Esta claro que debí de leer estas reviews antes de hacer el pedido.
El 99% de las reviews que existen en diferentes plataformas han sido pagados los creadores y seguro que han tenido una experiencia mucho mejor que todos los clientes “normales” que nos quejamos en este blog.
Hice la compra de un case para un Iphone 17 pro, ponia que en 4-5 dias se enviaria.
Dejé pasar los dias hasta que me di cuenta que estabamos a miercoles y aun no habia visto ningun movimiento en el tracking.
Envié un correo y aun sigo sin recibir respuesta… Dudo que me contesten.
Es increíble como una empresa que dice vender un producto premium, tenga un servicio tan pobre.
Lo peor de todo esto es que ni puedo contactar con soporte ya que no responden, ni tienen otro correo o chat, no se puede cancelar la orden y no puedo hacer nada.
Tienes que descargarte una app a parte para saber tu tracking el cual consiste en una barrita y ya. No hay mas información.
Esto es lamentable, parece un proyecto de instituto.
Para no hablar, que estan mas atentos a estas reseñas que no a los propios mails de los usuarios.

Al ver que no tenía ningún tipo de respuesta, decidí escribir a alguien importante dentro de la compañía que sabía que realmente me respondería.
Al cabo de una hora aproximada recibí un mensaje de esta persona y por casualidades de la vida, mi pedido se actualizó con el tracking y se envío al dia siguiente a destino.

Recibí la primera respuesta de soporte del ticket que abrí el 4 de noviembre.. El cual me decía que ya estaba en camino y el tracking actualizado..

Acabo de recibir el producto en casa, después de una larga espera.

He subido la reseña a 2 estrellas porque la verdad que se agilizó mas rápido de lo normal contactando con la persona adecuada. Si no hubiera hecho ese proceso, estoy seguro que mi pedido aun seguiría en su almacen.
En cuanto al producto, que deciros.. La verdad que todo este largo proceso y lucha ha hecho que no tenga el mismo interés de cuando lo compré. El producto es bonito y realmente le sienta bastante bien al teléfono.. Pero realmente vale la pena esperar tanto?
Esa creo que es mi conclusión final, la experiencia hacia el consumidor pierde bastante por esa deficiencia en el soporte.
El packaging podría estar algo mas elaborado la verdad (no me refiero a la caja en si) si no a la bolsa típica de envío.
Se debería de mejorar los tiempos de envío o bien indicarlo al cliente antes de realizar la compra, según esto, yo debería de haber recibido el producto antes del día 7. Deberían de poner que puede alargarse hasta 30 dias.

Ordered the case on the 24 Sept, item shipped out the next day, tracking showed on the 8th Oct that it had landed in the country and yet no movement since (3 Nov), contacted them and they advise me to contact my local post offices which I did and they said the specific service your online retailer picked provides visibility up to the point when the parcel arrives in the counter, after that they don't have any further info, which is a load of crap especially when you are paying $18 for shipping. Have now contacted them again for a full refund, waste of my time.

Positive buying experience and above and beyond customer service. Would recommend to all.

Year after year I order this superb product and? every time, the order fulfilment process is beyond awful.

This year, I pre-ordered with an expected shipping date of 23-29 September. It’s now 1 November, and my product still hasn’t arrived.

Multiple emails go unanswered. I’m promised an “investigation” that takes 1-3 business days, and then there’s simply radio silence.

This has happened every year for the last three years too!

Ordered a case Sep 14 2025, advised 5-14 business days for delivery. 14 business days (their max advised date) would be 2 Oct. It's now 1 Nov with no product. I've requested a refund three times, and only now am I being told the product has been shipped. It's been six weeks, I needed a case a month ago. I've since ordered a different case from elsewhere and will request a chargeback for product not delivered.

Customer service when I am attempting to resolve this issue has been negligent at best, they ignore me mostly. I wanted the case a month ago, now I just want my money back.

My advice - don't waste your time, energy or money with Arc Pulse.

