I liked that I could sumbit estimates…
I liked that I could sumbit estimates and receipta by email. onlune claim process easy. I chose to use my own technicians and get reimbursed. You have to keep calling service desk to get things processed or they wont check promtly for emails. They pay and processes ac condenser and evap coil as separate so be prepared they only pay for the parts that proven failed. They take more than 5 business days for approval.

No hassle, painless experience
Garage door opener failed and needed to be looked at. Filed a claim and had a local well-regarded business at my home in a couple of days. The business had to contact Armadillo for an authorization to replace the opener and he got their okay within go minutes. He got it done and was on his way! He said they were the best warranty provider he's worked with because they pick up the phone.

Def worth it
Well shucks, lemme tell ya 'bout this here Armadillo Home Warranty. It sure did come in handy, I tell ya what. We jus' bought ourselves a new home and dang it, we had some troubles with the ol' dishwasher and the furnace. At first, I was all kinds of stressed out, but then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Yep, you guessed it, we got ourselves a home warranty! Them folks on the claims team were mighty nice, and my rep Larry, he's a real gem, I tell ya.

They do what they say!
Last Saturday night our A/C went out on a 115 degree day. I thought my chances of getting any help on a Saturday night were nil. However, Ilyssa Cohen contacted me even though it was 10:30 pm in her time zone. With her help, I was able to resolve the problem by Sunday, the following day. Special recognition to Mario, who was also very helpful. Don't use any other warranty company. Armadillo is the real deal.

No action or response from company
I reported an electrical issue on June 2, 2023. They “assigned” a contractor but that contractor never came on the assigned date. I have followed up with Armadillo multiple times over the last month via online chat, online message, phone call, and email. No one returns my emails, I get voicemail, and the online chat person just says they will notify “dispatch” but nothing ever gets done. I just want this electrical issue fixed so I can cancel coverage ASAP.

I must say, as a landlord who manages their own rentals Armadillo delivered. If I could more stars I would! Most people hate home warranties, they always say they never pay! That is true with most, but not when Ilyssa is working for you! She will always go above and beyond to get the claims paid for our clients, and makes us look great during the whole process. We’ve had 95% of all claims that Ilyssa was part of get paid! And the 5% not paid was usually the client not providing the info required and following instructions. Stop looking you’ve found the best of the best with Ilyssa and Armadillo!
