Ordered a dress on 5th February and it has not yet arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails and no response. So disappointed as I’ve ordered from this website several times and whilst the customer service hasn’t always been 5*, I’ve always loved the clothes. Really hoping someone gets in touch with me asap with either a refund or tracking info for the dress.

Don’t do business! What They advertise a What They send you are NOT the same item! Beware. An to return You have to pay to send it back to CHINA!

Just like everyone else here, the same thing happened to me. The page is a classic scam. I’ve been waiting for delivery for two months and never received the order. They don’t reply to emails, I reported the case to PayPal and I’m expecting a refund. The Instagram page is fake, with stolen photos from well-known influencers who also never received anything from them. The so-called VIP membership is also scam. So do not order anything — you won’t get your items or your money back.

This company is a disgrace. Waited over a month for the items- they sent cheap items direct from china- one was broken, another fake designer wrong size, most falling apart, seams completely apart- all worse than temu. Spent £150 so asked for a refund. I sent the items back (twice as they finally agreed to pay customs charges but didn’t the first time) spending more money and still haven’t recieved a refund- I sent the items in June and it’s now October. They are ignoring my emails. My bank is investigating them now as I’m still £150 down. The worst company I have ever bought from- scared to ever purchase from online company’s again!

Still have not received my refund or any update on where my money is I have emailed 5 times since the 16th of September and yet to receive a response. I have also messaged the Instagram account as I have been told previously they have replied to my emails and it is going into my junk but received no response on Instagram either. Worst customer service I have ever come across they received my return on the 19th of August so at this stage I probably won’t get my money back

I never received my refund I paid to return items that were extremely poor quality and not like the pictures at all. I have chased up several times never order

Never received my order. Emailed and they stopped responding. I emailed of another email address and no response. Then I messaged on insta and they replied straight away until I gave my email address for them to follow up with and they not won’t reply on insta either. It’s been 3 months.

Never received my order after 30 emails back and fourth, I still haven’t received a refund. Don’t purchase from them

Great website, love my dresses and think the quality is brilliant for the price. Had to exchange one, my return and refund was dealt with quickly. Thanks girls

Do not order from this business - I have been waiting on a 200€ return for over a month for the faulty items I received. Shocking customer service, take weeks to reply. Extremely disappointing

This company is an absolute scam. After receiving my order late, I immediately initiated a return in their ‘returns portal’ and kept getting an error. Once I emailed them, they sent me the address to send the refund back to. After not hearing back from them for over 2 weeks since my order was sent back, I reached out to them and they confirmed via email that they had received my order and were processing my returns confirmation and refund. Over 2 months later, I still don’t have my refund and have been chasing it every week. They keep telling me they’ve been trying to reach out to me via their returns portal despite over 22 emails back and forth about this return m, but when I log into the portal, I can’t see any messages. They are an absolute scam of a business and I will be reporting them to the consumer protection authority and posting all over their socials, including reaching out to their influencers, until my refund is processed.

Still awaiting my refund, terrible company to deal with. Have been waiting for 3mths for my refund to be processed. Keep being told like many others that my refund has been processed but no money has ever been refunded back to my account. They reply to the odd mail then ghost you for weeks, giving you hope that they may final refund you, but no they dont. AVOID

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a scam. I placed an order in January, after weeks of a delay the order eventually arrived. 2 of 4 dresses were unsuitable so I returned them. Weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. They have advised that a refund has been processed however it hasn’t as I havent received funds. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If i could give zero stars I would.
I had purchased 3 dresses last April for my brothers wedding. One cost as much as £140 but looked like it cost £14 to make.

Delivery took around 4 weeks.

All dresses were not suitable and returned. After months and months of not receiving any refunds (which by the way they do per dress not as a total) I wrote a bad review on here. I was then told I wouldn’t receive my refunds until the review was taken down.
Once I took it down….2 refunds in my account within days!

But still to this day I have never received the last refund (around £60) and I’ve just given up/forgot about it.

Do not purchase from this Shein type website with an expensive price tag.

(But at least Shein give refunds!)

The worst customer service ever received. I ordered two dresses - one arrived. I enquired about the second and they insisted I had purchased this on pre-order. I definitely had not. They sent both items to my billing address rather than shipping address (which I had the screenshots). Error messages continuously presenting when attempting to return on the portal adding time to the return process. Gave me store credit instead of a refund which I definitely didn’t want as I would never shop again. Contacted them in February regarding this and still communicating regarding a refund. They also cherry pick what part of your email they will answer.

Really great experience and cannot fault the service. Item did take over a week to arrive but I was kept updated throughout. Refund sorted quickly also.

I ordered two dresses on the 1st of February and never received any dispatch confirmation. After two weeks with no update, I emailed customer service and was told that I should have received a dispatch email and that one of my dresses was out of stock. However, I never received any such email in my inbox or spam.

Customer service then claimed my order had been dispatched and provided two tracking numbers—neither of which worked. She also assured me that the refund for the out-of-stock dress had been processed.

By the 27th of February, I still hadn’t received the dress or the refund. At this point, customer service stopped responding to my emails entirely. The dress finally arrived on the 4th of March, but I never received my refund for the out-of-stock item. In the end, I had to file a claim with PayPal, who thankfully processed my refund.

Extremely bad service—unreliable communication, false information, and no accountability. I would never order from this brand again.

Love this website. The girls are so helpful whenever I email and the clothes are great. I’ve just signed up to their membership plan so cannot wait to buy my summer wardrobe
