Not great!
Product took ages to be delivered then items arrived broken. They'd been very poorly packed. Then an awkward process to claim refund. Won't use again I'm afraid.
However refund was quick!

I am sorry to learn that the items arrived damaged. Even with appropriate protective packaging, there remains a risk of damage during transit.
I can see you filled out a webform for a return on our website and that you were responded to informing a refund was processed. I apologise if filling out this form was inconvenient, however, we do, as with all other companies have an administration process to adhere to.

Too expensive
Too expensive. Their ads don't make it clear re delivery's to the UK. The discount free delivery is only for orders over £150 per single item, not the complete order. Also, VAT is still chargeable on the price shown and not as the misleading ad states price "Incl. tax. Bear in mind when ordering and compare UK prices. Also look at delivery timescale.

All prices displayed on our website do include VAT. Any-Lamp.co.uk is operated by Any Lamp B.V, a Dutch company registered with HMRC as a non-resident entity. This is outlined in our "About Us" section, though I appreciate it may not have been obvious at the time of purchase.
For future reference, our standard delivery via DPD typically takes 2–4 working days.

Disappointing Service
Items ordered are delivered by DPD who twice left the package in the middle of nowhere not my house so I did not receive them. Twice I had to fill in forms and lots of emails.

I also note that you have declined to sign the second declaration form requested by DPD. Unfortunately, without this document, Any-Lamp is unable to proceed with a refund or further action on your behalf.
