I never imagined I would be writing a negative review about this brand, but unfortunately here we are. I purchased a beautiful dress from them in 2021 — the finish was perfect, the craftsmanship immaculate, and the silk of excellent quality. Living in London, I had to pay customs duties and taxes, but I didn’t mind because the piece was truly worth it.

This year, I decided to purchase three dresses (yes, three), as I was tired of seeing the same styles everywhere online. Sadly, it’s clear that the brand’s quality has gone downhill.

Customer service is attentive before and immediately after purchase, but once a complaint is raised, it’s a different story. Jack, who appears to be in charge, completely disappears when an issue is raised.

The dresses no longer seem to be made of silk — they feel more like cheap polyester. One of the items, a sequinned dress, is particularly disappointing: the quality is extremely poor, sequins are falling off, and there are loose threads throughout.

All items are now made in China. Please be aware that returns are virtually impossible. I have emailed the company three times with no response whatsoever. They clearly monitor their emails, however, as they were quick to thank me for my purchase, label me a “loyal customer,” and even offer a discount for a future order.

Never again and bad for them as I love fashion and I would have continued to buy from them if they had looked after me or offered me a solution.

Obvious Scam, never buy from this store. my order never arrived.

Do not buy from this company. The website does not disclose that all returns must be shipped to China which cost $50+

Don't waste your money
I can't even express my self with disappointed. I ordered 2dresses charged for 2dresses.only one send out. Poor quality . After 2weeks waiting for my money. And 1st dress so poor quality I need to return back , charged me $30 from Canada and very sketchy address not sure when I will get my all money back. Don't waste time money.

I had to return my dress ($319) because as listed on the website "one size fits all" is not an entirely accurate statement. I am a US size 6 to 8, which I think is average. However, with this dress, I could not even get this dress over my shoulders. It doesn't have any zipper, elastic, or anything to help accommodate different body types. I don't recommend ordering from them unless you are a size XS.

Just sent my dress back; however, after reading these reviews, I don't think I'll get my money back.

Also, for returns, they did not send a return label, so to send back any returns or exchanges, you must pay for those yourself on top of their already expensive items that aren't of great quality for the price they are.

Would give them one star if I could. Company is a scam. They take your $ and then send you a dress that is only “sort of” familiar to the one in the pictures but nothing like it. Smells like a factory & glue. They basically don’t accept returns (have to email first and never respond/have a policy that makes it impossible). I had to report them to my CC. They should be reported to the BBB. Scam scam scam! Don’t be fooled by their fake influencers!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I payed almost 400$ for a dress thinking they were reputable, they were insanely quick to respond when I asked questions BEFORE I ordered. However when I emailed them about a return when they dress arrived (shein qualify at best) they took weeks to respond, past their return deadline. I ended up sending the dress with expedited shipping to return (30$ from the US) and still no refund or response. The company is a scam

Sent a torn piece of silk for $279. Never responded to my emails so I raised a case against them in PayPal and they still took weeks to respond. Don't waste your money this site is a scam.

Bought a $359 dress on October 9th. Came with free express shipping. One week later, I hadn't even gotten a shipping notification. Emailed the company and they responded a few days later saying they didn't know why it hadn't shipped. I eventually found out that they were waiting on a late shipment of materials and the dress hadn't even been made yet. Luckily, I got a refund! Don't risk it!!

If you don’t want to loose your money, time and nerves NEVER buy anything from this brand. They are SCAM😡

On March 22, 2020 I ordered a dress. Company promised to deliver in 7 business days. In 2 weeks I asked about where is my parcel, no answer. 3 weeks later they told me they sent request to locate it, 4 weeks later now news.

A month after I have no dress, no info in where is it... I asked for a refund and nothing! I tried writing emails, comments in insta but they just post 10 times a day about their flash sale so they can cheat more people like me and my multiple comments are ALL ignored!

I am searching for ways to report them officially as it’s a fraud! Meanwhile don’t repeat my mistake and don’t trust them

Ordered a $400 two piece gown that looks like it costs no more than $30 to produce. Cheap thin fabric which looks like the lining from a dress. Not even nice enough for a table cloth! My first clue was when the gown arrived in a box the size of a pack a loose leaf paper! What a disgrace...would absolutely never ever deal with this company again. No wonder they have a no return policy! Otherwise no one in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars for a gown that probably costs 30. Now I’ll have to pay hundred more at least to line the piece of junk or just trash it because it’s completely see through
