Je voudrais partager mon agréable expérience AOSU. Suite a une panne moteur d'une de mes camera. j'ai contacté le service après vente et la. Daisy dans un temps record et une gentillesse extrême m'a renvoyer une nouvelle caméra, malgré la garantie dépassée de 3 mois.

Achat en mai 2026 d’un pack de 6 SolarCam T2 4K.

Les + :
Produit très facile à installer. Le panneau solaire deporté permet de mettre une caméra au nord avec le panneau sur un autre pignon au sud.

Recharge des panneaux toujours à 100% pour tous les panneaux dégagés au sud. Un seul à plus de mal mais le panneau est dans un arbre donc sans soleil direct. J’ai baissé la sensibilité pour palier le problème.

Bonne sensibilité et détection, y compris pour les personnes à 12/15 mètres. Arrive à lire les plaques à 15 mètres si vu de face et peut être au delà (réglage à prévoir dans l’application).

Marche très bien à distance avec la connexion 5G (utile lorsqu’on est à l’extérieur).

Bonne vision de nuit, avec la présence de la lune, c’est quasiment comme en plein jour. Projecteur présent si trop sombre.

Pivote et suit les mouvements, l’application coordonne ensuite les mêmes mouvements si filmé de 2 ou plus de caméra.

Possibilité de parler à travers les caméras

Programmation de l’heure des alertes, notamment la nuit si passage.

Capte bien le wifi de la base pour les caméras à 15-20 mètres de la base (par contre à 30 mètres, c’est trop loin).

Assistance technique via le tchat de l’application réactive

Les limites :

Projecteur s’allume régulièrement la nuit pour la caméra dans l’arbre lorsqu’il y a du vent. N’apprend pas à ignorer le mouvement régulier des branches

Certaines limites de la version gratuite (pas de reconnaissance des occupants de la maison, ni des voitures, du chat ou du robot tondeuse = alerte sur le téléphone)

La programmation (en mode gratuit en tout cas) ne permet pas de régler les alertes sonores intrusions sur l’heure du lever et coucher de soleil (contrairement à d’autres applications de domotique de type volet). Seules les plages fixes sont disponibles

Les caméras (mode gratuit) ne semblent pas apprendre et anticiper l’arrivée d’une personne sur une 2eme zone après la détection dans une 1ere zone

Le mode présent et absent ne fonctionne pas du 1er coup, cela semble être un bug et l’assistance m’a dit que cela devrait être amélioré. Je contourne en éteignant les caméras via l’application lorsque je suis présent.

La version payante n’est pas possible pour 6 caméras (maximum 5) et le prix pour 5 caméras par mois est assez important après l’investissement de base.

La version AOSU protect + BASIC n’est possible que pour 1 caméra, pour 2 caméras ou plus, il faut passer par la version protect + PRO qui est plus complète mais plus chère

Conclusion, je suis très satisfait du rapport qualité prix pour ces caméras qui font le job.

D1 classic solar 4 cam kit. From a scale 1 to 10 I rate them a 5. They work like they claimed but only about 50 percent of the time. The notifications are slow to slow and the audio is poor unusable.lots of false alarms and lots of no notifications at all.DO not recomend

I would like to share my experience with the AOSU camera and the company behind it. I have reached out to them multiple times regarding issues with recording and notifications, but I have yet to receive any response. It feels as though this company only cares about making a sale; once they've sold their products, they seem to consider their job done.

I strongly advise anyone thinking about buying from them to reconsider. Don't make the same mistake I did and end up regretting your decision. I would never recommend this company to anyone, so please stay away. Trust me, you can find better options elsewhere. 👍

With me own experience I can say only huge positive about AOSU Customer Service ! Even when was small problem they resolved fast, nice and always with customer satisfaction 👌

Ich nutze seit einigen Wochen ein 4er-Set der aosu WirelessCam System Pro und bin im Grunde wirklich zufrieden. Die Qualität der Aufnahmen ist gut bis sehr gut, tagsüber wie auch nachts.

Die Reichweite könnte etwas größer sein, hier gibt es noch etwas Luft nach oben. Trotzdem funktioniert das System insgesamt zuverlässig und stabil.

Eine besondere Erwähnung muss ich hier dem erstklassigen Kundenservice zukommen lassen. Mir wurde schnell, freundlich und vollkommen unkompliziert weitergeholfen, als ich eine Frage zu meinem Setup hatte. So sollte Kunden-Support immer sein.

Insgesamt also ein sehr gutes Überwachungskamera‑Set, für das ich gerne eine Kaufempfehlung ausspreche, trotz kleinerer Reichweiten‑Einschränkungen im Grundset. Mit einer zweiten Basisstation an anderer Stelle im Haus kann man die Reichweite aber noch deutlich erhöhen.

Souvent 1 hors ligne et pas tout le temps la même, du coup on sait pas si elle marche, ça a du mal a se connecter alors qu'il y 80% de signal wifi...
Bref, j'ai tout renvoyé, dommage, la qualité est pas mal, faiblesse dans les moteur et du jeu dans le axe, le suivi des objets ou personne n'est pas assez rapide et precis. ...
Tant pis, c'était prometteur.

