I was so excited to buy the Maxwell Mini dress on thier website looked so great. I had to wait long but wasn't too bothered as I loved the dress. However when it came it looked nothing like the dress they had advertised, colour was not a match and the material was very very cheap. Considering this business does replicas they have lots of designs relating to zimmermann, D&G and maje to name a few. The dress I brought was a take on a zimmermann one. However I understand people can not always copy everything to a T. However put the actual picture up on the dress you are selling and not one that you have taken from the actual shop of zimmermann or Maje for that matter. I'm not normally one to blast a small business however in this case this shouldn't be a business this is well and truly scam scam scam.

Customer service is amazing!!! Helped me out with a lost order, answered emails about items I needed info on!! Just brilliant.

Ordered 2 dresses ... Love them ... excellent customer service ... delivery slow but Chloe reassured me they were on their way ... will definitely order again ... quality was superb with an excellent finish ... i am a size 8 and ordered a Medium ...

Really disappointing and product never arrived. Ordered at the start of March, and beginning with they were highly responsive and accommodating, they noted then it was on route and stuck,“It is with customs”, “we will send out another if it is not released today”, “you will have your replacement by express delivery, it’ll be there in a day” etc. There was no sign of the item or the express replacement. Overall just disappointing service and delivery.

Since posting this I have heard from the team and they have noted to process a refund. I understand this is a small team but in my opinion if you buy an item you should not need to wait this length of time to see the product.

Bought a few items from this company, and they were all lovely and arrived within an acceptable time frame.
Amazed at the customer service and responsiveness of the team, one dress was missing from my order, and I informed the customer service team, ad immediately they refunded me the money AND sent the dress; beyond anything, I am impressed at their customer service team.
Due to all the negative reviews, I felt the need to share my positive experience; they truly took care of me.

Very happy with my andselene experience. I had ordered 3 dresses. 2 fit perfectly and I had to return one. Had to contact them via email when I did not receive my refund for the item and they were easy to communicate with and they were eager to get my refund sorted. It took a bit of time but we got there. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased the Tilly jacket and think it’s such beautiful quality! Such a great toteme dupe if that’s out of your budget. And I’ve got my eye on a few other gorgeous pieces! Would definitely order again.

Love my coat and good communication from the team via social media with quick responses. Would recommend xx

I have purchased from andselene a few times and not only is there stock fabulous but their service is amazing. I experienced a delivery issue which andselene kindly resolved even though this no fault of theirs. Customer services also fast tracked a delivery which i needed for an event. Top service and amazing pieces.

Great quality.. order a dress for day 2 of my wedding. Was a bit scared of ordering online but arrived safe. Size a little big but will order again a size down.

Items arrived exactly as they appear on site. They are high quality and different to most high street offerings. The company were so helpful in resolving a delivery issue. I’m very happy with my order.

Incredibly slow delivery, items not as shown on the website. Hit and miss quality- it’s not worth the hassle!

I purchased twice from this Irish company. Spring 2021 and Summer 2021.
I returned the entire order both times and I am still waiting on BOTH refunds over a year later.
Both orders took weeeeks to come.
Both orders were appalling quality, see through, cheap, sizing completely off, smell of damp etc.. and they were packaged and sent in reused packaging, something like I’d expect a 12yr old to send via depop. All crumpled up in an old bag.
An item was also missing from the second order and it never arrived.
Anyway, I’ve sent countless emails. I’ve been completely ignored after maybe the first five emails? They kept deflecting and saying “I’ll look into it” but I never received anything concrete. I have had to contact the small claims court for help to get my money back. I was pregnant when I ordered, I’m now a new Mum and to think that they won’t refund me or acknowledge my communications to them is disgraceful. Especially while I’m on maternity leave with significantly less income, and still I had chosen to spend my money with them for two special family weddings.
I paid for tracking of the return of both orders from London back to Ireland, cost me £20+ both times. I have proof that the packages were received. A customer service representative told me that the packages may have indeed reached the warehouse (my tracking number proves this and shows it was signed for by their colleague) however she goes on to insinuate that there may have been theft from within the warehouse because despite my return, the products can’t be found???!!! Well Im afraid that isn’t my fault. I’m so upset that I’ve been ignored.
Such a shame as I was trying to support an Irish company and I LOVE the look of their product. Adore their instagram page. Such a huge shame.
In order to get my refund though, it’s awful that I now have to proceed legally.

