Top knotch customer service and care
I did not expect such amazing customer service from my home warranty company. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me. I had a rough experience with a plumber they sent to my house, and they more than made up for it. Mario with Armadillo was so good about keeping me updated, and following up with me regarding my service. They didn’t give me the run around at all when it was recommended to have my water heater replaced. Truly a phenomenal company. I am a very happy customer.

Professional Experience
Met with Theron to ensure that I had proper coverage for my home warranty services. Most services such as these can be confusing and limiting after you read the “fine print”. I have reached out and I haven’t heard…
Updated: Initially I had an issue with the company being unresponsive during the approval process and I didn’t hear from anyone for about 4 days. Since then… Armadillo has made it right, expedited the claim, sent me a check directly to cover the claim and gave other concessions to make this right. Once the communication lapse came to light, numerous people reached out to me and has since made arrangements to prevent this in the future. I can recommend Armadillo with confidence.

Different than other companies!
I've used atleast 2 other companies. I've been with Armadillo for aleast a year. The website is user friendly. Thank you Adelina for explaining the process in simple terms! Realtor's Go-To Home Warranty Recommendation
As a realtor, Armadillo has become my go to recommendation to clients for home warranties. Their coverage is all encompassing with very competitive rates and and the order process is quick and easy. Awesome Experience!!!
From Start to finish the whole experience was awesome. The claims representative helped us through each stage. From claim inception to service to resolution. The appliance in question could not be repaired so Armadillo did their due diligence and by the end of the day of the service call we had Venmo in our bank account for a new appliance. What a pleasant experience!!!

They were right on time
They were right on time and check the wiring to the motor. They discovered the sensors were no good. They came next day, at said time, and replaced them. They did an excellent job.

I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime…
I'm a recent EX customer of Lifetime Home Warranty that scammed me and others by not providing the coverage paid for. So I was super leary of start up companies because of this. But Armadillo went above and beyond to gain my trust and business with the CEO giving me a call to go over their services and company. That alone speaks volumes. Their plan is easy to understand and not full of fine print and exclusions like all the others.
