High quality products
I am quite satisfied with the rich flavours of Anatolian products that I purchased recently. They have dispatched the parcel quickly and when I received it I have seen they packed quite well, nothing was broken (I had some jars). Very happy with all the products however I particularly would like to mention that the honey that I purchased is high quality. I definitely recommend them. Thanks.

I ordered ‘Anthap Dubai Chocolate’
I ordered ‘Anthap Dubai Chocolate’, in both milk and dark varieties. The chocolate was made fresh (which caused a minor delay due to bank holiday weekend) and is absolutely delicious. I’ve not had this style of chocolate before (I knew I’d like it given the ingredients), but this variant is outstanding. High quality ingredients and very moreish. Highly recommended.

I like ordering from this shop. I like Turkish pistachios. But the last time I bought pistachios they didn't taste as good as the previous ones! I think the quality of the product degraded. But it could also be me!

Anthap has always been superior in…
Anthap has always been superior in terms of its quality. I tried the Dubai chocolate from them and it’s my first time trying it. I knew that theirs would be good due to the pistachio cream but genuinely it’s delicious.
Price point is high but it’s worth it to try.
I will say I wish that the delivery could be cheaper or not £60 payment for a free delivery. We don’t always want to buy that much, so if there were different price points for delivery instead of a set £5.99 that would be so helpful.

Very disappointing
Updated review after getting (strictly speaking not a full) refund (but I gave up fighting for pennies after 3 months and multiple attempts):
I got good pistachio paste from them once but the second attempt was plagued by the system and delivery problems on their end which took several months and way too much effort to get a refund and no pistachio paste.
The final communication was a person calling me on Saturday afternoon and having a go at me for not updating the review. A very poor customer service experience.
The original review:
I wish I could leave a positive review but I never received my parcel nor a refund. I placed an order of ~£65 in the middle of December but that never arrived. Contacted Anthap multiple times and received emails that they would look into but nothing happened and now (3 months later) they stopped responding to my emails asking for a refund.
Very disappointing.
Edit for a bit of a context: I never received the tracking number from Anthap and I got provided the tracking number when contacted them about 2 weeks after placing the order. They said that the parcel was delivered and I should go and check with my neighbours (which I did). But then checking the tracking website it clearly stated that the parcel was at the Parcel Force national centre and and not any my place. So there is a proof that I didn't make it up. But they haven't done anything to fix it, offer to ship it again or refund. As I said very disappointing.
