Very good experience with the phone.
It was hard to put names and numbers into save. I had to put the numbers in several times before it would save them, until I finally figured it out. There should be a detailed instruction guide on how to do each thing.

It was very hard to hear the caller on the phone. When i used a blue tooth it was decent.

The phone never worked overseas and no one ever responded to our customer service complaints. Totally unacceptable.

easy and inexpensive way to remain connected when in Israel
other than the phones could be updated to newer models, renting a phone from Amigo is an easy and inexpensive way for an infrequent visitor to Israel to get their e-mails, and have unlimited calling, texting and data

All in all I was happy with the Rental.
It was great having my own phone in Israel, but I was never able to get access to voicemail. Otherwise, with a lot of technical support, I was able to use my e-mail and internet service which was good.
