I had an issue with part of my Arc fall off, and they replaced it immediately! Awesome….

At the time of order, Arc’s site claimed that the case would ship in 2-5 days. I got a notice one day later that it had shipped. A week later, the shipping status remained at “label created”. I reached out to customer service four times and have never gotten a response other than an automated response letting me know that I should expect a response within two days. Not surprisingly, I did not receive a response in two days or ever. I have however, been peppered with marketing emails from Arc. In any event, since you can’t speak to anyone, you can’t even cancel an order. The only thing I am able to do on their website is return a product, which is ironic since I can’t get the product. My only recourse appears to be working with my credit card company to get the charge removed as fraudulent or posting a bad review on Trust Pilot - note the number of responses to reviews on this site. Clearly the company monitors this site more than its own customer service emails.

I ordered case for iphone17 on 11 September and due shipping date is 8-15 October i wait patiently more than 1 month than I decided to contact customer support only thing I received is automate reply and i already cancelled

Amazing product, amazing team and amazing customer service support. They helped me with an issue and immediately took action to make the situation a positive one.

This product is by far the best I’ve had for my iPhone; keeping minimalist, durability and functionality all #1.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to ship my phone case. I have contacted them 6 times now via their customer service email and have heard not a word. I would never recommend this company.

Quick response to online request. I have no difficulty recommending ARC.

They really need to change the way they ship their product. For a product that is advanced and modern and also expensive their shipping style is medieval. Shipping is taking over three weeks AFTER they shipped the item!!! Ridiculous

Excellent experience dealing with the team specially even with my product of teaching me on time they were kind enough to send me the Placement and overall it all got sorted using the product now

Bought the Arc Pulse for my iphone 16 Pro.
Upon delivery, I noticed it is not elgible with the magsafe apple wallet.

After wanting to return the product, you can guess what happens, RADIOSILENCE.

They wanted pictures of the product as it is not damaged, understandable, after sending those pictures they just ignore you completely.

Probably the same issue if you want a new case inside your 2 year warranty.

Hands down, this is the most beautiful phone case ever. It is super cool, and I get tons of compliments for it. You will find other cheap alternatives, but the differences can be seen miles away.
I also love the fact that the support team was responsive and took customer satisfaction as a priority.

My only concern was the shipping period with my last delivered order. I ordered it as a gift, and it didn't arrive as promised. So if your order is time sensitive make sure you order well in advance.

The bottom piece of my arc pulse feel off and was lost the first week I received it. Their team responded immediately and shipped me a replacement.

Order placed. Shipment delayed. No communication about that. If shipment is delayed even for external reasons it should be communicated to customer. Like… Sorry for inconvenience, but we are out of stock at the moment and the shipment fom our provider is delayed, so you can expect around x days delay in our shipment. When i contacted them by email immediatly i got the response and reason for drlay, so i would say i’m satisfied, but as i said i would expect this communication without contacting them. Although I would recommend them!

First of all I love your product ! I bought my first 3 years ago and I am waiting the new ones for my air and my wife new pro ! Hopefully u will ship soon ! Than I appreciate a lot your customer care, quick and gentle

Marketing to support - Arc has it figured out.

I first saw the Arc series via social media add, like everything else it caught my attention but was hesitant to order. Glad I did! I like to consider myself a purist and really do not like to put protection on my devices. HOWEVER, the Arc series gives me the peace of mind I need while carrying a premium device but still lets me show off the look, quality, and feel as intended.

Where they truly won me over was support. I had an “incident” while applying the shield screen protector and reached out in hopes of finding a resolution. No expectations on what caliber or service/support I would receive, wow was I surprised! The speed and quality of their solution was beyond ideal.

10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!!!

The design is beautiful, but the quality is disappointing. The cover paint came off after a few months of use so I could see pink metal base. The customer service says is NORMAL wear & tear, which is clearly not. Or their standards are too low.
In both cases this is frustrating for a phone case for 100€.

I got Arc 2 weeks ago for my IPhone 17 Pro Max. Dropped the phone and the back of it broke. Had to pay $105 to have the phone replaced on AppleCare. I paid $100 for something that does not deliver what promised. Trying to return it for a refund and no response. Avoid it and buy a real case for 1/2 of the price that protects your phone.
