I had been trying to reactivate my Pay account unsuccessfully and Amazon said they made a final decision and would no longer respond to me. This also deactivated my seller account. Helpless I reached out to Appeal Wizards. I really didn’t want to hire anyone hoping i could solve this issue myself, but Monika made this process extremely smooth and resolved my issue within weeks. I’m so grateful for her help here! I now wish I would have reached out to Appeal Wizards sooner as it would have saved me the time and headache from dealing with Amazon.

Quick Recap: my account was suspended in 2020 for inauthentic and forged invoices that occurred when I hired someone to help me with ungating. I was brand new to the Amazon Seller world at the time, and made a bad decision in hiring someone.

I tried to get my account unsuspended back then through another lawyer and was unsuccessful. But because we were able to get another Amazon Seller account under my wife's name, I let it go.

However, in May 2023, they linked our accounts and suspended hers, leaving us in the dark. We had been a successful Amazon seller for 2 years at this point, and felt lost on what to do next.

We originally hired another lawyer to help us get my wife's account unsuspended, because they assured that my account being down wouldn't be an issue. But they were wrong.

After deliberating, we decided that Amanda with Appeal Wizards was our best choice. When we had originally interviewed her, she seemed passionate about helping people like us get back running, so we decided to give her a shot.

Keep in mind: multiple other lawyers told us that we had no chance in getting mine reactivated because of the suspension reason. However, I never take no for an answer and neither did Amanda.

At first, we were unsuccessful. She put together a very detailed, well written Plan of Action, but Amazon would not accept.

Finally, I reached out to Amazon Seller Support and spoke to a woman named Hanna. She seemed to actually care about my situation, and after reviewing the POA, felt it was warranted to escalation. Then, a few days later, we got the ultimate good news that the account was reinstated.

Trust me when I say, the past 5+ months were absolutely awful. Nothing compares to having your life/income stripped away from you with no real path to getting it back. But because we hired Amanda, someone who wouldn't quit even though she had already put together several POAs, we are now able to realize our dreams again.

The best part? Even when we were up and running with my wife's account, and mine was deactivated, there was always a lingering issue of what could happen if her account was suspended because of mine, which it did.

Now? None of that! We not only got my account back, but my wife's, so we have two accounts to use for different products and brands. We actually came out better!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Whatever your situation (and especially if it's a very difficult one), there's no one in the world you should use other than Appeal Wizards.

I can not even emphasize how amazing amanda is . If you want to get your account reinstated no matter how “impossible” everyone else says it is , hit up amanda . My amazon account was suspended at the end of 2022 due to a variety of issues . I was linked to multiple suspended accounts . I spoke to multiple amazon attornies and no one was confident . I had two different amazon attornies take on my case before amanda and after months of appeals , i had absolutely no luck in reinstating my account . I was referred to amanda by my friend and i am so thankful that i came across her

since day one she has been so understanding and she took the time to explain the procedures and how the whole process works . never had i felt ehh or hopeless . after just two appeals and within less than two weeks ,my account was reinstated .

point being , dont even bother wasting your time and money on anyone else . just go straight to appeal wizards and speak to amanda asap . for the level of work and time she puts in , she definitely deserves twice the amount she charges .

By far they are the best option when you have an issue with Amazon. Amanda and Monika took my case and did and excellent job, my case was really tough, and they were always patient and kind. Amanda has been one of the best things that happened to our Amazon business for a long time. I’m very grateful to the Appeal Wizards team for their help with my account suspension. Dealing with Amazon is a straight up Kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare. You’ll give them a well thought out plan of action and all the documentation they asked for, only get a nonsensical reply back. On my own, I honestly would have just given up during this process. But my case manager Amanda was patient and did everything she could to keep things moving forward with my appeal. Eventually, her hard work paid off, and my account was reinstated.
