We were lucky enough to work with Monika who managed to get our Amazon account re-activated. We were stuck and needed help and Monika came to our rescue. Great guys and easy to work with. In my case I have no way of knowing whether or not they were directly responsible for solving my problem with Amazon, but their persistence in contacting Amazon through their channels, certainly helped if it wasn't ultimately the key driver.

This has been a wild ride for me. Let's start from the beginning. I believe sometime in August of 2021 my account got suspended. I didn't know why or what was causing this suspension. I would call customers support but they wouldn't be blunt with me about what was happening with my seller account. So I googled for help and saw Appeal wizards. Don't hesitate to contact Appeal Wizards. I spoke with Brianna initially and she took the time to listen to this matter my store had and mentioned they had experience on this matter. After deciding to use their service they jumped quickly to help me as I was under a tight time crunch to submit the POA!! I next spoke with Derek and Brianna on a scheduled call to start the process of getting my Amazon account reinstated. After speaking for around 20min, Derek and Brianna understood all the details. They went to work writing a professional POA with all the measures captured to present a well-written plan well thought out and put together.