The cameras are pretty good, but their service and fulfillment are among the worst I've ever experienced. Their CSRs sound like they are talking to you through two soup cans on a string and they take forever to fulfill your purchase unless you go through Amazon. AosuLife is anything but. It's a black hole where orders go to die. Trouble is, they do not offer the Pro series single add-on cameras on Amazon. So, you have to go through the gauntlet that is AosuLife. It's horrible. No product is worth this trouble. The cameras do a fair job, but still miss things they shouldn't. The battery life is better than many others and the picture quality is good. But, their motion sensor is a bit spotty. All in all, there has to be a better solution, given the fact that they can't get a shipment on the truck in less than a week to 10 days and some shipments never arrive. I've now paid for two cameras (one that never arrived and one to replace the one that never arrived) and have neither.

Summary.
I own multiple Aosu cameras and, while the hardware may suit technically proficient users, my experience with the company’s customer service and marketing claims has been consistently disappointing.

Customer service experience.
The live webchat agents are unhelpful and, at times, borderline insulting. Frontline staff appear unable to resolve issues without supervisor intervention, which routinely results in a minimum 24‑hour wait on weekdays. Enquiries submitted after 17:00 China time on a Friday can face substantially longer delays. I have raised repeated complaints over the course of a year with no meaningful improvement.
Frankly, the webchat is about as useful as a solar‑powered torch during a power cut. Unreliable, poorly informed and unable to resolve basic issues.

Marketing claims versus reality.
The website prominently advertises
Fast, Free Shipping;
Lowest Price of the Year;
365‑Day Warranty;
24/7 Customer Service.

My experience contradicts several of these claims:
Fast, Free Shipping — Deliveries to the UK have taken several weeks; the term “fast” is misleading.
Lowest Price of the Year — Prices appear inflated to create the impression of large discounts; monitoring between June 2025 and June 2026 shows advertised reductions are often from an artificially high RRP.
365‑Day Warranty — This is honoured in practice; where a like‑for‑like replacement is unavailable they have offered a refund.
24/7 Customer Service — The responsiveness and competence of the chat service do not reflect this claim.

Product quality and subscription model.
The cameras themselves are good value for those comfortable configuring CCTV systems and wireless networks. However, the subscription model is expensive and, in my view, disproportionate given that the software and AI features are still under development.

Conclusion and recommendation.
Had I known how poor the customer service would be, I would not have purchased from Aosu. I am now invested by several hundred pounds across eight indoor and outdoor cameras. If you are not technically confident, I strongly advise avoiding Aosu due to unreliable aftercare. If you are tech‑savvy and can manage setup and troubleshooting independently, the hardware may be acceptable — but be prepared for limited support and potentially high ongoing subscription costs.

Terrible customer service. Upon receiving our new system one of the solar cameras didn’t work and several of the cameras have a terrible screeching noise when tracking and the camera to camera tracking is erratic and not reliable. After months of repeated requests to replace the faulty camera the customer service rep said they still didn't have any of this camera available. After waiting several additional months they still didn’t have a replacements camera they offered to replace our new camera with an older outdated model. After months of waiting for a replacement camera I finally got frustrated and requested to return the system. The company agreed to return the system at 80% what we paid because it had been used. What a joke. Don’t waste your time or money on this terrible system.

DON'T BUY. I bought the camera doorbell about 8 months ago. Aosu claim the battery will last around 3 months without charging. Mine lasted a month at most. Now it lasts about 2 days before having to be charged all night. It is un-usable. I live on a very quiet road so it is now even being triggered much. I am going to try and get my money back. It is not fit for purpose.

I had recently purchased a Solar Cam Lite but it failed to cooperate during installation. I was first given some great help by Llewellyn during which time it was determined that I had a faulty camera.
I was put in touch with "Ann:" from the AOSU Support Team. She immediately determined what was necessary for me to have what I needed and saw to it that a new camera was sent to my door. Ann maintained contact (via email) to ensure that I was being taken care of, which was greatly appreciated.
Within a couple days the camera was delivered, and I now have a working security system all due to Ann's (and Llewellyn's) efforts.
Thank you AOSU for your product(s) and very professional and dedicated employees!!

Had camera a while had problem got in touch with live chat customer service excellent no quibble about the fault and sent replacement camera

The doorbell and app started well, but very soon developed a serious issue. At exactly 10 minute intervals, the doorbell rings once creating a video event. This is annoying and quickly discharges the battery. I have been in touch with support who have suggested all the usual stop and reset procedures. I have tried all of them a number of times, and the firmware has been updated, but the problem persists. The product is not useable in this state.

Having owned three sets of these cameras, I’ve found they typically fail within three months. I decided to give the brand one last chance by purchasing their premium six-camera package, but it arrived without the required receiver, rendering the entire system useless. Despite contacting support, I never received the missing component. I recommend researching other manufacturers before spending $1,000 on a system you won't be able to use.

I have been an Aosu customer since 2023. The last renewal was Jan. 2025. I never received a renewal notification for 2026, so I wrote to them. They said that maybe my credit card didn't go through. I asked for clarification. I never received any correspondence about a credit card not going through last year, and my credit card has been up to date with no issues. I went back and forth with emails, and there was still poor communication. I was even ignored. I kept asking for clarification and specifics, then she wrote back to say that I unsubscribed last year. I said I didn't unsubscribe. I can't even see an unsubscribe button anywhere. I only see "Delete Account", which I never pushed last year. My account is still active because I can log in. There is no history, and it says I don't have any active subscriptions yet. So all this time since Jan. 2025, I have not had any security, but thought I did!! I'm still getting nowhere with them, so I will try phoning their USA number. I'm really frustrated and have never seen such poor customer service EVER.

I call the company to have them fix 3 of 6 cameras that I bought brand new only 3 work the other 3 won't turn on the manifacture won't take care of their product
I will return the items to vendor
