It was quite a battle with our local…
It was quite a battle with our local council that took a long while to resolve but the result was 100% as promised by Paul & Catherine, saving us just shy of £14000 after fees taken !
How could I not give a 5 star review after that ?

Appeal my rates were great from start to finish!
I would recommend using these guys- they went above and beyond to help me, my case was particularly confusing due to new layout of the premises and Non Domestic Rates making it almost impossible to appeal- but these guys persisted! Ive passed their details onto various other friends in business and they have all been equally happy with the service provided!

I no longer have to pay business rates

I couldn’t have been happier
I couldn’t have been happier with Appeal My Rates team they were all fantastic in every sense of the word. Their communication was excellent and wanted to help me in every which way they could. They got my rates reduced considerably and I would highly recommended them to anyone who wants to appeal their rate.

BUSINESS RATES
What a pleasure it was to deal with Lucy and Catherine. They were really helpful in telling us what to put in place to get a business rate reduction.
Also lovely to be able to talk to the same people rather than go through a call centre.
Would recommend this company. Honest and up front with there terms too.
