Service and Quality Get High Marks, so far.
Many people here complain that communication is difficult when things go wrong. I can address that issue and the quality of their work.
I have now placed six orders, and I will be placing more soon.
One of my orders had two pieces that were not correct. It was not the fault of the printing. There was a website error that skewed the margins/cropping when I added the work to cart. (Be careful to review the thumbnail image in the cart). I was very concerned that this would become a huge hassle. But, I have spoken to customer service, and the lady who assisted me was lovely. I will provide another update when the replacements arrive, but they have been great.
Second, the many other print/frame orders I have received have been beautiful. I have ordered some substantial frames that are very expensive and others that are less so, but I have not ordered any that are the cheapest. Based on my own experience so far, I have seen quality work and have been pleased.
I did not read any reviews until something went wrong, and some of the reviews scared me. So far, I am pleased to report that things seem to be working well. I will write another review when I receive my replacements and my four other orders that are in process.

One step short of perfect
Easy to order. Great delivery time. The matte picture frame glass was scratched, but we changed the orientation so that it didn't show. Really disappointed because it was covered with a protective cover on both sides, but was still scratched.

The frame arrived ahead of schedule
The frame arrived ahead of schedule, but it was broken because when they packed it there was no bubble wrap or even paper around it. The bottom of the box had a slight dent, but the frame was broken and chipped corresponding to the dent.

The product was fine but delivery was wrong. Asked to be delivered to apartment IN THE BACK of property but was delivered to house in front. 100 ft drive and I am not very mobile. House is for sale and empty so this created unnecessary stress on my part.

Large order for a gallery show
I was able to work directly with an Art To Frames associate to place an order for nine framed pieces for a gallery show. They ensured that every dimension and specification was correct. Perfect Frames

I’m so impress with this beautiful frame! I couldn’t believe the price! I was glad that it didn’t come assembled. So much cheaper to ship it in pieces. It was super easy to put together and it was surprisingly sturdy once I got the butterfly connectors in place. Truly pleased with my purchase!

Dings and scratches
Product received with multiple places scratched or pulled up exposing the particle product under the black paint and each frame came with separate hanging pieces. Great to have a way to hang but doesn’t make sense for it to be two separate methods.

Different frame sizes can require different default hanging hardware, although customers can select matching hardware when available, and the selected hardware is shown on the product, cart, checkout, and order confirmation pages. Michael, our mats are intentionally cut approximately 1/4 inch smaller than the image size entered so the artwork has enough overlap and does not fall through the opening. The resulting opening size is shown throughout the ordering process, including the product, cart, checkout, and order confirmation pages. If the mats you received differ from the measurements shown on your order, please email your order number and photos showing the measurements to cs@arttoframe.com and we’ll gladly review them.
Arrived damaged
I ordered over $500 in frames for my living room gallery and was really excited to receive my order. Delivery was right on time. Everything was packaged really well, so I was surprised to find one severely scratched and the other had a broken fastening and chunks missing out of the cork board. I’m hoping they will send replacements and will update review at that time.
Update: my damaged frames were replaced and looked great! I’m really happy with the anti-reflective acrylic.
