Good frames with small flaws and hardware miscue
The 2 wood frames I purchased were good quality but the abutting end pieces had unpainted or unstained wood visible. Also, I ordered 2 sets of hanging supplies- "easy-to-hang" but instead got 1 of those and one sawtooth hanger. Not too happy with that fulfillment mistake.

Brian, we’re glad you were happy with the overall quality of the two wood frames, but we’re sorry about the unfinished areas you noticed at the corners and the concern with the hanging hardware. If you’re still missing any of the hardware you ordered, please email your order number to cs@arttoframe.com and we’ll replace it at no charge. If there’s an issue with the frame itself, please include a clear photo of the affected area along with your order number, and we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
Overall excellent frame
Surprisingly durable given some of the reviews. The frame is solid and sturdy, the corners sharp and strong. The matting was cut well, though the edging of the bezel isn't quite even. Hard to notice at a distance, at least. Overall excellent service. I think they learned from some of the reviews to better package, as it was very well packaged and there was no way it was getting damaged short of severe abuse by UPS.

Robert, we’re glad the frame felt solid and sturdy, the corners were strong, and the packaging kept everything well protected. We also appreciate you noting the slight unevenness along the matting edge. It’s great to hear the overall result still earned such positive feedback.
