Responded to my email and provided great customer service

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for customer service, it’s non existent , not sure what their problem is. But I won’t be back. Lesson learned.

Excellent customer support. Disappointed for not receiving the package twice though :(
I’d love to get an arc case if you could ever guarantee its delivery. Been looking forward to it for a while now

This was my first time using Arc to protect my phone. I was impressed by the adverts on Instagram and I had watched a few YouTube videos and read some reviews about it and thought I’d take the plunge.

As a pre-amble, I have always kept my phones in pristine condition. I protect them straight away, and they still look brand new when I upgrade (normally 3 years later).

I read some concerns from others about the phone not being protected where Arc leaves the chassis uncovered, and unfortunately this was true for me. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is aluminium, which I feel is a more delicate material than the other titanium models. I had not dropped it, and usually store my phone in my pocket. Unfortunately, within two weeks of using the case, I noticed a small sharp chip out of the phone near the charging case, and so I had to change my case for a conventional one.

I contacted Arc to inform them of this, with photo evidence, but they were less then helpful and declined to offer any sort of compensation for the cost of their expensive case; I am an unhappy customer.

Two other comments are:
- the case looks great on the phone, and it is easy to install and remove.
- the order took nearly a month to arrive, with no updates from Arc to inform me of the delay. It meant I had to chase Arc myself to give me an explanation.

I really wanted Arc to work for me, but given the substandard protection and customer service in exchange in sacrifice of an aesthetic design, I unfortunately won’t be buying again.

My Case for the Nothing Phone 3 was bent and doenst lay flat on any surface.
After contacting the support I first reseved a relativly Standard sollution in which I checked the proper aligment.
After the check, the Case was still Not layong flat. Upon that answer they agreed to ship a bew unit even tho ITS Not coverd by their warrenty

I have had Arc pulse on 15 and 16 pro max silver and black.
I dropped my new 16 pro max Arc saved my phone like it says on the tin.
Love the quality and am waiting for the new case for my Airpods Pro 3

My experience was made great by one of the customer support specialists. Due to my line of work, I had lost a piece of my case. Their customer service was impeccable, specifically one person. The case I purchased meets all my expectations and is of great quality. I have peace of mind purchasing from Arc knowing they have my back and they support their product and customers experience.

Order placed a month ago tracking last updated 2 days after the order was placed no reaponse to multiple emails asking for status. It's a scam

I ordered an iPhone case on October 5th, and the company marked it as “shipped.” In reality, it never left their facility — it was stuck in label created status in Reno, Nevada. About a week later, the tracking showed the package was “lost in transit.”

I contacted their customer service, but it took days to get any response. When they finally replied, they said they would send a replacement. Another week passed with no update, no tracking, and no communication until I followed up again. Eventually, I got a new tracking number from a warehouse in New Jersey on November 3rd, but that package has also been sitting with no movement.

It’s now been over two months and I still haven’t received my order. Their customer service is unresponsive and slow, and for how overpriced their products are, you’d expect much better communication and reliability.

Bottom line: For a company that charges premium, inflated prices, you’d expect at least reliable shipping or halfway decent communication — but you get neither.

I had preordered mine early Sept 2025 with an ETD of about 1 month. When the ETD was due, I received neither info on the shipment nor any updates to my order.

I had to send email to customer service to get a response after days of waiting. Then, I have been advised there will be a month delay due to whatever reason that I am not all that interested.

And now, it us nearly the date of the ETD, and received no info as yet.

When one preorders with promised ETD set by ARC, then it is the company’s responsibility to make sure that happens. If, for any reason, that promise cannot be kept, as a responsible company, one should proactively ctc each individual affected and ask if the client is willing to wait or request for a refund.

However, ARC decided to stay silence!

Kind reminder to those not yet purchased, do reconsider if you are willing to accept this type of experience. If not, better stay out!

Accidentally ordered a phone case for the 17 Pro Plus instead of the 17 Pro out of habit because I had an older pro plus model before upgrading to the 17 Pro. My mistake. Started the process of exchanging the item. The company doesn’t do straight exchanges, so I had to return my item and wait for my refund before purchasing again. After sending back the case, Arc received it at their Nevada warehouse on October 12. After never receiving my refund, I reached out on October 28th about the issue. A reply on October 30th informed me that the return was received and my refund would be processed in a few days. It is now November 9th, and I have yet to receive e a refund for my item!

The products are top notch and the customer service A1. I will be buying more products.

I had a few questions, and their team responded immediately. I upgrade my iPhone every year and always look forward to the newest Arc case, this year’s materials are the most premium yet.

Love the arc product. Its so counter intuitive leaving the phone naked and beautiful while being so well engineered and protective. Was on a first-class flight though and dropped the phone in the flat-seat mechanism- because it could cause a fire if it crushes the battery the crew had an engineer try to remove it and in doing so it was a tight space and the botton of the case didnt come out and couldn't get fished out by the crew. Anyhow I mentioned i needed to replace it and the customer service team came up with a solution quickly and without me asking and just were very responsive. So its an innovative product with responsive service

My product arrived in a reasonable time. The process was simple and clear.

Unfortunately I did not like the product once I received it so I submitted a return. That process was easy and clear.

I was hoping the material would have been stickier so that my phone didn't slide. Due to the material, my phone wouldn't lean upright without sliding. My concern is that it would not protect my phone from damage. But I love the concept of the product and would give it another try if the material were to be different in the future.

Update March 3, 2026:

This company is a scam!
Don’t order and don’t buy from them directly!
The order was never delivered, customer service didn’t reply once and no refund until now for two orders!
Beware!!!

I wrote several emails to support within the last 10 days but never got a reply. Wanted to cancel - no reply. No refund for two items

I ordered two items for Iphone 17 Pro Max. First I contacted CS to change one of the items and they reacted immediately, I was so happy. Since then silence!
It’s so frustrating because the shipment gets delayed every single day when I check the tracking number. Now it’s more than 5 weeks. I understand international orders take longer, but mark the order as shipped and being delayed more every single day is really weird and I suspect the parcel to be lost. I contacted CS but they never replied, total silence!
Very frustrating experience! And CS can only be reached through email and the other end stays silent!!
