Arctic, malfunction of one of the aio argb fans.
Arctic, I contacted customer support on July 7, after almost a year of using an Arctic Freezer ARGB AIO, which suddenly began to have a problem with the lighting on one of the fans. The support was quick, and they responded in just under 24 hours with a certain (refreshing) emphasis. I asked the relevant questions and received satisfactory answers, including purchase documentation and video images. They estimated the time it would take to process the request, which was about 10 business days. Just two days later, on July 11, they contacted me again for information on the shipping address for the replacement part for my AIO. I responded promptly, and after exchanging emails, my replacement fan was shipped on the same date via DHL courier from Germany. I received my replacement on July 18. I installed it and verified its functionality. I contacted customer support again and thanked them for their professional and prompt assistance. Arctic, you are TOP! Thanks again!
AMAZING customer support
This customer support is absolutely GOATED. I had bought a liquid freezer iii aftermarket, and didn't get any standoffs with, so I contacted support and now some are on my way. Not to mention the insane price to performance for theese products,
I definitely reconmend buy arctic.
Exzellenter Support
Ich habe bei einem Online-Versender einen Arctic CPU-Kühler bestellt, bei dem leider die Schrauben zur Befestigung am Sockel fehlten. Daraufhin haben ich mich beim Arctic-Support gemeldet und mir wurden die fehlenden Schrauben innerhalb einer Woche kostenlos zugesandt. Nächstes Mal werde ich wieder zu Arctic greifen.

Excellent long term product support as well as customer support
I own a 10 year old Arctic Liquid Freezer and just set up a new PC. The cooler wasn't compatible with my new CPU socket but I thought I'd email Arctic, with little hope, since they seem to sell adapters for their site. Lucas from support has been very, very informative and helpful in finding a suitable adapter for my use case, even from 3rd party websites since Arctic doesn't stock something for my specific use case. I am very thankful and wish all companies had as good customer support. I appreciate that their product, especially one that has a pump is working 10y later, and they are keen to help me continue using it instead of it turning into e-waste.

I had some issues with my Liquid Freezer II 240, so I contacted customer support, and Jessica handled my case with great kindness and professionalism. Even though I live in Italy, she took care of everything, and after a few repair attempts, she arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me.

I accidentally broke a cable from my Arctic Freezer cooler. I contacted support and they sent me a new one at no cost. Jessica was amazing. It's nice that Arctic has good customer service and that their products are also high quality.
Keine Antwort vom Support nach über 1 Woche
Letzte Woche Montag dem Support geschrieben, dass einer meiner P14 PWM PST A-RGB sich nicht mehr dreht.
Vermutlich ist das PWM-Kabel defekt.
Leider bis heute keine Antwort.
Mehr als eine Woche ohne Antwort finde ich dann doch sehr lange ...
Ich würde mich über eine Reaktion von Arctic sehr freuen.
Update:
Nachdem ich ein zweites Mal geschrieben habe, hat sich dann Arctic nach insgesamt 2 Wochen gemeldet.
Dann ging es wirklich schnell.
1 Tag später war der Lüfter da.
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten fande ich den Kontakt auch sehr angenehm.
Arctic hat sich auch für die fehlende Rückmeldung auf meine erste Mail hin entschuldigt.
Sie hatten anscheinend Probleme mit dem Ticketsystem.
Kann passieren.
War im Übrigen ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt und wollte auch Rückmeldung haben, ob der neue funktioniert.
Danke an Arctic für die Hilfe.

Fantastic customer service from Lucas at the Arctic Support team! I was missing thumb screws for my AIO pump, and Lucas was very quick to help me and sent out new screws to me free of charge. Now my build is complete, and the Arctic Liquid Freezer 420mm is a BEAST :)

Arctic shop prices
Not a review on the product itself, more on Arctic shop:
I bought another refurbished cooler.
I was looking at refurbished coolers in Arctic shop, decided to buy one but needed to check the case to see how big would fit inside. I got the info about the case the next day, when i wanted to buy that refurbished cooler the prices were 30% higher than the day before, no warning, no gradual increase, boom, just 30% up in 24 hours.
I saw an interview from Computex 2025, Arctic representative stated that every cent they save benefits the customer. I disagree.
30 % overnight price increase for refurbished goods is not customer friendly. I could almost get a new cooler from Thermalright or other brand in that price range.

Incredible customer service. One of the fans in my Arctic Liquid Cooler II AIO died, so I contacted Arctic, who replied within 24hrs and had a replacement sent (free of charge) out to me straight away, which arrived within 4 working days.
Great after sale service.
Except that the Arctic Liquid freezer 3 420 was amazing as product, accidentally, i broke the VRM fan. When i contact with Arctic to ask if i can buy a new one, because it was my fault that broke, they send me a new one with no cost. The after sales service of this company is amazing. The best company i ever deal with.
