Consistently excellent service....
I have consistently got fantastic service from Any-Lamp, I get order progress reports and items that are well packaged and items that are in stock are dispatched very quickly. I have no problem highly recommending them, and they are now my go to lamp supplier.

Very poor quality G4 LED bulbs
I have a 12 way G4 light fitting that had been running Philips 1W LEDs for 10 years without problem. I decided to switch for brighter bulbs as the room was looking a little dull, likely the philips bulbs had degraded over time.
I bought 12x "Noxion Bolt LED Capsule G4 1.8W 200lm - 830 Warm White" in April 2024.
By September 2024 two of the bulbs had failed. Any-lamp were fine and replaced them no problem.
Continue on to October 2025. Another 4 have failed by now.
The massively frustrating problem now is the failure mode. The first 2 bulbs just went out.
The next 4 have caused all the bulbs to flash, so the only way to determine which has failed is to pull the bulbs out, inevitably it's always the last bulb out that has failed.
On the first of these failures I had assumed it was the transformer that had died and so replaced that (not a straight forward task) only to discover that the new transformed showed the problem was the bulbs.
I can only say that the Noxion bulbs are junk and strongly recommend against buying.

I cannot see that you have raised this with our Customer Service team. There is a 2 year warranty with these products so you can make a warranty claim for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

DPD have returned the order back to our warehouse but they did not state the reason why.

I was told it was on its way...then I followed the tracking and it said it had been returned to sender....this has happened TWICE!
PLEASE FIND OUT WHERE MY LAMP IS? I need it urgently to light up my alpaca field.

The lamps never arrived, I had several emails from DPD saying they were coming but never did. Their tracking service says they have returned my lamps to you. I cannot finds a proper means to report this to you as you have no published phone number.

Misleading technical data
Ordered 36 spot lights that were meant to tilt to 40° acording to technical data listed on their website, unfortunately the lights I received only tilt to 18° and half of these were meant to be fitted in 40° roof, tilted down to compensate.
Customer service team reached out and confirmed none of their MR16 fttings tilt to 40° and offered to cover the cost of return postage, I have by than decided to keep the lights and fit them in other rooms in the house, with flat ceilings.
Generally speking, good quality product, but incorrect technical data.
