ASR Gearbox Repairs Anmeldelser

What a fantastic company! I spoke to Rockie, so patient with explanations and dealing with numerous queries from
Warrantywise insurance, who didn’t pay out. The car was collected, dropped back and works brilliantly. A follow on call from Rockie to check up on the car a week later. I’d forgotten just how good customer service can be. Thank you to a wonderful company and I’d highly recommend.

Absolute scam. Do not ever use them, because they will rip you off. They will charge you 3-4 times more than cost of the fair repair prices. In the invoice you will be amazed to see that 5 liters of gear oil costs £300.

Sonny was very helpful and explained everything that would be happening and what's going on car runs very well after the reapi4s have been done

Easy to deal with via the cabable agents. Process clearly set out, diahnosis/quotation given and job took place to price and timescale. Free (if quote adopted) collection /delivery service worked well. Sensible labour free deal for additional new clutch offered.

Well the good thing is ASR will keep you updated about your vehicle. Service is very professional and Rockie dealt with us very kindly.

After a quick talk with Rockie from ASR gearboxes it became apparent that these are the people i would trust with the repair of my Car. Rockie came across as very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, made the experience easy, kept me informed along the whole way and even made follow up calls a couple of weeks later to see how it was going. A credit to the company. ASR gearboxes 5 stars!!

From the start, Elliot, my Technical Advisor was helpful, informative and efficient. He always answered my many questions, returned my phone calls and emails promptly. He supplied all relevant information about my gearbox repair, supplying me with photos and a video showing me the the damage. Also, he was very helpful with the information required for my warranty claim. I found them to be a trustworthy company with customer satisfaction their priority.

Excellent communication with us at all times . Fully explained the process of car collection, diagnosis, repair costs and return of vehicle. Kept to timetable set for pick up and return of car and completed repair well in advance of estimated time. An expensive repair but felt that the advice given was sound and gave us confidence in the company.

I recently had the gearbox from my ford c max automatic repaired/ rebuilt by ASR very good service kept well informed by James by phone at all times
Thank you to all Keith Flood.

I had a fantastic experience with ASR. Sonny was friendly and professional with quick and efficient communication. I was informed of the work needed with price and nothing was done without my say so. Even after my car was delivered I received an email making sure my car was ok. ASR have gone above and beyond to help me quickly after another garage screwed me over. I'd definitely recommend them in future

My car needed to replace gearbox before Christmas holiday. Luckily, ASR /Jay offered an immediate replacement for me with reasonable price. I could take my car within a week and continue my trip.
Thanks again Jay and his team efforts.

Initial dealings with ASR by phone were quick and pleasant. This set the standard:
- The car was efficiently collected.
- Phone calls kept me informed during the repair.
- The car was returned quickly.
- Repair work is complete and successful.

James was fantastic. Was clear about what needed doing, explained the quote, organised for the car to be collected and dropped back and managed to get it sorted quickly. We desperately needed our car back and the work was done in a week. Would highly recommend.

James was very helpful and informative, he explained everything that would happen in detail. I received my car back within a week. Great service 10/10