Great company - had a little issue with delivery before the holidays due to the strikes and Chloe and the team stayed up until the early hours resolving it for me. Cannot fault their service when they are clearly working quiet hard to help their customers.
Will reorder again

Even if the order took a little bit to arrive finally it arrived and the item is as described! Such nice quality :-) I reccomend this site

I had an issue with a slow delivery. Mainly caused by the build up caused by the strikes. Spoke to Chloe in customer services. She was phenomenal….chasing it up and keeping me informed! She was about to dispatch another item when the delivery was made. Cannot praise her enough !

Order took over 4 weeks to arrive. I emailed Andselen at least 10 times who said it was delayed due to dpd strikes. Eventually “employee” replied and told me it would be sent express which is 2/3 days. Again it took another week. Once the jacket arrived “Tilly” and the stripe jumper both were of poor quality. The jacket didn’t even have a material label on it and no price labels. Extremely cheap. On top of that both were damaged! It’s been 3 weeks since I requested a refund. “Employee”said I would have to pay to return the items to which I refused since they sent damaged items which took 5 weeks to be delivered! I emailed over a week ago asking where my return label was, “employee” replied 3 days later saying the label had been sent. It has not, I’ve checked both my junk and inbox and it’s not there. Again I’ve emailed another 3 times and have had zero response. I’m over £250 down and no update or response. Shocking service, avoid! I will be phoning my bank as andselene is a scam.
Cheap overpriced clothing. Comes from… ( I’ve had to remove where it’s from as they’ve flagged me for defamation)! so takes weeks to be delivered. Doesn’t come with any labels. Will arrive damaged. Impossible to get a refund!

I bought the Paloma Midi in which I returned (17th of October) I sent over 12 emails to try and track down my refund and it took longer than the 14 days that they state. Some red flags about this business and need to avoid-

1) states on their website “can take up to 10 days to receive refund” whereas on the emails they state “14 days” . It took the company 18 days to get my refund.

2) The returns portal on their website is purposely there to not work and makes it harder for the customer to return. Do not forget and return your clothes from this shop

I read the reviews of this business and it is such a pity. This company made it very hard for me, I just wanted my refund back and it took longer tabs yet did not receive an apology from either the manager or the accounts manager. Similar to others on this site- AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I have made an order on andselene.com on 13th of July 2022, I paid by card but my order hasn’t arrived yet although it’s been 3.5 month since I have placed my order and paid.
I have asked my money back and I am curios if they will honor my request.
I do not recommend buying from this online store.

Update: Although somebody from andselene.com wrote me an e-mail on 8th of November 2022 and told me that a refund was initiated, the money didn’t arrive and it’s been 18 days since then...
So I paid for the product on 13th of July, they didn’t sent the product at all and 4.5 month later I still don’t have the money refunded on my card.
My order number was #5687

Update 13th of August 2023
More than a year have passed and the money still have NOT been refunded.
But in this year andselene.com, in a desperate attempt to remove my review has flagged my review 3 times.
So they didn't have time to refund my money but they had time to flag my review 3 times.
But they still didn't succeed in removing my review, because I sent to TrustPilot.com all the documents and evidence that my review is true.
And now I will also make sure that TrustPilot.com understands that this company would do anything to remove negative review.
Also now, because they really made me angry with their repeated attempts to remove my review, I will also make a complain to The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Dublin.
You, people from andselene.com, If you have the time to flag my review 3 times, why don't you have time to refund my money???
Since I know you are reading my review, take time to REFUND ME. You have all my data, because I wrote in my review the order number was #5687 and the date of the order was 13th of July 2022.
I look forward to see what new reason they, from andselene.com, will come up for flagging my reviews.

Ordered a dress for my hen do. It arrived very late and missed the hen. It was not the same dress as advertised in the photos online. It was very cheap looking and the details were gold instead of white shown on the online photo. I returned the dress in June 2022 and I'm still waiting for refund. It is now 25th September. The shops owner is very condescending in her email exchanges and keeps making up stupid excuses as to why I have not been refunded. Avoid this store at all costs. Seems to be a major scammer!