Really good customer service, super cool and unique product that you will use every day. I’ve waited to buy one of these for three years as I waited to upgrade my phone. It’s totally living up to the expectations

The case took a little while to arrive, but I’m very happy with my case! It’s exactly what I wanted and expected and feels great on my phone!

Ordered for iphone 15. Oroduct was not delivered, no updates, no communication and nradio silence. After i complained the product was shipped after few weeks when they advertise 1-3 days delivery.

Fast forward two years, i order a case for iphone 17. Same issue, no communication, no update, and no delivered product. I had to give the company a legal notice of default for them to ship it immediately. A sign of negligence, incompetence, and just lack of care really. You’d expect a lot better from a company charging such premium prices. Frankly, not worth it.

Cool product but quality control is complete trash. Customer service all complete garbage.
2/2 cases that wobble when laid on a flat surface. Refunds take awhile and you have to follow up many times. Response times are basically a whole week. Sad to see a cool product have such garbage quality and customer service.

Horrible and incompetent customer service. I placed an order on October 9th for a product in stock. After several inquiries upon not receiving my order was informed on Oct 19th that the case shipment was delayed because the shield was not available and if I wanted they could ship separately. I replied immediately and said they could go ahead and do that and just cancel the shield for a refund. Today is October 28th and I’m still waiting for my shipment. Never again. Taking orders and not fulfilling is akin to theft!

I was interested in the case for iPhone air, I received a voucher for 10% discount and free delivery.
I tried to place order that took 10% discount but then charged £5.99 delivery making saving only £3.
My voucher was only valid for 48 hours I sent email to customer service and received no reply.
Very disappointing I was looking to spend over £80 Not good service.
I have re checked my email and it clearly states free shipping it does not say free shipping in US only.

As many before me wrote: I pre-ordered a case, it was supposed to be shipped latest almost 10 days ago, the status hasn't changed, no updates or answers to my support request or message on Instagram. Reading the responses of the Arc team on here, I want to let you know: Simply communicate with your customers about the status. You are selling high-priced products, not receiving any update or answer is just mind-boggling to me.

J'ai récemment commandé par coque pour pixel 9 pro XL et la qualité est absolument parfaite ! La livraison était rapide et le suivi simple.
Produits un peu cher mais alignés avec leur positionnement premium. Très bonne qualité !

I had an issue with an incorrect shipping address, and their team corrected it within minutes of contacting them. Super responsive, professional, and helpful every step of the way.

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I have had the arc plus screen protector - quite an expensive combination - for <24hours and have removed both from my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The Pulse pieces look good but seem to be "slippy" giving a poor grip. The Pulse was removed after 3 hours, it’s back in its box and the  silicone case is back on the phone.
Despite their video and double checking everything before proceeding, step by step in the screen-protector-to-phone process, there’s a gap of about 3mm between the protector and top edge of the phone. It fits perfectly down the sides and has an overlap of about 1.5mm at the bottom. So that too has been removed and I will get a screen protector locally.
This was an interesting purchase - a first from arc for me - and very certainly one which I couldn’t recommend and won’t repeat.

I used this company in the past and was great but iv waited well over a month now and they offered me 10% refund and promised to send right away. Got the 10% but still not shipped. Iv decided to get a full refund now as it seems something wrong with the company. I would not trust them anymore.

I ordered my case over 21 days ago, the website says it will take up to 3 days to ship, i contacted support after 14 days of it not shipping. They finally marked it as shipped, we are now at day 21. The tracking still says its in the origin country of Hong Kong.
For such a premium and expensive item you expect some level of quality service.
(Reading other reviews I want to confirm, at the time I ordered there was absolutely no mention of this being a pre order or out of stock, don't sell what you cant supply.)

Purchased the black minimalist case and the black was chipping off within 10 days. Contacted the company their response was that it was normal and they offered 20% off a new case and no refund/return. At this price point a case designed to protect a phone should not be chipping in less than 2 weeks. Not from dropping but from laying it on my table. No resolution offered. I would not recommend, as the case was instantly no longer beautiful.
