As a disabled trans woman on pip I've looked around at other places before finding Anne, One place I looked wanted £550 for a doctor to just say yes you have gender dysphoria.

Thankfully Anne were the best choice for me with my limited funds I get and I'm grateful for this.

Had my first blood test and now waiting for first intake then medical intake.

Thankfully most of my results are in range only a few out.

I just got on-boarded, but have to say I'm quite happy with the experience and provided help and contact.
Despite some issues due to me living in different country it was not complicated (besides timezones duh!). I will have to look for provider myself though

I had a whole host of questions, and Freya in the Patient Services team took the time to go through every one of them for me in plenty of detail. I was expecting to get copy-pasted nonspecific information from a policy or the website but it was clear that they were replying especially to my questions which was lovely and really helped me to get a better understanding of Anne Health in relation to my situation. Overall she was lovely and the team are lucky to have them.

My partner is a patient at Anne Health, and I am very grateful for everything that Anne health have done, and how quickly. My partner has been on the NHS gender clinic waiting list for one year, and i knew he had years of waiting before he even gets a first appointment. My partner is 39, so years of waiting isnt great. I started to Google and by chance I found Anne health and told my partner all about it. We are on a low income, and we contacted Anne health and they helped my partner to sign up and the cost to us is affordable.
My partner has been with Anne health for a few months now, he had blood tests quite quickly, counselling session and has had an appointment with endocrinologist Mario, my partner is made up to now of been prescribed Testosterone. His prescription was sorted extremely quickly and ordered the very next day at a reasonable prescription cost. Anne health gave us a list of what we need to administer, researched by them at the cheapest costs, we have a huge supply to last a long time for under £40.
Anne health do what they say, it is purely patient based, not about profit. Their profit goes in to patients and the excellent, friendly staff.
I am made up to have found Anne health, they have definitely changed my partners life and I'll be forever grateful to them. Thankyou for the huge different you are making to the people who need you most.

The information on their site is very accurate on what to expect, the process, and the information and ID Anne Health needs from the patient.

Anne Healthcare has been the lifeline that my daughter needed. After navigating her transition alone for so long, despite us seeking support from the NHS and GenderGP, we had not managed to speak to any knowledgeable medical professionals or access any gender-affirming healthcare. With Anne Health the process was simple, costs clearly visible from the outset and since joining we feel 100% understood, valued and supported. We have been with them now for over 9 months and every professional we have dealt with has been kind, knowledgable and supportive. We cannot recommend Anne Health highly enough.

They charge you £200 out of the gate without telling you that a passport is required to even fill out their forms.

Very long and unnecessary questionaire, that doesn't even save it's contents for later so you have to start all over again every time.

So I am stuck after paying out £200 with no ability to continue - that was my HRT money for next month so now I'm screwed.

I often find myself wishing for better writing skills to truly capture the amazing kindness of these people. Words seem inadequate, yet they really saved my MTF child's life. My child was struggling with NHS treatment, but Anne Health made the process straightforward and continues to provide outstanding support. Their professionalism is matched by their friendliness and helpfulness. Our gratitude towards them knows no bounds.

We've had a very positive experience with Anne Health which has enabled my 18 y.o. daughter begin her transition journey. The process is just as described on the website. Being in Ireland wasn't an issue, we had bloods done at doctor365 (60 euro) and our nearest Life Pharmacy had no problem with issuing the prescription (20 euro p/m). Anne are always very responsive to emails at all times. I really don't know where we'd be without them, so thank you sincerely to all the team there and keep up the invaluable work!!

I get my HRT prescriptions fast, my blood tests are in a highly accessible location and would continue to be so in almost every area, all of my enquiries are answered in a helpful and timely manner, and they were able to direct me towards external clinical psychologists who are able to provide me with a formal gender dysphoria diagnosis. The process around receiving gender-affirming care also involves informed consent rather than gatekeeping and having to jump through hoops, which is a massive relief.

Very supportive, faster than NHS, professional, Looks after your physical and mental well being.

I wish I was good at writing, so I could express just how wonderful these lovely people are. I feel my words aren't going to do them justice. But they saved my MTF child's life, they were in despair with their treatment on the NHS. Anne Health not only made everything easy but were and indeed still are all round excellent. Helpful, friendly but still very professional. We really can't thank them enough.
