I love this card’s “grow” section of your account. It provides very useful & informative information & really motivates me to stay on track & give me an incentive to do so.

Your folks there are kind courteous and they have respect for the customer which say I think is wonderful and it's hard to find that with a bunch of credit card companies

Asked to close my account and you refused. No interest in ever doing business with you again.
A consumer can close their account at anytime and continue to pay so theyre able to restrict access to the account. Youre actions are predatory.

This is not an app for 1099 contractors and self employed. Very deceptive emails stating we now believe you are a perfect fit for our program only to go through the same application process as before that does not accept the income that clearly shows. Stop sending fraudulent emails and update your program to include self employed before you send out your "perfect fit" invitation.

Such an excellent product, and great UI. Glad I stumbled upon Arro.

Arro is the best app that help me with my credit score and help me with all of my money problems by education me what to do and what not to do.

This is quite possibly the best app, strategy, and card to build your credit fast with plenty of learning activities on the way. If you want to build credit this is definitely how to do it. Thank you Arro and all the staff. Keep up the great work. 👍 Awesome 👌 👏

Email support was fast and helpful, however, phone support is sorely needed for critical problems.

Said everyone is approved I didn't get approved but a friend did with no job and worse credit than mine. It's a lie they only choose certain people. Go elsewhere

Awful experience. Customer service is not good. Arro is not a good brand. Would never recommend Arro to anyone. A secured card is better.

Arro has finally figured out how to make credit cards and credit building something I like and am less nervous about. I love how you can keep growing your credit line as you learn and they keep adding cool new features like the AI Coach and challenges.

It is not comparable with all banks. It couldn’t link to my bank (PNC). They don’t tell you that until after you sign the agreement. I was charged the annual fee even though I was unable to use it.

This company is amazing. My credit score keeps going up. I love the lessons and how my credit line continues to increase as I complete their activities.

I was a beta tester for this app and it was a fantastic experience! They not only give you access to credit, but teach you how to use it as well. I’ve learned so many things I didn’t know from the financial education they provide and much more confident managing my money now

This has been a great way to start to build my credit. Before Arro I purposefully stayed away from getting a credit card and wish I didn't wait so long. Since I joined, I've learned good lessons around finances and have gotten increases in my credit limit for taking activities and making payments to the card. Customer service has been great too and is really helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start off their credit on the right foot

This product is amazing! A credit card with no hard inquiry that allows me to learn about my finances and increase my credit limit at the same time, at my pace, is awesome! The customer service is great, they always get back to you quickly and do their best to help you out regardless of your circumstances. The product and service are definitely a breath of fresh air compared to other "predatory" lenders.

Arro has transformed my credit journey! I have never felt so confident in my finances. Not only am I able to actually build my credit, but I am also learning so much about finances in the process. The lessons in the app actually teach you helpful information – and a lot of it I didn't know before getting my Arro card. I can't thank Arro enough for all they've done for my finances and financial health!
