Waited for over a month for a sofa that should take 1-10 working days. Nothing. Almost no answers on Whatsapp. Got my money back through my bank and maybe it was a lucky escape because looking at some other reviews the quality is very questionable.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and feel compelled to warn other customers.

I ordered a taupe sofa and waited five weeks for delivery, only to receive a grey sofa instead. The colour difference is so obvious it’s ridiculous and does not match the product ordered or confirmed. Despite this, the company is now insisting that the incorrect item delivered is “correct” and has refused both a replacement and a refund.

What is even more concerning is the way this situation has been handled. Rather than resolving a clear fulfilment error, customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, choosing to argue with the customer instead of reviewing the facts. To make matters worse, I was informed that they will no longer accept future orders from me due to “repeated issues”.. an accusation that is completely unfounded and deeply unprofessional.

Waiting over a month for a furniture item, receiving the wrong colour, and then being blamed for the company’s mistake is unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of accountability, poor customer service standards, and a failure to honour basic consumer rights.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think carefully before doing so, as once an issue arises, there appears to be no willingness to resolve it fairly.

The sofa is very comfortable and has plenty of space for sitting and lying down. I am very pleased with my purchase and the delivery.

The sofa was very easy to assemble, looks beautiful, and feels like great quality. It’s extremely comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely buy from this company again. The delivery driver was also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a fantastic company with a great customer-focused approach.

​My sofa arrived two months late, and their customer service is non-existent—they simply do not respond to any messages. The craftsmanship is primitive, to say the least. I wouldn't even pay £50 for this quality. After just two weeks, the sofa started falling apart.
​I reported the issue, but they completely ignored me. Fortunately, I requested a chargeback through my bank and received a full refund without any problems. I am convinced there isn't a worse shop in the UK.
​Also, do not be fooled: this is NOT a Polish company! I know the high quality of Polish furniture, and this "rubbish" doesn't even come close.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam firmy Polskie Meble Anna Furniture (annafurniture.co.uk).

Sofa została zamówiona 19 grudnia i do dnia dzisiejszego 22 styczenia nie została dostarczona. Już trzeci raz otrzymuję informację, że dostawa „będzie w tym tygodniu” – niestety co tydzień sytuacja się powtarza bez żadnego efektu.

Kontakt z firmą jest skrajnie utrudniony. Na Whatsapp czy e-mail odpowiadają po kilku dniach, a jeśli już odpiszą, to jedynie po to, aby ponownie przełożyć termin. Co gorsza, nigdy nie pojawiają się w umówionym dniu i nie informują, że dostawa się nie odbędzie.

Telefonicznie kontaktowałem się około 10 razy, o różnych porach i w różne dni – nigdy nikt nie odebrał, ani nie oddzwonił.

Brak profesjonalizmu, brak komunikacji i brak szacunku do klienta.
Zdecydowanie odradzam korzystanie z usług tej firmy.

I definitely do not recommend Polskie Meble Anna Furniture (annafurniture.co.uk).

The sofa was ordered on 19 December and as of 22 January it has still not been delivered. This is already the third time I have been told that the delivery would be “this week” – unfortunately, the same situation repeats every week with no result.

Contact with the company is extremely difficult. They reply to WhatsApp messages or emails after several days, and when they do respond, it is only to postpone the delivery again. What is worse, they never show up on the agreed day and do not inform you that the delivery will not take place.

I tried to contact them by phone around 10 times, at different times and on different days – no one ever answered, nor did they ever call back.

A complete lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for the customer.
I strongly advise against using this company’s services.

Ordered on 2nd November sofa which delivery time should be 2-6 weeks almost 3 moths since then and still did not receive my item. Poor close to none comunicatation and no customer service at all. No respect to customer time . Will never use again !

I am very happy to have found this company, we ordered a sofa bed on December 21st and really expected to receive it only after the New Year. But the company made an effort and delivered the sofa to our new home on December 24th. The sofa is very beautiful, and time will tell the quality.
