Aquaroc Anmeldelser

Had a bathroom project and didn't really know where to start.
The team at Aquaroc were extremely helpful online and over the phone. We decided on style and purchased the vanity and basin to match.
Product is excellent quality, delivery was great and the goods arrived well packaged, would highly recommend.

Their aftercare is absolutely appalling stay away from this retailer, they don’t listen to the clients, I asked for a specific date delivery as I have a disability and need help storing items. They ignored my request, items arrived unexpectedly when I was home alone they left me a huge palate in my driveway. I haven’t checked the items for any damage as the delivery driver left in a hurry which makes me suspicious if there is a damaged items so can’t do anything as you arenaupppsed
To claim at the time of delivery.
This is not the customer service experience I was looking for when spending a decent amount of money on bathroom furniture.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with the Aquaroc team, I dealt with Anita throughout the process and her input was second to none!

Great products and a great team attached.
Will be using them for future projects for sure.

Nicholson Joinery Ltd.

Great product. Something was missing from the box and Anita within the customer service team was able to resolve the issue with ease and in a professional manner. Will certainly come back for our next bathroom

I purchased the Park Lane Vanity. Very happy with the unit and stone sink. Customer service were excellent in promptly answering all my queries. The unit arrived quickly and very securely packaged. I would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful bathroom vanities and excellent customer service
Was missing a small part and this was resolved very quickly

We purchased the Savoy wall hung vanity unit in Sabia Grigio and a mirror with matching Sabia Grigio frame and we couldn't be more pleased. The vanity unit is well made from solid oak, it feels and looks high quality. The Sabia Grigio sample accurately reflected the color. The worktop/sink is nice and solid and our tiler had no problem in drilling the tap holes to our specification. Overall the vanity and mirror look beautiful in the new bathroom. Delivery was straightforward and customer services have been very easy to contact and helpful.

Great experience throughout, exceptional quality, 100% recommended!!!

Our order is so beautiful, such high quality and we were missing a small part of the order and it was dealt with so promptly and with such amazing customer services, I will most definitely be using this wonderful company again!

The vanity unit purchased was of great quality

We just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Aquaroc. We are beyond thrilled with our new stone basin!

The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the design is absolutely stunning. It looks incredible in our newly renovated bathroom and has truly become the centerpiece of the space. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.

From the quality of the product to the fantastic customer service throughout, the whole experience has been excellent. Thank you again for such a beautiful basin and for all your help! Highly recommended.

Having trawled through umpteen offerings of more traditional bathroom furniture designs, this company stood out for their build quality and beautiful designs along with a reasonable price tag.
Great back up information and help.

Smooth delivery and wonderful product. Have their stunning stand alone bath and could not have been happier with product or support. 4 years in and they sent me a replacement rubber seal within days of messaging.

Fantastic company, great products and a very helpful service that was straight on hand to help when we had an issue

We purchased a number of items from Aquaroc for a high end finish bathroom including, bath, mirror and double vanity unit.

The quality of the products was excellent, delivery was quick and service and aftercare also exemplary.

Would highly recommend and will be using again.

From start to finish the process was great. Kept updated with expected delivery with a follow up call to check everything was in order. Product looks brilliant installed into the each bathroom. Will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent customer service. Bought a bath 5 years ago and the plug broke. I contacted customer services and within 2 days they sent me a replacement plug/part with no charge. Very efficient and super helpful.

I own three sinks from Aquaroc and all of them have been great (3+ years). When a minor issue developed with one of the components, the company was very quick to remedy and I am very pleased with both their products and their customer service.

We ordered the beautiful Belgravia II unit. The hardware and finish is excellent, and represents great value for money given the quality.

Furthermore, they resolved an issue (my losing a part) within a couple of hours, great customer service!

Recommend.

We’re absolutely delighted with the mirror and sink unit we purchased. Both are great quality, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. The wall unit and sink look and feel far more expensive than the price we paid.
