Poor packaging or shipping
Wasn't going to say anything but i continue to get request for my feedback but the frame showed up broke across the top 24" edge. I glued and repaired it since i needed it in a timely manner.

Great hot pink mat!
I purchased this mat because I was unable to find a hot pink mat anywhere else. It was the perfect shade for my colorful print. The only minor issue was that ordering a white mat online is a bit of a guessing game. It’s impossible to tell the difference between White, Cream and Super White. I should have chosen White to match the white frame better. Maybe a description of the shades of white would help.

Ordered from here 2x now and while the frames and nice and reasonably priced, the matte has been the wrong size consistently. It comes 1/4 inch smaller on either side which makes for gaps (meaning the opening for the picture is LARGER). Tried customer service via their WhatsApp option but got 0 response.

Cara, we’re sorry the mat opening wasn’t what you expected. Our mats are intentionally cut approximately 1/4 inch smaller than the entered image size to provide the overlap needed to hold the artwork securely. This is noted on the product page, when adding the item to the cart, and again in the cart and order confirmation. If the mat you received differs from the measurements shown on your order, please email your order number and a photo of the measurements to cs@arttoframe.com and we’ll gladly review it.
High glare museum glass
The museum quality glass you sent that was advertised as being essentially reflection-free has so much reflection that the art behind it is impossible to see in certain angles. You were unwilling to offer a full refund despite the pictures I sent showing how bad the reflections were.

If you still notice significant reflections with the replacement, please make sure the glass is facing the correct direction, as reversing it can affect the anti-reflective performance. Frames ruined my stuff with smudges
I ordered a few frames from Art To Frames and they ruined my prints, my tablecloth, and a t-shirt. The frames arrived with not-very-visible, but very transferable paint/wood-stain or grease. Every single frame had this stuff on it, and it transfers very readily with the lightest of contact with other surfaces. It ruined one of my prints, the tablecloth of the table I was setting things up on, and the t-shirt I was wearing.

I couldn’t be happier with the collage frame that I received with triple matting. The colors are awesome that I was able to choose by placing the pictures to view in frame. Great experience with ArtToFrames and will definitely use them again in the future.

It was super easy to order the size I wanted. The frames were received on time. The outer box was damaged on the corner but because the packing was well done, all the frames arrived beautifully intact glass and frame corner cardboard were unscathed. I will have to add D rings and coated wire to use in the art show for hanging. It came with small alligator hooks.

Please no stickers on glass
The frames are great and exactly as described. The measurements were spot on as i had to customize them for my irregular prints. They were very affordable especially considering they were customized. My only complaint is having to take the sticker off the glass pane. That was scary. That’s the reason for the 4 and not 5 stars. I didn’t like having to take the glass out and then using gum adhesive remover and then wash it. That sticker could’ve been put on the back of the cardboard in the frame or better yet, on the box corners it came wrapped in! Otherwise I love the purchase and end result.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time, but it’s VERY cheaply made. For the price they charge I thought the back of the box would also be wooden but it’s a foam material that you can’t even hang on a wall. Very disappointing. Waste of money.

We’re sorry the construction wasn’t what you expected. This order was for a custom shadowbox frame, and it was shipped fully constructed. While the rear panel includes foam board, it is bonded to mat board for additional support and is designed to hold approximately 20 pounds of material when properly attached. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how the shadowbox is constructed.
