I don't know an honest story that has stood the test of time on President Trump or Republicans, Inflation, the State of the Country, their intentions, recession, or anything else they speak about. Democrats are corrupt and without any honor, and they don't care. Winning is more important than democracy. They are evil, corrupt and need to be brought to justice. It's coming!

AOL.com has the worst reputation for spam they are simply hopeless at controlling it and the silliest emails get through their filters why?

This is for Paul, the refrigerator installation team captain . We bought a new Samsung and there was many a hitch during its installation . It would not fit through the main door and the pergola at the back had projections obstructing its passage. Paul was very helpful and he went out of the way to help us. Thank you Paul and thank you AOL for having such a good team.

Aol new page is junk, the delete and controls are way over the other side of the page, the mail is laid out wrong.

I bought a washing machine that was faulty in december aol replaced it in january as it broke and the same thing has happened to this machine
Basicaly they replaced my machine with the same make that was also faulty.

They wont give my money back as they want to send a engineer Due to my hours of work i need one between 3 to 5pm i have no family to sit in while i work to wait fir engineer.

Hoover put the phone down on me and AOL offered me a refund of 20 pounds.

Absolutely disgusting i have the same make washing machine sent out twice and both have broke with the same fault and they wont give my money back

I am now left with a broken washing machine and i have to find the money for a replacement.

Total disrespect for customer rights 2 faulty machines by hoover and sold by aol and no one takes responsibility

Why is AOL demanding you download a .net something or other in order to use their service on a computer? I downloaded the dumb thing and it STILL is NOT letting me use AOL on my computer. I have to take my laptop to a computer repair place. I've used AOL for many years. Will gladly cancel if I can find something else

AOL should be sued for selling email addresses to obscene and pornographic spammers. Go to the spam folder but the subject lines are enough to make you sick. Strongly advise against allowing underage people using this app. The spam comes by the hundreds daily. It's disgusting.

The most worthless foreign customer service reps ever! Couldn't even understand them due to their thick accents and lack of basic knowledge. Shut the whole thing down and stop giving third-world countries jobs!

AOL has allowed not one but two of my AOL emails to be hacked and will do an absolutely nothing to return them back to me. They keep telling me someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours it's been over a month and a half I've called numerous times they just blow me off I've only accounts for over 30 years this is how they treat their customers.

Great email client if you enjoy being HACKED, SPAMMED, RIPPED-OFF and SCREWED.
I receive warnings, notifications, and alerts nearly EVERY DAY.
I've been hacked and had all my contacts and old mail deleted.

The spam filtering for AOL mail is terrible. To make the mail host worse there are no user tools to block or add spam sender email address domains for direct blacklisting. In 2023 the customer deserves better service.

Bad customer service! Order washing machine a month ago and suppose to be deliver. Two day prior of the delivery state the stock is out of stock. Speak to customer service and they don’t have a clue and giving wrong hope and delivery date. Trying to offer substitute that is a downgrade and make me to pay more!

I ordered a 50 50 fridge freezer on the 4th of January 2023, the sales person send me the wrong fridge, the way this company deals with complains or to amend anything is very frustrating.

The earliest that they are able to deliver will be the 27th of January 2023 and they have audacity to charge over £115.00 plus £20 for recycling old one.

I got a new computer for my parents and attempted to set up their email. Unfortunately, they subscribe to Verizon, and the provide5 abdicated their responsibility for email service to AOL long ago. The AOL smtp server was malfunctioning or misconfigured and when I contacted tech support I was sent to a sales representative to try to force me to pay them to deal with the issue. A few hours later the account could miraculously send email with the exact same settings it had when I started wasting my day trying to solve the problem. The moral: stay very far away from both AOL and Verizon.

The export feature on aol web site does not work at all, you call the 800 number and they want you to pay in order for them to fix something that does not work. The product does not work, the feature creates an empty file and aol wants you to pay for a call to their technical support?..aol is a joke, good bye and good riddance.

On AOL list to be notified when American fridgeFreezer was back in stock. “ coming back in stock soon”. Notified on Friday16th Dec was back in stock so ordered, paid inc next day delivery. Spent afternoon emptying cupboards and moving furniture to accommodate delivery. At 7pm received phone call to say that it wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be for at least a month. Asked for explanation. Told “ must be problem with website!” Now seen reviews from others who’ve had similar experience. Cancelled order and won’t be using AOL again. Appalling.
