Five months ago I was deactivated on Amazon for misbranded ASINs (an absolute nightmare, and usually the mark of death). For FIVE months Amanda wrote appeals, went back and forth with Amazon associates daily, and kept me motivated when all hope seemed to be lost multiple times. Amanda went above and beyond, adjusting her strategy every time that Amazon threw a curve ball our way. If I could rate her service 7000 stars I would. Appeal Wizard were very professional from the very beginning. Everyone was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Amanda went above and beyond to get two Amazon deactivated accounts reinstated. She never gave up and kept coming with new ideas. She is one of the best people I've worked with in the ecom space. I'll definitely recommend them.

My Amazon account was suspended due to related/linked accounts but I had no idea how as I’ve never had another account. After tons of research, I knew this would be tough to appeal & it was as my appeals were rejected multiple times. Hired Appeal Wizards & they warned me these types of cases are tough to win. Amanda who was assigned to my case was amazing & communication was consistent! Was provided case updates even when there were no updates. End result was they GOT MY ACCOUNT REINSTATED! Amanda is my case manager, she is still working on getting my account reactivated. Amazon is giving us some difficulties with new invoices. However, Amanda was able to get my appeal approved. At times Amazon didn’t give me much hope but Amanda has not given up on my account. She has gone above and beyond to help me. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience working with Amanda. I have faith she will get my account reactivated.

Asked appealwizard to work on my deactivation Sept 2021. They submitted last appeal in January 2022 and didn't work. Dissatisfied!!!!!! Please do not ask me to remove this comment. Thanks

George and his whole Appeal Wizards team were phenomenal. Monika was my case manager, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in place to appeal my account. We finally had everything ready to roll and we submitted it for review to Amazon. In less than 1 hour I have my account back up and running. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and hard work. Thank you Appeal Wizards.

Appeal wizards did manage to get my account back after almost a month. The only complaint I have is that the case worker is on Turkey Time and is not able to be in contact very quickly if you have a question or concern. You only have email as a way of contact so no phone calls during an emergency and no weekends!
Again the case worker did a good job in the end and managed to get the account back for me and I'm truly grateful. The time difference made a huge difference though as it took much longer than I would have expected and the case worker being 5 hours ahead made it difficult to get things done in a timely manner.
Overall a good experience albeit expensive.

Is 10 stars an option? It should be. Amazon deactivated one of our accounts which then deactivated three others so we were beyond frustrated - especially after submitting documents and Amazon telling us they may or may not respond again! Appeal Wizard brought the expertise and experience to walk us through the process and get all of our accounts activated again! Without them we would have had to close our small business. Thank you Appeal Wizards and specifically our dedicated support associate!

Account got deactivated from IP complaint, Amanda wrote up an appeal letter in 2 days and my account was back within an hour of submitting the appeal letter. Thanks again!
