Do not use this service, horrible people, I booked a taxi and was already waiting for it, they told me they were there but were not, I had already got a taxi one way with them to rush to a family emergency and they told me to book with them again and they would pick me back up, I rang them to see where the taxi was and they told me they were fully booked and couldn't send the car that was supposed to already be picking me up, they left me stranded in the middle of armley at 3 in the morning miles from home, I WAS a loyal customer for years, not any more

This poor joke of a taxi company,there meant to take my special needs boy to school every day,but there either a hour late or early and then drive off customer service is absolutely shocking would definitely not use these personally and if I could I'd stop them taking my boy unfortunately I can't do anything about it.

Don’t use this firm.
Driver was nothing short of downright rude.

We had three bags- he picked up the lightest ( cabin bag) and shot off into the car park leaving my wife and I to struggle with the suitcases.
When we caught up with him he stood back and left us to put them on the boot!
The cost was £36 to get home at lunchtime as opposed to £25 to get to the airport (at 3am)!
Won’t use them again

Having used this company reasonably successfully a few times for trips to/from Leeds - Manchester, and back, we were surprised to be left stranded at home this morning - on a booking paid for weeks ago, and confirmed yesterday.

At 8.45am, after three phone calls from me, the company finally admitted the nearest car they had was stuck in traffic at least twenty minutes away.

Fortunately I was able to hurriedly arrange suitable parking at Manchester, and drive us there.

Let’s see how we get on with the refund!

Later: Apology received from Arrow with promise of full refund. Confirmed they just didn’t have a car in our area (despite a month’s notice)

We booked a taxi from Leeds Airport because:
The taxi will be at the door.
No fhey don't
We will monitor your flight so you won't have to wait.
No they don't
Youbook in advance to make sure taxi is booked.
No they don't, no record of booking.
They arranged a taxi for us but my disabled wife had to walk a long way into the car park. They also charged me an extra £8 over the price confirmed which I refused to pay.
The Italian driver was very helpful and was brilliant.

AJ was a really friendly driver and offered to help out with any minor stops we might have needed.

My flight on Friday morning could not land, unbelievably on account of a hole in the runway at Bradford Airport.

We were the diverted to Manchester landing approximately at 1 am, with supply coaches to Leeds Bradford, arriving at 3.30 to 4 am on the morning.

The only franchised taxis at Leeds Bradford Airport, Arrow Taxis told me my taxis would be a wait of 10 mins.

Rather than an accurate reply that i would have to wait almost another hour. Cold and tired I waited another 55 minutes, no information,and arrived home just after 5 am

I complained to Arrow Managing Director, Daniel Graham who said they could offer no refund, despite their astronomically comparatively high price of a 9 mile journey for over £ 38 pounds.

I hope Leeds Bradford airport field more widely and competively when they give the next franchise to a taxi company; as my experience is the franchise is way over priced and inefficient. The taxi lateness and overpricing had nothing to do with late flights in or diversions coming back by coach from Manchester-as the company would like to suggest-it was failure to react and incompetence-and lied to me when my taxi would arrive. Had I known I would never have made the booking

Booked an airport taxi on the morning of my journey. Called after the original collection time and was told it would be at least another 40 minutes so I cancelled. They still charged me and 2 weeks on haven’t refunded or replied to any messages. Plus significantly more expensive than the national firm I ended up using. Avoid like the plague.

Alli car 118 really good driver made sure I was safe one top driver give him 200 percent star rating he's is a top guy he's got my loyalty

My daughter has just been ‘driven’ by an arrow cars driver as part of a long term booking normally fulfilled by DG cars

The driver shouldn’t be on the roads, went road 2 majors islands THE WRONG WAY!!! on coming traffic had to swerve out of the way, he then reversed into the traffic travelling the right way leaving my daughter having a panic attack

Poor company as per other reviews. Family of 4 booked taxi at 0345 on a saturday morning; turned up after phoning and reminding eventually at 410 saying we would still make our flight; they had no idea of what flight time this was. Very well paid for a short journey. No apology from company or driver. I've given there chance to respond to me and they've ignored me. On return at Bristol airport they clearly cannot cope and waited ages for our return. we will use alternatives next time.

I phoned and precooked a taxi to take us to Leeds Bradford Airport on the 27th of January and return 4 days later. The lady on the phone suggested that on arrival to the airport I go to their office with the driver and pay by card for both arrival and return journeys.
This is what I did paying £43.50 for both despite the fact that it is only 10 minutes drive from my home.
On our return on the 30th of Jan, we went to their airport office to ask for or prepaid taxi home.
We were told by the very laid back man in the kiosk that he could not find my name or the booking.
I stressed I paid by card and given a little receipt. Eventually he found our journey to the airport 4 days earlier but not the booking for the return.
By the time he asked for the dates and home address many times , a queue of people had formed all complaining and shouting .
The couple behind us told us that they had the same trouble as we were having on a previous occasion.
Eventually and as I said I will mot pay again and because of the complains of other people waiting, we were given a taxi driver.
He raced ahead of us to his taxi as we were trying to run after him pulling our heavy luggage.
A very BAD company . Do not use

Forgot to collect me.
Gave another chance different day. Were late so phoned. They argued I hadn’t prebooked and I’d have to book and pay cash. I had confirmation and suddenly it went quiet. Terrible service.

Ordered 3 cabs for 12.30 but they sent 1 can at 12.30 to the destination and then back again which mean the last pick up was an hour after the original pick up, when this was disputed with the cab company they called me rude and treatened to cancel my cab despite me paying in advance.

I pre booked a taxi well in advance for a supermarket shop. The outbound took me a long way around which resulted in a higher fare. I did question the driver as I wondered where he was going but due to turning down a narrow road and there was no way of turning around.
The return part…….they never showed up!
Pre booked for 2130 I rang the base after 10 minutes to be told the driver was “8-10 mins away”, ok I waited. A further 30 minutes and still no driver, so I politely rang again and he hung up. The supermarket locked up and shutter down and the car park was dark and empty.
They left a young women, alone, vulnerable in the freezing cold, late at night. They did not care and have no respect for their customers as their customer service is zero.
After another 10 minutes on a journey home that should of took 5-10 minutes I finally got home by Amber Cars, a taxi company that actually turns up.
I will never use this firm again after the situation they placed me in.

A bit of a mixed review (overall I would say do not use this company):

I recently took a trip from Leeds Bradford airport

The Good - The driver was courteous and helpful

The bad - a trip of 16 miles which (in the opposite direction) cost me £38 a couple of weeks ago cost me £56 with Arrow!! It also turns out that the driver is paid closer to my original cost and the company pocket £22 of that for simply taking my money and passing the details to the driver - I have no idea how they can possibly justify this.

I would therefore suggest that anyone thinking of using them seeks out a local alternative or even Uber

Arrow cars Warning do not use we got a taxi from this company on 14th december from the brittania hotel who recommended was quoted £12 for trip to airport (5 mins) on arrival were told they now had a set fee of £17 total rip off on return got a taxi to same hotel from airport with sjk taxis for £8

We must have had the most ignorant, unhelpful taxi driver ever. When we arrived at our destination it was pouring down, I was travelling with my husband who is disabled. The taxi driver got out and dumped 2 big suitcases on the road and drove off. Didn’t even have the consideration to ask if we needed help getting the cases into the car. Will NEVER use them again.

Awful, please avoid. Booked a taxi 6 hours in advance, waited an hour on my own at 12:30am, 2 cars scheduled didn’t arrive, avoid avoid avoid
