Great experience. First purchase here, of a Montblanc pen. Retailers in the US do not carry the pen, and Appelboom's price was a couple hundreds lower than what Montblanc charges. Pen arrived sealed, with filled-in warranty, superbly packaged, with a nice thank you note, in less than a week. Highly recommended.

I have received the Navahlur Schuykill Dragonet Sapphyre fountain pen and I am very grateful to them, both for the pen itself, which is beautiful, and for the way it is packaged and the efficiency of transportation and delivery. A cordial greeting.

I really appreciate Joost's attention to detail and kind considerations for Appelboom's customers. Got an excellent deal on the Montblanc Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days Part 2 Doué Classique 145 fountain pen during the Montblanc promotion in February 2024, with the item arriving shortly after ordering. A big leap of faith to give someone on the other side of the world a large amount of money for a simple writing instrument but Appelboom never fails and always deliver. Can't wait to source my next indulgence from Appelboom! Life is short so might as well reward yourself whilst you can. :-)

I have twice ordered an expensive pen, and had the disfortune of issues with the postal service on both occasions. Fortunately i did not have to worry much with the excellent customer service provided by Joost. My special thanks to their nib specialist Anabelle. She saved a mangled nib, and reground it to a most buttery, yet crisp, 0.7mm stub nib. Definitely worth it!

Wirklich ganz ausgezeichnet! Schon das zweite hochpreisige "Schreibgerät" von Montblanc, das ich dort online gekauft habe. Abwicklung und Ware perfekt, telefonische Nachfragen werden sehr freundlich beantwortet. Hier kann man auch sehr teure Sachen ohne jedes Bedenken einkaufen, und manchmal findet man etwas, was andernorts bereits nicht mehr erhältlich ist, wie z.B. meinen neuen MB 147.

I’ve recently on two occasions experienced outstanding customer service from Appelboom Pens. In the first instance I received a Visconti VG with a defective nib. It took 2 replacements to get it right, and Appelboom was great to work with. Second, I just received a stunning Leonardo Momento Magico in Pithacusa blue that writes like a dream, especially after Appelboom’s tune and smooth service. Appelboom is a great company!

They are as profesional as always, top of the pops. Appelboom has a great customer service and they are always ready to please you. Beside that they have a big product catalogue and reasonable prices in most of their goods.
