They accessed my personal Wells Fargo account and changed my scheduled payment.
It is not worth the hassle for a little card with high fees

ARRO Financial is the best organization I ever worked with! Everything that was presented in the invitation to apply for their Mastercard is true. You get much more than a MC. I have faithfully paid all of my payments on time and they suspended my account because I accidentally sent a payment from my recently closed Chase bank account. I immediately made a new payment from current bank account and now they are demanding to see 60 days of bank statements from my closed bank account! That is none of their business! I will just pay this card off and they can keep it! Not worth the trouble. If you read other reviews you'll see that they come up with random reasons to freeze your account. This card is trash!

I just applied for the credit card and I have decent fair credit and they had me go through this whole process of attaching my checking account to their platformand then to tell me you say I'm not a good fit that's crazy to anyone applying for this card don't waste your time

A Card You'd Rather Not Need
It would be great if not for the gods-awful customer service. You can't reach anyone by phone (seriously!?) and they take too long to respond by email.
You're better off not ever needing this in an emergency, if it fails you're screwed. (Source: literally in the middle of an emergency and cannot use a card that has available credit that I threw my last $500 for the moment at...this is ridiculous)

We're sorry you were unable to spend on your Arro Card.
Auth holds for hotels or car rentals remain on your account for 30 days. We know this is not ideal, but it is a regulatory compliance requirement specifically for the Arro Card. The auth should clear shortly and if you make a payment by debit card (instead of via bank payment) it opens up your credit limit on the same day.

BE CAREFUL with these guys, other then needing $1500 a month income, there interest rates are crazy, and they are connected with all those deceptive credit card scam companies associated with that horizon outlet store with a bunch of junk on it, that overcharges, charges you a monthly service fee (even after you canceled) and then expects high interest rates payments on time or they will destroy your credit, if you need a few extra bucks, use empower app, they will spot you $50 anytime, and repayment of $53, and each time they will let you borrow more, no credit cards to deal or worry about! they use plaid and report your positive repayments to all credit agencies, a much better options then risking your credit with shady companies like Arro, that is my experience and opinion of this company. i was never interested, I was just doing a review on you guys, i use empower, they lend me $50 to $200 bucks right into my checking's in 5 minutes, no waiting for a card, and interest is super low, $3 on every $50 i borrow, why would i want a $50 credit card with insane interest rates connected to shady financial companies? i just reviewed the app, i didn't even apply so i don't know what your talking about, being denied for anything, dishonesty only pays for so long guys!
