Too much wait to get right person to get new service. They don't know how many kinds of plans they have. First day I finallised my plan what I need and next day that plan disappeared from their system. That girl was rude and didn't explain anything.

The tech was on time, efficient, and very knowledgable.

I became a new member last week and I still don't have service

I signed up on July 17th. Have had multiple chats with various departments. Still no service, and I have no idea what's going on. No emails, no calls. I thought I was upgrading switching from Comcast. I was wrong.

Considering it's not connected yet because they decided the only available appointment to activate my service was a week from the day I paid for it, even though it is a self install and I already have all the gear from when I was a customer before, I would say I'm either annoyed or indifferent depending on which point you address.

Almost all aspects of the sale of ATT services were bungled by a nice, but absolutely clueless salesperson. Installation dates, types of service ordered, and especially the phone number to be ported to my new account were all completely wrong. Correcting ATT's mistakes cost me $50 out of my pocket, 10 days without phone service, and another half day off work to wait for the installation guy.
No stars. Not at all pleased.

Very satisfied with the technician who did my installation very unsatisfied with customer service who told me on the day of my service being installed that they could not find me in the system yet a couple minutes later a tech was ringing my doorbell.

AT&T the past few weeks has been the absolute worst. My bill is so high it could be a car payment. I canceled my service and in the process of doing that I was hung up on several times and I literally had to beg the rep not to hang up. Also I called to try and get some type deal to restore my service and just found out that I can't get basic Internet installed for three weeks. I am very fed up with the service and the charges that they charge.

Signed up last Saturday. Scheduled installation for Thursday. Called on Thursday, "where's the technician?" "Sorry sir, after signed up with AT&T and we told you everything was set, after you got off the phone the credit card you put on file declined because it will expire soon." "And I have to call in after rearranging my schedule to be here, and your technician is a no show, to find this out?" "Sorry, sir someone should have called you, I'll get someone out tomorrow, worst case by Saturday morning and someone WILL call you today to confirm that." Not 1 call from AT&T yet. Haven't even started my 30 day trial period yet. Strike one ATT&T. When you're a no show again tomorrow that'll be strike 2.

Took the day off and att never showed up to install it

the tech who came out here was very friendly, he knew what he was doing
set up our phone and uverse connection as quickly as possible and all is working well so far.

I'm sure the service will be great when I finally receive it. But I'm currently waiting 15 days to get my Internet installed. Ridiculous!!

When I ordered my service I requested service for 5 TV 's ..and got a quote I was happy with but much to my surprise when the installer came I was told I was only getting service for 4 TV 's and if I wanted to add service to an additional TV my price was gonna change . Go figure not my mistake that was their mistake ..was disappointed because we were already getting on ..On a bad start also no high definition really !!! Here we go I was never told that was extra ... So I asked them to check their recording because at the begging of our conversation they tell you that phone call will be recorded.. But noooo had to pay more to add another TV and the HD.and so yeah now my internet is very slow ..but Im To upset at this moment to even call ..I'm just tired of having to deal with this kinda of situations..and yeah there's was a lot of stuff I was not told about like if you make a contract with them you would get 100 $ cash back . Wish I would have been told about that ,, it would have been nice ..also the fact that I had to sign up for auto pay really like I'm not gonna pay ...but whatever I will be contacting them soon on this slow internet service but first I gotta calm down.. So there that's my review...

i almost signed up for AT&T again after our promotional period ended with our other supplier. While I was in the process of signing up for service the $14.99/month promotion very quickly turned into $29/month and then escalated to over $40/month after all the fees were applied!!! I pay slightly more than that for my current service. But once I was reminded about how they Nickle and dime customers I was SO happy to call back and cancel my order the next day (which that was a hassle in and of itself).

Was sitting in the doctors chair texting. I asked if he needed me & he said no & got up back to work. Met him at 9am for installation. Asked how long it would take him, he said 1:30 hours. Abt 2 hours into this, I walked outside & he was gone. Completely gone & wiring hanging out. Ok fine. 4 hours later, I asked again he said 45 minutes.

I order service a week ago, was told it would take 2-3 days to receive my modem and I would receive email with a tracking number to track my order never received the email or modem, after day 5 no modem I called and was told I t will come that day or next day when my service is activated. the Day my service was suppose to be activated according to my confirmation email, no tech no modem, when I called I was transfer 4 times to different departments basically because nobody could explain to me one: why I don't still have a modem and two: my activation date had change and I was unaware and not notify through email yes I can attmit I was angry customer when I called because the day before when I call the rep wasnt listening to my concern just telling me anything that had nothing to with my account, I ask to speak with a supervisor 3 times was transfer but no supervisor every picked up yes AT&T this is true check my call log o yea all call are recorded right , so can you check back from the day your agent set my service up until today when I called, because still no modem and the tech has already came out today, once I called again today after the tech left again I was notify by your agent that my modem couldn't be tracked again and to give it one more day #day8 still stuck with no serivce and I'm still behind in school because no internet still.....I truly believe that customer serivce doesn't exist anymore out of all company's didn't expect this out of you guys

was told 7 days before they could install. Today the 8th was promised date. Now they are saying the 13 is the earliest. Not a good first experience from switching from another carrier. Having second thoughts. 2 weeks no tv or Internet with kids is hard especially when you work from home.

Have never had so much trouble setting anything up very frustrating!!!!
