Ho acquistato una lampada Flos Taccia che, purtroppo, presentava un difetto di fabbrica non imputabile ad Archiproducts. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e ho trovato grande disponibilità e attenzione: hanno compreso con precisione la problematica e si sono attivati per risolverla nel modo più rapido possibile.
La risoluzione è stata gestita in tempi relativamente brevi, considerando anche il periodo di ferie dell’azienda. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la professionalità, la chiarezza e la disponibilità dimostrate durante tutta la gestione della richiesta.

Highly recommended – outstanding customer service!
Before ordering my table from Archiproducts, I actually had some doubts. This was mainly due to some reviews mentioning delivery issues and delays, as well as the fact that the company is based in Italy while I live in Germany. Since it was also a high value purchase, I was understandably cautious.
Beforehand, I had contacted several companies in Germany. In some cases, I received no response at all or had to wait at least 1.5 weeks – and unfortunately, some of the replies I eventually received were not very customer-oriented. In the end, despite my initial concerns, I decided to place my order with Archiproducts. And I was not disappointed!
I received a very quick response to my initial inquiry. My requests and changes were handled without any complications and, most importantly, very promptly. What impressed me even more was that the excellent service did not stop once the order had been placed. Every additional question I had was answered – quickly, helpfully, and always in an exceptionally friendly manner!
Unfortunately, my delivery was also delayed, and I additionally had an issue that required a complaint. But this is exactly where the quality of the customer service really showed: Archiproducts supported me throughout the entire process, stood by my side, and helped to find a solution.
A very special thank you to Marcella and Claudia for their exceptionally friendly, dedicated, and customer oriented support! I would also like to thank the manufacturer Saluc, and Thierry in particular, for his support.
I am genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything worked out in the end, despite a few issues along the way. For me, what matters is not that everything always goes perfectly, but how a company responds when something does not go according to plan. And with Archiproducts, I felt well supported at all times.
I am very happy and satisfied with my decision. Unfortunately, this level of friendly and dedicated customer service is something I have rarely experienced with companies in Germany.

Malgré votre buffet en bois est arrivé avec des parties endommagées et vous avez refusé la marchandise, nous avons contacté le producteur et leur demandé de produire les parties nouvelles en donnant la priorité à la deuxième mise en production. Ensuite, afin de vérifier que les nouvelles parties étaient fonctionnelles, avant de livrer à votre adresse, J'ai demandé au courier de vérifier la marchandise dans leur entrepôt. Comme vous avez pu observer, la satisfaction des Clients est pour nous à la première place! Mi sono rivolta ad Archiproduct per l'acquisto di un tavolo da spedire sull'isola di Pantelleria. Il sito è molto ben fatto ed il livello dei prodotti è alto. L'assistenza del personale (Claudia e Marcella) è stata eccellente da tutti i punti di vista e non hanno mancato di risolvere piccoli problemi in modo personalizzato, attraverso un supporto continuo, gentile e professionale. La consegna del Suo ordine, essendo prevista su un isola remota ha implicato una serie di accorgimenti a livello logistico che, col supporto del reparto di competenza, siamo riusciti a risolvere affinché Lei poteva ricevere il tavolo nei tempi richiesti. Inoltre, benché alla consegna non avesse trovato un perno per il montaggio, grazie al celere supporto del produttore, abbiamo risolto altrettanto velocemente il problema relativo alla viteria mancante. Come può aver potuto appurare, la cosa per noi fondamentale è sempre trovare una soluzione ottimale per i ns Clienti e soddisfare le loro richieste. Several years ago we purchased an Ethimo outdoor umbrella from Archiproducts and we loved the service and the smooth international delivery. Recently, we put up the umbrella for the Summer and noticed that the top pulley was bent. We reached out to Archiproducts and Claudia in customer service was amazing!(Not sure if she is an AI agent or a real person😅). She was responsive, kept us informed as she searched for the pulley part and Ethimo had the part and agreed to ship it at no cost to us. Our Customer Service always pays attention to our Customers' needs, and we always try to find the best solution in terms of time so that our Customers can immediately solve their issue. Since it is Summer, our Customer Service understood that it was importanto to repair your Garden Umbrella and therefore, with the help of the producer, we were able to send you the spare parts in a short time. Last but non least, our Customer Service is composed by "real people". AI won't be able to replace in total the empathy and the skill to listen to Customers'needs a human being can do ;)

Unfortunately the ordered piece of furniture was damaged on the transport, Archiproducts promised at once to replace the damaged piece till next month and if it will arrive intact, I am completely happy with this marvellous service.

