Appeal Wizzards is a very serious company. I tried finding professionals like them for years; there are many scammers and unprofessional companies out there that promise experience and professionalism to assist in the process of getting an account reinstated. Appeal Wizards in fact is a team of passionate, dedicated, hardworking, knowledgable and skillful individuals that will go above and beyond to dissect the problems, assess the situation and come up with genuine solutions and smart plans of actions to get your account reinstated in a fashion where everyone learns in the process and is a win-win situation for everyone; including the marketplaces and the sellers because by truly understanding what went wrong and truly learning how to prevent similar situations from happening again, the market places have better trained sellers; this way market places win, sellers win and customers win as well. I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic individual named Amanda; Amanda is a Rock Star; a great professional that was there for me literally 24/7 during the account reinstatement process; she provided me with all possible solutions and discussed with me different approaches and views of the situation and guided me to take the most appropriate routes to successfully get my account reinstated; Brianna was there for both during the entire process; from beginning to end; this is a company that has such a tremendous potential to grow because they have the right people, with the right heart and mind and are solely focused on the goal which is getting the account active and reinstated; and as I said along the way there is so much learning and an amazing adventure where one gets to get contagious of this CAN DO attitude from the Appeal Wizards team. I was skeptical at first but Appeal Wizards did not disappoint. They handle everything in a timely and professional manner. Honestly not sure how I got this far without them. Some of the best money our business has spent. Highly recommended.

Appeal wizards is the best! They got my friends account AND my account back wayyy faster than I had imagined possible! (The accounts were linked). We could not have done it on our own, and the price is well worth it compared to other companies that offer this service. My friend spent over $3k elsewhere before we tried appeal wizards and their competitors failed miserably. We paid way less at appeal wizards. Corean was awesome to work with! Always stayed on top of things, always had new things to try, and made it so much easier than I thought it could be :)

The initial uptake of moving on the appeal process was slow but once engagement was achieved, focus and success was quick.

I got my account reinstated from Amazon but my case got lost while my case manager stepped down from his position and that is the only thing that let me down but other than that, they delivered what they promised

I'm very satisfied with this company! From the beginning when I spoke with their representative I was given honest, but very hopeful advice. I had been deactivated for almost a year on Amazon due to inauthentic claims. I had given up trying to sell on Amazon and decided to hire an amazon lawyer to help and give it 1 more shot. So glad I found Appeal Wizards! I had spoken with another Amazon lawyer, but the representative there NEVER called me back nor followed up even after I reached out a 2nd time. With appeal wizards even after being a little hesitant at first, their representatives followed up enough times to make me feel it was worth a shot. What I did like was their communication. They were not too forward (some companies will call more than 2 times a day and can be annoying), but also very timely in their response time. My dedicated case manager was Corean and I am glad she was assigned my case. It took about 2 months to have our accounts reinstated, but in all honesty it was 90% on me since I had to gather documents in order to move forward. Once I had all the needed documents Corean's response time was only a couple of hours later. Super fast! We submitted our final appeal (the one that had us reinstated) on a Tuesday night - Corean followed up a couple of days...amazon needed more documents...and Corean submitted the revised appeal once more the following Monday night. By Tuesday (1 week after) our accounts were reinstated! I also received a follow up call from Amanda who was also helpful on some insight on how to stay on good terms with Amazon as well as some helpful advice for the future. If you have any doubt about going with Appeal Wizards...DON'T! Coming from a person who does not like to hire anyone without trying to figure it out on my own...I wish I would of done it sooner. The fee is minor compared to what selling on Amazon can lead to. Thank you Corean! And thank you Appeal Wizards!

We are finally back and selling on Amazon thanks to Appeal Wizards. I've been selling over 6 years on Amazon, and getting our account reinstated was beyond the scope of my experience. The Appeal Wizards team was extremely knowledgeable and I can honestly say that I would not have been able to get the account reinstated without them. All our work to be over a million dollar seller would have gone down the drain had we not been able to get reinstated. So grateful for Derek & his team, and will continue to use their services.

AppealWizards is a magical company (hence the name)! I spoke with Derek to start the process of getting my Amazon account reinstated. After speaking for 15-20min, Derek understood what was going on with the account and said they could help. After paying the initial fee to get the process started, I was assigned a case manager who wrote up the initial draft of the appeal which was far better than anything I could’ve done. I then spoke with Derek’s colleague, Amanda who went over the initial draft, fixed up anything that was wrong, and meticulously looked over what Amazon was requiring to get the account reinstated. Once she confirmed she had everything she needed, she got approval to submit the appeal and the account was reinstated less than 24 hours later.

The whole process took about a month between the initial call, finding out exactly what Amazon needs, getting the appeal together, and gathering all the documents Amazon required.

I could not have been happier with their service. They really came through for me when I thought I had lost my FBA business. I will definitely be using them again if anything like this happens again and will gladly refer friends who also get their account suspended and need to get reinstated.

I contacted Appeal Wizards because 4 of our Amazon seller accounts were deactivated. I tired for months on my own sending Amazon paperwork and filing case after case with no success. They helped with my amazon seller account issues. Their team is amazing and they did a very good job!

Our Amazon account had been suspended for over two years. We was exhausted with using all possible avenues to get this resolved and reinstated. Fortunately we came across Appeal Wizards who have been very helpful from day 1. Although this matter was not resolved within the estimated timescale we could not be anymore thankful for the hard work that was involved in order to get our account back up and running. The long wait was certainly worth it and we would definitely recommend these guys who know what they are doing. Just to confirm the long wait was caused by Amazon and not Appeal Wizards. Highly reccomended. It look them 4 months, but they kept at it! They never gave up and they succeeded in reactivating the account.

I thought they were submitting info to Amazon, but instead they were emailing Amazon's internal team, then BOOM - reacatived.
