I can't say enough good things about Armadillo!
Since we bought our duplex a year ago, we had a water heater break, a fridge and one two of our cadet heaters. We chose our own contractors because we live in a rural area and Armadillo was super responsive in reimbursing our claims! The outcome was amazing. I think a lot of people who leave negative reviews here don't realize that they can select their own contractor, which alleviates a lot of the waiting in smaller towns or in emergency situations.

I have not found a better company and…
I have not found a better company and Lisa was GREAT; answering all of my questions...and there were a LOT!
No other company has a $7500.00 coverage level! NO ONE! They also cover generators and a weird and rare heating system!
The $200 deductible at the Premium level was a surprise. At the standard level, it is just $70 or $75.
I will likely be with them for years!

You all just send whichever company you contract with. Some of these companies are known for their terrible customer service/care. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the ineptitude of the two service personnel who came for my recent service request.
I intend to cancel coverage.

It took them three weeks before the…
It took them three weeks before the servicemen came to check our ice maker and it was because I called the company to see when they were coming and then another week to order the parts so he can fix it. Now they have to get authorization from the company to order the ice tray that dispenses the ice. So I'm still waiting for an answer. The servicemen was nice and helpful.

Super Easy Service Request, took twice to get it right.
Setting up a service request is super easy. Kitchen faucet was replaced however not with the same style faucet but the company came back out and switched it out to something that matched.
It took a bit of work for me to contact the Armadillo and get this resolved but they did take care of the issue.

The service technician had on proper attire i.e shoe covers and overalls,explained what he was doing, showed me the replacement parts, gave visual and verbal instructions regarding the new equipment, very professional.....great job :)