Unfortunately the table top of your coffee table arrived broken but our After Sales Service understood your needs in the same way our colleagues of the Pre Sales Dpt did and therefore a new table top having the same "tailor made" features was put in production. Innanzitutto trovo il sito web dell'azienda molto utile e mi aiuta a organizzare i miei progetti. A volte, però, è vero che, anche se qualcosa sembra immediatamente disponibile, alla fine non mi arriva in Grecia nei tempi indicati, cosa che per me, che sono un professionista, è estremamente importante perché i clienti e i progetti a cui lavoro non possono aspettare. Fortunatamente, però, il servizio clienti è eccellente e mi è sempre di grande aiuto in tutti i miei problemi. Vorrei quindi sottolineare che, per me come professionista, è proprio il servizio clienti che alla fine mi fa tornare sempre da questa azienda!

Malgrado le problematiche che possono incorrere durante un acquisto on-line legate ai ritardi inerenti le tempistiche di produzione, danni da trasporto o difetti di fabbrica, come Lei stessa ha riscontrato più volte, il ns Servizio Clienti è sempre pronto a offrire supporto e a risolvere le problematiche nel più breve tempo possibile. Schlechtester Support und noch schlechtere Qualität für teuer Geld
Wir haben über Archiproducts einen 1.000-€-Eichetisch bestellt, der als Esstisch ausgewiesen ist.
Nach den ersten Minuten im Einsatz sind Wasserflecken auf der Tischplatte zurückgeblieben – der Tisch ist somit für den beworbenen Einsatz ungeeignet.
Anstatt uns als Kunden bei der Reklamation zu unterstützen, wurden unsere Beschwerdemails lediglich an den Hersteller weitergeleitet und ein paar Tage später die Antwort des Herstellers wieder zu uns übergeben – so ging das nun einige Wochen lang. Wir als geschädigte Käufer wurden nicht erst genommen.
Der abschliessende Satz zur Reklamation war: "Sie koennen leicht den Tisch reparieren.
Weder die Firma noch Archiproducts sind für dieses Problem auf Ihrem Tisch verantwortlich."
Selten so einen schlechten Kundenservice und noch schlechtere Produktion erlebt. NIE WIEDER!

Sehr geehrter Kunde, das tut uns sehr leid fuer diese Situation. Auf jeden Fall ist Archiproducts ein Zwischenhändler und im Fall von Fabrikationsfehler oder Probleme mit der Pflege von bestimmten Stoffen (wie z.B. Marmor/Holz/Tuchwaren usw), muss der Kundenservice von Archiproducts direkt den Hersteller kontaktieren, damit der Hersteller das Problem mit dem Qualitätskontrollebuero analysieren kann. In Ihrem Fall hat unser Kundenservice den Hersteller kontaktiert, damit er das Probkem von den Wasserflecken auf der Tischplatte mit den Tischler analysrien konnte. Danach hat der Kundenservice Ihnen alle Informationen ueber die Ursachen der Wasserflecken erklaert und die von dem Tischler vorgeschlagene Loesungen gegeben. Wir haben daher sowohl das Problem direkt mit dem Hersteller analysiert als auch eine Loesung an das Problem gefunden. Wir stehen zur Verfuegung. MfG

Vitra / ACX MESH Office chair
I placed the order for the Vitra ACX Mesh chair on 20.02.2026 and received it today, 21.04.2026. Right after purchasing, I immediately received an updated delivery estimate, and in the end the chair arrived about one week earlier than the planned estimated date. The delivery took a little longer, which was understandable since this was a custom configuration. The order was shipped from Bari, Italy. The chair is very good quality, it was properly packed, and it arrived fully assembled. The price was also very good compared to other websites I checked at the time of purchase. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I recently needed to get new feet for a chair I bought years ago off Archiproducts. (For medical reasons we needed to swap the wheels for solid feet).
Archiproducts were incredibly helpful - they reached out to the manufacturer and sourced the correct feet for us, and set up a custom purchase for us off their website.
It was very much appreciated.
The chair was the Midj STAR DSB - it still looks great.
