Anne Health have been an absolute lifeline for our daughter.
In such a hostile sociopolitical climate, we were running out of road to get our daughter the support she needed. Now she’s being properly looked after, with thorough and comprehensive healthcare.

I want to thank the company for their help with my transition and getting it started every single person that I have had help me has been beyond amazing, kind and helpful in every way. Everyone is so polite and friendly and it has made my experience so much easier for me and stress free they have gone above and beyond doing more than I have expected. I am very greatful and appreciative.

The ongoing support for our daughter has been nothing short of exceptional. The care, kindness and responsiveness shown have made an incredibly difficult journey feel supported and manageable for our daughter and our family. Feeling listened to and genuinely cared for has meant more than we can say. This is a rare and truly outstanding service.

I joined Anne in a great hurry after my GP refused to continue prescribing my hrt following my discharge from Leeds GIS care. I'm still officially in dispute with the GP practice over their complete lack of aftercare re bridging prescriptions (I had to literally beg) or mental health checks once they had thrown me under that bus.
Anne on the other hand have been amazing. They prioritised my induction and got me back onto a care pathway without any gaps.
Awesome. Basically I've had to literally trust them with my life....and they did not let me down. Unlike some other health professionals I could name.

The most kind, knowledgeable and safe people to look after trans children care. We have worked with the NHS (after many years in the waiting list!) and Gender GP, and neither of them even come close to the professional service we get from Anne Health. Honestly life changing.

Words can’t justify what Anne’s have done for my child and the whole family. Support is second to none, professionals who genuinely care. 5 stars aren’t enough. Life-changers!

I feel heard, seen and above all helped. I was a de-transitioned individual who was afraid of being trans due to the political climate changing and increasing my general anxiety levels within my home. Since then, I reached out to Anne as a last ditch attempt to re-align back onto a path where I was happier. The team so far has been incredibly helpful, informative and transparent with me. I know it can be an anxiety-inducing time and often depressing time but they seem as though they really want to help. I am one month in and already feel this way, I do hope that long-term it remains the same because it is efficient the way it operates currently. I was with free healthcare before and the wait times and lack of interest were a large contribution towards my personal anxiety, do what works for you and I wish you well.

This company has been absolutely fantastic. I first signed up on the 1st of October, and on the ninth of December I took my first injection of testosterone.
The sign up fee and monthly fees are expensive but manageable considering when in comparison to private practice prices, and the waiting list of the NHS. The monthly fee covers everything from appointments with the councillors, blood tests, appointments with doctors, and your prescription. The only extra thing you have to pay for is to get your prescription filled. I chose to go with the offshore provider instead of getting it filled at a local pharmacy due to the huge jump in price, and it arrived swiftly with no problems at all. There is not many places which do hormones for 17 year olds in Scotland, this place does, and has ensured I can get the vital treatment I need.
The reason this review has four stars instead of five, is because I often had to send emails reminding them to send my next steps, or booking links etc. as they often did not get sent through very swiftly which did slightly delay my process, however, this did not take away from the service overall.

After a horrific experience with GenderGP, Anne Health have been wonderful. I now feel safe and confident transitioning. They have a brilliant email service and reply very quickly. The team are lovely, fully qualified and all trans or trans-adjacent folks who really care. They are still expanding their team and I’m really pleased that a trans masc doctor will be joining soon, so I can talk to someone with lived experience. Anne are transparent about costs and not out to fleece you like so many exploitative private clinics are. Having mobile phlebotomist visits included is great. I can’t recommend them enough.

I honestly am so grateful to have found Anne Health, their support has been immense. A thorough and knowledgeable team who are always on hand to talk and help. I couldn't recommend them more highly and don't know where I would be without them!

People are giving this service good reviews because they don't know much about trans healthcare. HRT should NOT be this expensive, and you should not be giving people such low doses. HRT should be accessible to anyone that wants it, not just the people that can afford overpriced services like this one.

We have been incredibly impressed with Anne Health so far. We've found them to be highly professional, easily reachable, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of our circumstances. We are so pleased that we chose Anne Health to support our child and our family through this challenging time. They have made it so much less stressful and I could not imagine undertaking this journey without them. Highly recommended.

After being on waiting lists for over 3 years I was AMAZED how fast I was seen to with Anne Health. I joined Anne health in August of this year and by October I had a blood test and counselling session with one of their wonderful counsellors, by the end of October I had started my medication and am now 2 weeks on it! I feel amazing and couldn’t thank them enough

Amazing service, we finally feel heard and cared for. My son is able to access what is absolutely going to be life changing healthcare. After years of struggle and huge impact to his mental health we can start to feel optimistic for the future and he can start to live his life authentically. The healthcare professionals are amazing, warm and friendly but very knowledgeable, contact with people with real, lived experience is a wonderous thing. We are so grateful to you all at Anne Health.

The whole team at Anne Healthcare have been incredibly supportive, professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the 9 months I've been with them. It's a privilege and I feel so lucky to be under their care. I can't recommend them enough.

Received outstanding service from the start and everything went smoothly. Was able to start treatment within just a few months, which was appreciated and did wonders for my wellbeing. They also always answer fast and empathetically and are pro-active with their care reaching out early to ensure all goes well. Strongly recommend them!
