Update: They solved the issue. I’m updating their rating from 1 to 3 because they respond relatively fast via email and provided a resolution but not before having to escalate the issue and me posting this review.
They are a scam. I was trying to sign up for their monthly plan so I could try the free trial, and I accidentally clicked yearly. As soon as it happened, I made sure not to use the tool as I was planning to ask for a refund. The messed up thing is I was planning to keep my monthly subscription after the trial ended. Now they've lost my business because they refuse to refund money for a subscription I didn't use. I contacted support immediately as it happened.

Mucho cuidado con esta plataforma. Mi experiencia ha sido pésima debido a la falta de transparencia en su proceso de contratación. Intenté probar la herramienta seleccionando una opción de "mes gratis", pero el flujo de registro está diseñado con "letras chiquitas" y pasos confusos que terminaron activando un plan anual sin un consentimiento claro y evidente.
Al darme cuenta del error de inmediato, intenté cancelar en el mismo momento, solo para llevarme la sorpresa de que no realizan reembolsos y te obligan a pagar un año completo de un servicio que no deseas. El soporte al cliente es nulo y no muestran el más mínimo interés por resolver una situación claramente provocada por su interfaz engañosa.
Si estás pensando en probar la plataforma, piénsalo dos veces. Su modelo de negocio parece depender de atrapar a los usuarios con cobros forzados más que de la calidad de su servicio. Una total decepción y una falta de ética profesional.

Think twice before giving out your credit card info
EDIT: After contacting customer support, I received a refund, but that doesn’t change the experience I had during the process. It is unacceptable that the fee was charged even though I canceled my subscription. I was also dissatisfied with the service provided. The AI-generated articles are inadequate. Therefore, I’m giving it 3 stars.
I started a free trial for the 1-month plan and then I was not satisfied with the service and canceled it on their website. Although I canceled my subscription on their website (the cancellation here only appears to us, there is nothing they send to stripe in the background and therefore the subscription remains active in stripe) money was withdrawn from my account. absolutely fraud. never use this service.

Terrible application
Terrible application, nothing works. I signed for the free trial and they charged my immediately and they is no way to cancel the plan, only to cancel fully the account. No support email, nothing.
It is basically a scam, stay away from this people.

Don't go premium, it's not worth it.
Answerthepublic and Ubbersuggest is shit. When you're using the free plan it's all good but the moment to you pay for lifetime, you're left with a dead tool.
Answerthepublic dashboard use to have structure and organization, you could see questions people are asking and the volume but now it's all messed up. None of that is visible just a list of organic search now without any clarification of what the question is.
Then the dashboard became very slow and unorganized. I don't even know where to find information anymore with this crap I'm left with. This is waste of money.
Trying to force me to use their content schedule. Answer the public is for keyword research and to understand what people are searching not to create content schedule.

Dashboard is messy. Not the best - other applications available that provide the same or better information with better layouts. Cancelled my subscription but was still charged even hen I contacted support.

Intended to sign up for their offer of a 7 day free trial, but was charged $160 for the entire year up front and DID NOT receive any free trial. Once I noticed I was charged, I canceled the account and emailed their support. Received response from Anush Ohanyan stating that the free trial was only offered for the monthly subscription. It wasn't my intention to sign up for annually but it's selected as default I'm sure intentionally so people fall into their NO REFUND policy. I've never ran across a company with such poor customer service. Hope this helps prevent someone from doing the same and being stuck with them for a year. And yes, I maybe should have read the fine print or investigated the 7 day free trial before submitting payment, but who only offers it to monthly subscriptions?? Why isn't it applicable to both payment options, AND if the account wasn't even used (literally didn't even run a search yet, and canceled immediately) who wouldn't say, "honest mistake" ok we'll issue a refund.

Eigentlich ein ganz gutes Tool für den Preis, einzig die Synonyme fehlen für Key Word sprich ähnliche Begriffe. Ich habe eine kostenpflichtige Variante und alle paar Minuten blendet es mir Werbung über den gesamten Bildschirm vom Tool selber ein für das Tool selber ein, ich kann dann nichts tun ein Moment lang und das kommt dermassen oft und nervt dermassen das ich einfach nur ein Stern geben kann.
