My camera so far is very nice easy to use and worth the money.

I decided to open up an account and use the cloud offer which is reasonable compared to other companies.

I noticed that occasionally I couldn't access the recordings and I had to wait for a couple of hours for me to be able to open them.

So I contacted the tech support which have been amazing. One thing I like is you get one person to help no different person each time you contact them. Nicola and the tec team too. They went through everything and has sorted the problem by sending me a free SD card so I had a backup option.

I'll definitely wont look at Aosu again just because of the random cloud working but the support that I received was good but hasn't solved the problem

I must admit it's my first camera you can control the camera. I find my self watching nothing just to play ,😁.
2 annoying things setting up the tracking sensitivity is a bit fun if you have one place in a alley. But hopefully playing with the settings and getting your partner to walk up and down you can sort it. Secondly if you have it on snapshots I've found it will break a recording up. Not the end of the world but if you don't realise at first you think what's going . when I mentioned it to Nicole she suggested to change to 24/7 recording which I'll do now.
Definitely worth a second look !!

Ordered from them and products never came and due to the shipping company they use there is no recourse. It has been "in transit in PA" for 2 months. Can't get recourse or refunds from a Chinese company. They say they are looking into it on email but nothing happens. The only tracking number is track17 a Chinese shipper even though they say usps. I have no way of getting my 270$ dollars back & no cameras. I ordered from aosu website directly. Not a 3rd party. Just don't buy anything that requires shipping from China.

It isn't stuck in customs. It had been to 3 places in PA state and then stopped. It has been in transit from PA to FL for 2 months. Don't buy from them online.

Suite à l'achat d'une caméra de surveillance, dans le livret explicatif d'installation, un QR code nous invite à entrer le numéro de notre carte de crédit en précisant qu'aucun débit ne sera effectué.
Prudent, j'ai rentré le numéro d'une carte de crédit virtuelle avec un montant de 1€ pour poursuivre la mise en place de mes caméras.
Quelques jours plus tard mon compte à été débité. Le montant a été prélevé même deux fois.
En aucun cas, l'installation de ces caméras ne nécessite de rentrer notre numéro de carte.

Battery life is good. I've not had to recharge the battery, even over winter.

However, trying to connect to the camera live or view notifications is hopeless. It takes so long you might as well look out the window.

I bought few aosu products but they became faulty within few months of purchase. But their customer service is not great they just ignore your complaint. I emailed them about 26 times since last 2 months but still no positive response from them! Avoid there products for piece of mind ✋🏼🛑

Products themselves seem decent quality and cost. Plus homebase means no subscription fees like with Arlo.

However the company itself is a mess. Just hope you have no issues. I am sure lots of the 5 star online reviews for them are fake.

I order a 2 camera set with homebase and an additional camera. Additional camera does not sync to homebase. Chat support is slow and ineffective. I call and after a long wait put through to a call center in India. They are clueless and unhelpful. I am unable to do a return on the website, I have to open a ticket and wait 24-48 hours and then pay myself to return the product to them. Constantly told conflicting information and that no one was available during USA business hours!

They seem to have a decent product, just need customer support in the USA and proper infrastructure to manage their products. I was told I could not buy another add-on camera from their own website - Amazon only!

Dreadful customer service. I purchased a doorbell camera for my sister and due to trees and plants and the layout at the front of her house it would not be viable. The camera has never been out of the box or delivery packaging. There is a return policy of 30 days which my contact was within. I had a response from someone named 'Lynette' who offered me various things such as 15% back or a security camera rather than return the camera. She then continued to avoid my request and ask me about previous purchases I had made etc and offer other items and did not appear to understand. I declined these offers and requested a return label and refund and have had no response since. They then after several days of messing around agreed to a refund and gave me address to return item to. After 2 weeks I contacted them and provided proof item was signed for 2 weeks ago but money not refunded. Told me it would be done, nothing in account after several days so contacted them again. Told that money had been refunded but checked account not there. Told to wait 3 days, no money in account. Contacted today and they admitted it had not been paid! So reported a dispute to my bank which will cost them. I would rather do business with the devil.

Setup was straight forward. They work as described. Concerned about network security. Connects directly to router. What guarantees in place my data isn’t being uploaded to an IP address. How reputable is aosu? Can it be trusted?

I purchase the doorbell and outside camera and say these are great solar keeps camera topped up all year and quality of pictures is very good so much so going to buy camera for garden as well .

I bought 2x Ultra doorbell cameras. They are very good, reasonably easy to install and to set up, and they give a great view day and night with excellent IR LED lighting.

The motion detection isn't always perfect. They occasionally miss detecting a person near the door, but overall these are good security cameras.

I have no trouble with this camera. It's mounted on the front of my house and let's me know if there is any movement in my front yard. But my trial time is up and I have decide whether to simply choose

a plan and give them my credit card #

Absolutely diabolical service , we are on 2nd door bell now and this one has failed , because I don't have the email with order number on they can't replace it , Absolutely disgusting , because I ordered with them direct they can't do anything , if I'd have gone via amazon they'd have replaced it , don't make sense !!

This Camara needs recharging constantly and regularly it's totally inconvenient climbing up ladders and then leaving it over time to charge waste of money time & effort get a wired one there worth every penny spent.

I purchased a Aosu security camera about 8 months ago. At first it work some what ok. Since they pushed a software update the camera will not detect motion half the time. It’s basically useless for security. I have sent several emails for support but haven’t heard anything from the company. Beware of this product.

Worked great the first month. Cameras won't work when hot outside and go off line everyday even though the wireless connection is at 95%. when I try to view events on the app, it spins and spins and spins have to go out of the app and back in three or four times before you can view the events

Aosu is the company selling security camera. Their cameras are exceptionally so good that works with the software flawlessly. The cameras have so many options and features and the bonus it's 2.4g and 5g WiFi connection which is fast and allow you to save on micro SD memory card. The cameras even detection motions through the glass windows as well as I left the camera behind windows. These outdoor security camera so good that I bought 2 double packs. I ditched the Amazon bink security camera because I can't save on memory stick and slow connection and visual is low resolution as well and night mode even worse.

Purchased two D1 solar cameras after the very easy set up the worked just fine, but on the second day one camera stopped sending notifications,even though it was recording events, contacted tech support and went through a few settings, which were all ok, then camera starts to send notifications again fir a brief while. Contacted again and no reply. Both cameras record very good but if you don't receive notifications of things happening what's the point.by indoor blink cameras have no problems sending notifications

Be very mindful about purchasing items directly through the Aosu website. The support was great at first, but if there is a real issue with the product then Aosu will offer a partial refund to start with. We purchased two different cameras from Aosu and because we had so many issues with one of them we didn't open the box for the second one. We were asked to send the cameras back, under the 30 day return guarantee and the address was to someone's house. Not a company address. We eventually received full refunds for the cameras after reminding them a number of times.

I don't know what's going on behind their facade, but they constantly forget what the tickets are about and I constantly have to update with details I already gave them. You get a sense of some poor AI behind the scenes.

Their cameras also have poor AI, they are only detecting persons randomly.

AOSU doesn't want to refund the cameras, because I didn't buy them through Amazon.

They don't even want to fully refund the subscription for the cloud storage, that I couldn't use, because they don't record everything they detect to the cloud, but only randomly. So they offered me USD 36 back out of the 120 USD that I paid for the subscription.

The cameras also don't work with any of our Samsung devices, but only older Chinese phones.
