leave you bereft.

I can only echo the same comments made by other reviewers on here.
We asked for a quote, got brilliant customer service, was offered a 50% off discount then they vanished when items didn't turn up and made multiple excuses instead of just issuing a refund.
Eventually all got resolved through the bank.
Seems like shady business practice for sure.

**UPDATE 17/01/26**
The company have responded to this review and their response is a lie. We have bank statements confirming the refund was issued via a bank dispute claim and not from AUUNIQUE.
To reiterate, we were ghosted as soon a payment was made and their 'customer support' was nonexistent, this had to be resolved via the bank as they promised a refund which never arrived.
I don't know why you see it as appropriate to lie to your customers in your response.

Absolutely stunning radiator covers - ordered two I will be ordering more, delivery wasn't too long either around 3 weeks but thats really good as they are made to measure and painted they are just stunning Thank you so much

I’m absolutely delighted with our bespoke radiator cover. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish — when I needed to change the measurements, it was no trouble at all and handled so quickly and professionally. The cover arrived much sooner than expected, beautifully wrapped, with really clear and thorough instructions. The quality and finish are just perfect — we’re so pleased with the final result! Highly recommend.

We waited months for some nails shelves, ( may ) from back and forth of very poor communication and a failed delivery attempted ( after the first being the wrong side ) they’ll argue with you that you’re in the wrong . Finally got the nail shelves and they’re stacked wrong and the wrong colour . Go to message them on Instagram and they’ve blocked every person in the salon . They were ment to be the same colour as the wall ! absolute stress from start to finish

Avoid at all costs unless you want a 6 month headache!!
Ordered shelves in May, first delivery was “failed” second delivery was completely wrong sizing so they sent them back whilst trying to blame it on me stating I ordered this size when I clearly didn’t and had proof of what was ordered . Then had a nightmare getting a refund cause communication is almost impossible. Then they agreed to remake the correct ones and they rearranged delivery for like 2 months later. They never came, then stated I didn’t pay but they told me I could repay on delivery. The they got booked in AGAIN & cancelled AGAIN due to a funeral to attend. Just had the final delivery of them and they are the wrong colour, and not what I ordered STILL. I give up what an absolute shambles of a company. My partner now will have to spend time adapting them to what I actually ordered!
