Great good start to building credit

Takes to long to make paymenets, even with a debit card. I made a payment and after 3 or 4 days they had not taken it out of my account.And then when they finally did try to,the funds were not in my account anymore.Seen like alot to go threw for a card thay only starts with a 75.00 limit

Everything is good so far. I didn't have any complaints

I appreciate the compassion to educate

This card is nice, but it's constantly being declined when I try and make an online purchase. Paypal, Domino's Pizza, Etsy to name a few.

What card was I approved for? I don't remember applying for a card.

To be honest I probably should rate this lower because at first i couldn't even apply because of a system error. That issue was resolved but there is definitely some issues with the calculations of pay regarding qualifications.
My bank clearly shows a net pay of almost 1300 bi weekly and somehow the system calculated a $7000 6 month net pay which is clearly and totally wrong.
Not too disappointing because the card doesn't have a big limit but clearly the math is way off.

Incredibly slow or no customer support response at all. objectives either do not count progress or have serious delay.

I haven’t been able to get a card it keeps saying that I’m on a waiting list in which been waiting over 6 months now

Arro was this great card great opportunity I felt like it was fair it was the best way to give people credit the good healthy way and then I did everything they asked to the T and now they won't give credit increases. I would have had a $2,000 credit line by now and if they had not all the sudden stopped giving me my earned increases

I've contacted the company several times because bank account linked to my account is no longer active, I am trying to unlink the bank account and do not have new one at this time and that is why they will not let me close my account unlink my bank

Account was useful at first, but approximately 6-8 weeks ago, I received a notice that the Arro site/card was undergoing some kind of upgrade, so all earned credit limit increases would be on hold for a short period of time, with Arro keeping track of them during that time period. I've still not been given the promised credit limit increases I earned, and have received nothing but scripted responses when I've contacted them.

Also, my card was "frozen" a few weeks ago for unknown reasons. My account has always been active and in good standing. I contacted Arro and was told they had unfrozen my account but couldn't tell me why it was frozen in the first place. No phone number available to call customer service, only email. Lousy company, don't waste your time.

There were fraudulent charges on my account and documentation of proof was given so many times to Arro and yet to hear from anyone and it’s been a month and I continue to get the same email response stating that we received your request and someone will contact me in 24-48 hrs. My card has been frozen and have not received a new card as well. This is unacceptable and someone needs to get my problem resolved
