Really love my Ottoman. It is substantially made so you can use it to sit on. I had a double bed size made in Stone velvet and it looks beautiful quality. It holds all my bedding which is great as much easier to access than top of wardrobe. It arrived when expected and was well packaged. Very Happy with my purchase.

Great from start to finish. I ordered some samples which arrived very quickly, so it was an easy choice. Plush velvet in grey, lovely fabric. I wanted the Olivia SuperKing headboard (not the whole bed) and the response was that it could be done. Communication from Olivia was amazing, I requested 60” height and she checked I had the correct fixings on my bed too. I was informed when delivery would be, and the courier drivers contacted me that morning to advise time window. I absolutely love the headboard and am so pleased I chose Amore, after several days of browsing the web and looking at lots of companies. Many Thanks to the whole team. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Received our delivery over the weekend and are absolutely chuffed with it. Lovely looking bed and the delivery and installation team was amazing as well. Excellent value for money and high quality bed as well.

We wanted something special so we went for a custom made, super king, ottoman with huge headboard and side panels and we were not disappointed

DO NOT USE!
Seller took my deposit and the bed never turned up on the due date. I messaged them and they responded 24 hours later telling me they will check with management and then told me there had been a loading issue and the bed would be delivered the following day, again nothing! The seller is now not responding at all and has chosen to ignore my request of a refund. Don’t use this seller it is a scam!

I would give this company no stars if it was possible! I ordered a bed frame on the 3rd March, it states on their website 5-10 days delivery. Living in the Scottish highlands I expected it to take a bit longer! When the bed hadn’t arrived by the beginning of may I emailed, 3rimes before I got a response saying they would look into my order and get back to me!
Again waited days and contacted them again to be told bed had been dispatched and was given tracking! About a week later the sides of the bed were delivered!! I emailed again and was told they would look into it but sometimes deliveries are split up and the rest should be delivered later that day or the next day! The rest of the bed has not been delivered and courier says only the sides were given to them for delivery!!! I have since emailed about five times and they are now ignoring my emails! Do not go near this company!
First time I have ever had to raise a case with trading standards!

Bed looks well nice. Was delivered in the time quoted and even set up very efficiently by their couriers. Nothing but praise for the company. Would recommend.

In one week, I have politely sent 6 emails, left 2 voicemails and started a chat on their website, not a single response to date. I simply want to exercise the cooling off period and return the bed as didn’t live up to the standard I’d expected. They seem friendly enough but God forbid you aren’t happy with the product…you will be completely ignored. I’m now having to go the legal route, so unnecessary and a waste of time. Don’t trust this company.

Where do I start, I had a bed delivered in Jan 24, which was marked and was also the wrong bed height, this was returned and a few weeks later I had the correct bed delivered, the bed it's self is nice, but I've been having on going issues with Amore since Jan 24, as the two times I had the bed delivered damage was done to my home via the couriers, which I have been chasing Amore up on, the customer service is shocking, and here I am 5 months on and it's still not resolved, I've tried contacting the courier company myself but had no response from them either.

Having found this company online I was a bit hesitant as it's such a big purchase. However I am glad I did end up ordering from Ayzlan as they have been nothing but amazing from the get go.
From amazing designs to affordable prices this company ticked all the boxes. We wanted something beautiful and unique which wasn't a problem here at all. The Godiva bed is just amazing and truly a statement piece in your room. Delivery was quick and painless and customer service was great. 100% recommended.

Great communication throughout. I changed my delivery date so many times but Capri were accommodating and the delivery men did a great job. The bed is lovely

All parts arrived well protected so there was no damage during transit. Bed seems well made with no flaws in the upholstery. I advise selecting the panel base option over the wooden slats, as assembly is much easier. Amore offer the panels for the same price as the slats, unlike other sellers who charge extra. Very pleased.

I must say I am absolutely thrilled with my new bed from Ayzlan. It took me weeks to find the design I liked and I'm so glad I stumbled upon Ayzlan.
Customer service was excellent from the get go. We had our searches in hand so choosing the right color and fabric wasn't a problem at all.
Delivery wise it was an absolute breeze. The delivery men came and took the bed upstairs. Unpacked and installed it for us within no time.
Overall it has been an absolutely amazing experience with this company and I will definitely be making future purchases from them.
