They seem to not understand the law around selling on line in that a product has to be clearly described. However, DO NOT expect your bespoke radiator to look as it does on the photos on the website! They change the design with informing the customer without prior notice. For the price, the product is poor - no radiator cover I ordered had no access to the valves, the paint finish was terrible with bits missed. I really wish I’d gone to a previous company I had dealt with who, for the same price, provided a cover that was of much superior quality. I have a further five round that I need covered for and I had originally thought I would use this company but I’m afraid their terrible customer service (slow responses to emails and no taking responsibility under the Distance Selling Regulations) means they have lost any further orders from me.

Edit: I have just seen your reply where you said you offered to collect the cabinet and accept a return - this is not true!! I requested to return it more than once and you ignored my request!!

I received my 3rd radiator cover on 11/12 and really really pleased with it. Good communication from Amy and measurements and quality spot on.

Seriously, don't bother buying from this company, they are total scammers! The customer service is absolutely diabolical and pretty much non-existent.

I paid for my order on 31st October, nearly 6 weeks have gone by and still not received my order. I've tried calling and emailing them for weeks no reply. It's funny how they only bothered to get back in touch with me after I requested my money back from the bank.

I was then told that delivery would be 11th or 12th December, well it's the 12th of December today and still not heard anything. Disgraceful.

I do not understand some of the negative comments as I found AuUnique to be prompt and efficient with good communication.
The items I ordered were of excellent quality and finish, well wrapped and delivered on time as pre arranged.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a radiator cover from them, the cover is great, i love it HOWEVER not good when the radiator is on as it retains the heat (which I wasn't made aware of) and my hallway now remains cold! I also did not receive any instructions with the cover and upon contacting AU Unique, they initially replied to say they'd send me a link, I heard nothing back, I emailed them and contacted them via their social media platform on multiple times but still heard nothing back. It's like, once they have received payment and delivered the item, they no longer care if there is a problem. So for me the customer service element was somewhat disappointing!

Ordered a bespoke radiator cover from AUUNIQUE and would heartily recommend them. The cover was received promptly, was incredibly well packaged and aa doddle to fit to the wall with the supplied fixings and instructions. The build quality is top notch, the measurements all spot on and the finish is top notch. Fantastic service and quality for the price, can’t fault them and will absolutely use again!

Bought a radiator cover from AUUNIQUE and was extremely pleased with it. The farrow and ball paint is flawless and the design of the cover itself is sturdy and very clean. I had some questions on wall installation and Liam replied immediately, helping me within a few minutes of my initial email. All in all, very happy with the purchase

WARNING!! Please don’t make the same mistake I did and fall for the instagram page because you will be so disappointed! They are so quick to respond when it’s an enquiry and want your money then they just ignore all of your messages and emails, Don’t answer the phone!! Never known a company like it. I paid for a bespoke reception desk to be made we discussed what drawers I would like and the finish,
my partner even designed a digital image so they can’t go wrong. I said no handles and we agreed on a micro cement finish.
For days I was contacting them to see if my order was being processed and if I could see the final product but was completely ignored. I eventually received the item, which was a shortly lived positive moment as when I unpacked it I couldn’t believe how poor the finish was. Not only was it just painted with 1 coat of paint, the paint is just white rattle can paint, not micro cement as agreed. The joins are all cracked and transparent through the thin coat of paint, many of the nails used have split the mdf, the handles are cheap silver knobs which not only are cheap and tacky but the fact that I ordered handless drawers was completely ignored. Not worth £840 I could have gone to ikea and got something better. They are clever though because they send something so you can’t claim the money back through your bank. I will be pursuing this legally now as I am sure I’m not the only one to fall for this.

Terrible company - After my first 1 star review, because our ‘Black slatted radiator with solid oak top - unpainted’ arrived in MDF and no Black to be seen, we took the unpainted part to be the oak top, otherwise it wouldn’t be black, and after numerous emails to customer care I was told basically it was my fault as I had ordered a Black radiator cover unpainted even though I tried to explain the website was misleading, how can you buy a Black radiator cover and it not be black? In the end I was told I would need to pay £40 to have it painted Black and cover the cost of the collection and redelivery, I was so unhappy but was getting nowhere. I decided I would go down the Credit Card dispute route and left a 1 star review. Then miraculously I get an email from the Director saying he was seeing all these emails coming through and had been notified about my review, long story short he agreed the website was misleading, it has since been changed, and he agreed to send us another cover painted black and collect the unpainted one and I was to pay the £40 for the painting to the courier. I agreed and decided to delete my first review as I thought a resolution had been found. I received an email from customer care a few days later saying confirmed delivery via private courier 26th November 11:30am - 2:30pm. I have a job & my husband has his own business so he took the day off, if he doesn’t work he doesn’t get paid but we didn’t have any other option, he waited in all day, we emailed customer care chasing the delivery as no one was answering the number on the website it just rang out, eventually we got a reply saying “apologies I will contact someone for you” that was the last we heard from this appalling company! Honestly I am absolutely in disbelief that a small company can treat its customers so poorly. I guess I will now dispute the transaction with my credit card, will be an open and shut case as I have all the emails and a Black not Black radiator cover sat in my hallway, AVOID!
This is the 3rd review I have written now as my second one was removed by Trustpilot because AuUnique flagged it with them, after speaking with Trustpilot today and sending them copies of my sales order stating BLACK cover & emails I received I am now allowed to repost, agreeing to remove certain personal details.
The company responded to my last review saying, they can see by my historic reviews I target companies, this was untrue, I have left about 14 reviews of which 5 were negative 1 stars and this was due to genuine poor customer service and issues but if I could have left 0 stars for AU Unique I would have done. They also said on Trustpilot they had already processed a refund and will arrange collection in response to my last review they got removed, but unsurprisingly we haven’t seen or heard anything from them since. Seriously AVOID!

I commissioned Auunique to build a ‘bespoke’ set of bookshelves with base cupboards. The process of getting my design built was very straight forward and the finished unit was built and finished to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent small business.

Very pleased with my radiator cover. It’s very well made and looks great in my living room. Amy was very helpful in rearranging delivery, with prompt replies to emails, as I was unavailable for the initial delivery date. I would recommend and order from them again.

The radiator cover was excellent and extremely well made. Colour perfect. It came well wrapped. My Son was impressed with the quality so will be ordering for his radiators. Its satisfying receiving quality items because they look quality. Very pleased.
