Customer service doesn't get much worse. I have contacted them by email and phone four times now. I got one missed call, no message, and one email asking for a picture of the product defect 10 days after initial contact. I sent them the picture, no response. That was 7 days ago.
The sump came incredibly well packed. There are a few scratches on the acrylic, which must have been there when they boxed it up but who cares.... it's a sump.
Overall, AquaCave was an excellent vendor to work with. The sump was shipped very quickly, double boxed and they provided excellent communication.
Always a wonderful shopping experience at Aquacave. Order arrived quick!
Excellent. I broke the leveling screw on my Eshopps overflow and was happy to find that AquaCave carried replacements, Ordered the items and they were delivered before the expected delivery date.
I for some reason unknow to me have not shopped at aquacave for some time. I do not know why, but I have no reason not to shop here and will be back!

USPS didn't delivered at my address, I requested a reeliver to my front door and it was marked as failed, there were people waiting, without even try it. I needed to go to the post office to get it. Packaging was excellent, is working.
My item which was purchased and given an average delivery of 5 days has been stuck “in transit” for 10 days. When I called to request a refund for what appears to be a lost package at this point, I was refused one AND the “supervisor” also refused to contact the post office stating they couldn’t file a claim. Odd, I called and that’s exactly what the PO told me to do. The icing on the cake was the “supervisor” telling me they would issue a refund once I returned the MISSING, LOST package! Seriously, the absolute worst customer service I have experienced during this pandemic. Would appear that they are just taking people’s money whether or not they can actually provide the item purchased. No words. Just thankful I spent under $100.
Just got my order. it came a bit later than expected but I attribute that to the COVID-19 and not AquaCave. Everything seems to be in order and I can't wait to get it on the tank!
Quick ship! Haven't plugged it in yet, and there was stale water residue inside this "brand new" cooler. Makes me think I just paid full price for a used unit. I'll update this review once I have it running, but I would like to know why there was water inside this chiller.
Edit: They replied that it was factory tested, so 5 stars all around! Good company, great customer service!. Thanks!
