ANOLON/MEYERS COMPANY - customer service
With a 30 day deadline imposed by Anolon/Meyers, we had to file a Review (formal complaint is next) with Better Business Bureau as follows:
We received the Anolon roaster pan from California. The roaster pan box has never been opened and the pan, therefore, has not been use. For us, the item was so heavy to lift out of the packing box, we had to start a return ticket to send it back.
Our return ticket was submitted 7 days ago, with the promise (by auto reply) that someone would contact us within 3 business days. Of course, no one ever contacted us.... but why contact at all? Why does Anolon need a Return Ticket? Maybe for a RMA number, who knows? It does not explain why anywhere. Other companies simply link to a return label and off you go to UPS Store with the return.
Apparently, there is an issue with Anolon/Meyers. Seeing all the one star reviews about communication on BBB and elsewhere, we are becoming even more concerned. We have been sending our concerns of No Communication to Analon by directly linking back to the Anolon Autoreply email acknowledging the number of our Ticket.
Today, we sent the same HELP Request Five (5) times in hopes of irritating customer service enough to respond. Is Anolon purposely dragging its feet? The company states: "you typically have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition, with the original receipt included," Well there was no receipt in the box, so this should be a wonderful experience forthcoming.
Therefore, the 30 day return period has be stayed due to the lack of response from Anolon/Meyers.
We suggest you review the BBB and Pissed Customer complaints online... There are many!
