Fantastic Customer Service!
I cannot recommend Aquaroc enough! Their customer service team is absolutely amazing. Whether you contact them by phone or email, their response time is incredibly speedy. It is so refreshing to get such quick, helpful answers right away. I highly recommend this company!

Aquaroc has a beautiful selection of stone bathtubs and the quality is great for the price. Their team is very easy to contact and they arranged a shipment for 2 bathtubs half way around the world for me. Everything arrived in pristine condition. I had a little problem with one of the bathtub’s cap during the construction process and they generously send a replacement at no cost. This is a good company. Beautiful products and great customer service. I highly recommend.

Aquaroc .. if only all companies were this good !!

I bought a double vanity unit from Aquaroc last year after falling in love with the design.

It is such a classy looking piece, so much so I designed my ensuite around it. I had looked for ages to find a suitable unit but everything on the market was so boxy and boring, that was until I found Aquaroc.

It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for !

It was delivered promptly in packaging that would protect the contents if thrown off a cliff.

Once unpacked I noticed that one of the drawer runners wasn't quite right so got in contact with the after sales team who were brilliant and didn't quibble at all. they then quickly sent out replacement runners together with video's of how to fit them. they too arrived within a couple of days and were easily fixed.

After approximately 9months of use I noticed the pop up wastes were discolouring slightly so again contacted the after sales team asking is there was any way I could purchase the caps that fit on top of the pop up section but in brushed brass to match everything else in the ensuite. unfortunately they were not available however I was given advice of how to clean them but was also sent a free replacement set.

I can't express enough how impressed I am with the level of service I have received from Aquaroc. I just wish that every company had an after sales team like this that truly appreciate and respect their customers once you've handed over your money

I received the sink unit. Didn’t unbox it for months. Finally went to install it and didn’t meet my expectations. Aquatic arranged collection and fully refunded.

Amazing customer service. A replacement part was sent out the next day after I got in touch hhat it was cracked!

Exceptional customer service and premium quality products.
I would highly recommend Aquaroc and will certainly use this company on future projects.
The aftersales serice was excellent too. Our point of contact was Amie, who dealt with the issue of my having inadvertently ordered the wrong sized vanity unit and wash basin.
Amie was extremely helpful and very personable in providing immediate remedial action.

The Knightsbridge Vanity Unit with Carrara Marble Basin looks very good and the quality is generally excellent.

Overall, great product and great customer service. I would consider using Aquaroc again.

We recently purchased the 600mm Rotunda Vanity Unit from Aquaroc and couldn't be happier with it. The quality is excellent, the finish looks premium, and it has completely transformed our bathroom. I recently purchased the Kensington Double Vanity Unit & Stone Basin 1200mm in Smoked Oak from Aquaroc for our large bathroom in a new extension, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
I spent a long time searching for the right vanity unit, and this one has exceeded all expectations. The quality is top notch – the smoked oak finish is beautiful, the stone basin feels luxurious, and the overall design and build are exactly what I was hoping for. It’s transformed the space and looks far more expensive than it is.
What really stood out was the customer service, especially dealing with Mark throughout the process. Every query I had was answered quickly and professionally. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from my first enquiry right through to delivery. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality products with such responsive, professional service.

Absolutely love the park lane oak vanity unit. The wood tone is a perfect colour with no orange tones and the sink built into the counter allows for a small ledge on the side even for the smallest 600mm size offered. So beautiful! Clear and helpful comms too!

Really pleased with my Belvedere vanity unit – the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic in my bathroom. I also had a small issue with a replacement click-clack waste lid, and Aquaroc's customer service was brilliant. They responded quickly and were really helpful. Great products and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Aquaroc have some stunning products, which are of premium quality - we will soon be posting some images on Socials as part of a major property renovation/build project. We purchased a number of sinks and vanity units, amongst other things, which are now out of their boxes and being fitted. They provide a premium feel and we'd highly recommend them. We even had a call directly from the owner, Mark Tones to help resolve an issue with a couple of sinks and he was very understanding and accommodating, providing swift solutions. We will be using Aquaroc again. Five stars all round!!

Not always comfortable with online purchasing on higher end products, especially furniture as a lot can go wrong.
In the real world, things do go wrong and a company can be judged by how they react to a problem.
Our problem manifested a good 12 months after purchasing, small thing but a drawer runner failed.
A five minute conversation and me sending a video meant we are now expecting a replacement. No argument, just good old fashioned customer service.

Just ordered tub, vanity and mirror for our new bathroom. very painless dealing with Anita there as some items seemed like they would be out of stock but they will be in stock in time for when we need them. She was most friendly and helpful and I'd certainly not disabuse anyone of giving Anita a call to talk about your tub-and-sink-needs.
